Donskov is a top-notch organization! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, communicative and professional. They are attentive to individual needs and and goals while constantly striving for excellence. My teenage son is an athlete and he has been working out at Donskov for 9 months now. His strength, physique, and hockey game have all improved tremendously. Donskov is an organization that knows how to get results!

I am an older adult who was searching for a facility to help build my strength, bone density, coordination and longevity. I am completely satisfied and grateful for the training and attention I get at Donskov Strength and Conditioning. The staff hand write my workouts with my personal strengths and weaknesses in mind. I am recovering from a broken ankle from March of this year and they consistently work to both build and protect this ankle and inquire how I am feeling/doing. The staff are well-trained, highly educated and personable. I feel the most important quality about Donskov Strength and Conditioning is the atmosphere. Training can be difficult and, at times, I would rather sit in my lazy-boy but I am greeted with such friendliness and care that I am always motivated to go. I am having a wonderful experience training here and I plan to train with them well into the future.

I have never gotten a better workout than at Donskov Strength and Conditioning. The coaches make sure you get a personalized and targeted training schedule while also providing a fun environment.

I've been with Donskov Strength & Conditioning for a little over six months, in the adult performance program. My wife and I go just once a week. We initially chose to talk to them because of all the high reviews on places like... well, here.

At first, I was pretty skeptical. I'm a big guy who isn't really that fit, who's never done anything quite like this before. How could a place that's been training hockey players, lots of aspiring young athletes, be able to help someone like me?

Here I am six months later, still going, and looking *forward* to going each and every week. I've learned so much about how my body works, how I can improve little by little, especially my lower body flexibility (one of my goals). I take copious notes about not only how to do the exercises, but how they should make me feel, what part is being stretched or worked.

The workouts change every four weeks for me, so it keeps it fresh and different all the time. The coaches are unbelievably helpful and friendly. Oh, they definitely push you - it's no popularity contest - but you understand WHY you're doing what you're doing, and how it's going to help you achieve your personal goals. You learn so much, and I can see the results -- my squats used to REALLY REALLY SUCK, and now... they're pretty decent!

The class size for the semi-private adult performance sessions are anywhere from 3-6 folks with 1-2 coaches. You get a really personalized experience not only in the structure of your hour and what you're doing, but also during the experience. I've never been locked out of a session, either, due to too many people, and I schedule them less than a week in advance every time (and not always on the same day - we are busy people too!). They're adding new sessions, also, so that tells me that business is 'healthy' which is great to hear.

If you're unsure whether or not you should do this because it'll be new, or you don't want to be in the crazy giant workout gyms (where I think some people go to be seen more than anything else ugh), or you just want some real good advice and someone to help you get there... you should give these guys a chance to show you what they can help you achieve.

Some of my most favorite people own and operate DSC. My son and I both workout/train here and have been for the last couple years. The experience and passion for training the right way along with their pillars to success are fundamental for building safe training habits that will last a lifetime. Plans built for you based on movement patterns and personal goals are so important and the staff top to bottom knows you and your goals.

Matt, Anthony and the rest of the Donskov staff do an EXCELLENT job of preparing young athletes through strength training, conditioning and proper nutrition. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who needs to get in shape, stay in shape, recover from injury, put on weight, take off weight, get stronger, get faster, get quicker, etc. My son has been attending Donskov training for several years now and absolutely LOVES it! Great trainers, even better people. Thank you Donskov!

I have nothing but great things to say about DSC. The level of professionalism the staff operates with is unmatched. The staff shows the same amount of passion and dedication from the professional athletes that train there to the most amateur athletes. They are constantly trying to learn and better their program. I have trained at DSC for nearly 7 years now and I can't think of a better group of people to trust with my strength training and physical health.

I have had an excellent experience at Donskov Strength and Conditioning. I went to Donskov to address some weaknesses in a strategic, safe way. They have provided great programming and exercises to help me add mobility and strength in an area which I previously had difficulty making improvements.

Donskov Strength and Conditioning is a prime example of the difference between good coaching and great coaching. A good coach is one that can build a program tailored to the athlete's demands and give them instructions to reach their athletic performance goals. A great coach also does this. The difference is that a great coach doesn't just give instruction and facilitate the athlete, they involve them in the learning process, become invested in their success, and ensure that they have the knowledge/tools they need to improve their own athletic performance for years to come.
As a former intern at DSC, I was given the opportunity to learn from an incredible staff of great coaches. Seeing the way that they coached, interacted, and created relationships with their clients and athletes on a daily basis was something that I hope to replicate in my career in future years. I can easily suggest that anyone looking for a superior strength training and conditioning experience should make DSC the first stop of their search.
