Nice interiors and arrangements for business meetings.

Great hotel, pleasant ambience the breakfast buffet was top notch. The rooms were quite good.

Hotel is good, good service. But according to me hotel is at a remote location.

Amazing property. Decent rooms with comfortable stay arrangements. The in-house cafe serves delicious food. Matter of fact - they have employed mute people to wait your table. Touching lives in a different way. Also, you're sure gonna get hooked to the snooker table they have at their cafe. ;)

Location is good, Ambiance of the hotel looks great.

The banquet hall was nice. The food was good but the DJ arranged by the hotel was totally rustic and villager... played loud music inspite of gently asking him not to.

It is a new and nice property with decent buffet breakfast

The Rooms are not upto the mark. Food Quality could be better. Service staff is cooperating and knows how to greet guests. But not the banquet staff. I was refused to be provided for Dosa while having breakfast. Though there were other south-indian dishes were present like Idli, Vada, Upma etc.. They told me "Dosa Chef hasn't arrived."

Nice hotel. Breakfast was nice. Dinner is average.... too many bones in chicken. Find it harder to eat. Sorry.

Rooms are ok, small but clean. Beware of the towels, as you have to be careful - but you have to appear generally in India.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Sector 60, Gurgaon has proved to be the worst venue to host any kind of events. We hosted a wedding and the behaviour of staff, food quality and organization were completely below any reasonable standards.
1. The foremost concern of the staff including Sumit Mishra (Banquet Head), Vidit Choubey (Asst. Banquet Manager) and Kuldeep (Head Chef) was to irritate and frustrate us at each and every step (Obviously once the advance money was paid).
2. In order to push through their own decorator at the event as they get heavy commissions from him, they said to only give one and a half hour for decoration. And this was communicated just one week before the function.
3. Food Quality: The food lacked taste and the head cook or any other staff member failed to make any tangible efforts to improve it. They argued that they did not have good spices as the vendor is selected by the hotel management and that they will order good spices from other vendor but it appears that it is not spices but the lack of will and cooking ability of the chef and the staff. Village halwais probably cook good than them.
4. Service: Despite promises of good quality service as they claimed to have trained staff the guests were not served even water and they had to repeatedly ask for it. Many guests were refused food even after designated time. They lacked adequate guest to waiter ratio and their waiters lacked courtesy to respond favourably and timely.
5. Venue: As guests were arriving a sewer was overflowing in front of the hotel which had flooded the road where the baraat was stationed. Maybe they lack the acumen that there is a requirement of cleaning not just the hotel premises but also ensure cleanliness around the hotel. Even though this was a perpetual problem as admitted by one of the guards, none of the hotel staff failed to intimate to us that this was the case and caused major embarrassment to us.
So, anyone looking to stay at this venue or host any kind of corporate or social event may be cautioned that this hotel management and staff is only interested in your money and will give you nothing but disappointment in return.

The Restaurant is nice. Club sandwich with fried egg is a "must try"

Goes so. Narrow double rooms, no storage space for the / or suitcases, overpriced beer 436, - Rup. including tax for 300ml Fl. Tuborg. Bad tight, staff friendly.

Great infrastructure and good rooms, swimming pool was the best place in this hotel.

Ideal buisness hotel which is best in locality, with great ambience and service!

Behaviour of staff, good food, hygienic accomodation

Very good rooms product in mid market segment, however I feel the staff quality can be improved. The hotel does not have a sense of arrival because of a constrained lobby, inspite of large footprint of the building.
Breakfast buffet was average in taste and repeatedly from reception to restaurant the staff disappoints.

Must appreciate that the company employs physically challenged staff - commendable.

Had buffet lunch. Not value for money. Taste is bland. Staff is good. Veg and non veg dishes are available but not good taste. Hotel is huge, location is good. Parking available.
