However, I found the communication to be a bit lacking at times, which made it challenging to stay updated on the progress of my case. The fees were reasonable, but I wish they had been more transparent about additional costs that arose throughout the process. 🤔 Overall, my experience was average - not bad, but also not outstanding. Perhaps more attention to communication and clarity on costs could enhance the customer experience.
