Beyond happy with the service we received. We had a new boiler installed and the installers were on time very professional and did an absolute beautiful job installing the boiler. They completely cleaned up after them selves and ensured everything and every radiator was in working order before they left.
Drew is a consummate professional and very respectful. I feel very confident that he will do the job right and fairly. Also, he is very respectful and I never think twice about inviting him in my home.
Overall, I have been very very pleased with D and J for preventative work and responding when there is an issue.

Been using them for over 25 years. A few weeks ago they replaced the 28 year old furnace. A crew of three showed up and did a great job. Put drop clothes all over, cleaned up, and explained the new furnace and thermostat. Always friendly, professional, and on time. The office staff is great too. I won't call anyone else!

Chris came this morning for my annual maintenance on my 20 year old furnace. As always, they called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, he was courteous and despite the snow, arrived within 10 minutes of the 8:00 a.m. appt. and completed the service within one hour. I have relied on D & J for over seven years now and am always satisfied with their responsiveness and the technicians they send are polite, efficient and skilled. Thanks again! Chad Smith was awesome today at our house. He was open to letting me watch the diagnosis the whole time and was very helpful and polite. After we tried a few things we ended up with the furnace issue completely resolved and ended up much cheaper than we initially anticipated. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Mike Stoeckl performed an AC check and maintenance for our Armstrong unit this week. He was very courteous and did a nice job of explaining what needed to be addressed to keep it running efficiently. D&J did a great job of letting us know when Mike would be arriving. They offer a nice heating and cooling maintenance package. I look forward to our furnace tuneup this winter.
Dave was just at my house to complete the annual inspection of the furnace and air conditioning unit. As usual, the inspection and cleaning was thorough, he answered my questions and provided some interesting product information. They've been servicing the equipment since I built the house in 2002, and i don't recall the service being anything but excellent.
Dave was very professional during the annual maintenance for my A/C unit. Really warm personality, too! He explained everything he did and if I needed to pay more attention to something to keep things running smoothly. Will use this company again!

I can't say enough nice things about Donovan & Jorgenson! They have always been able to come and service my furnace or AC when it was needed and the staff are friendly and professional. We had Donovan and Jorgenson replace our furnaces and A/C. Every service person we worked with was extremely friendly. I have no complaints about interacting with them. The furnaces work well. However, the new A/C was put in in November. Because it was so late in the season, they weren t able to turn it on. They promised to come back and turn it on in the Spring. Two weeks ago a service person showed up and figured out the A/C was not installed correctly and thus does not work. We were promised someone else come out and fix it. It s been two weeks, and although we get responses when we reach out, we still can t get anything scheduled to fix it. The whole reason we got the A/C was because we were expecting a baby this spring and we wanted to make sure he was comfortable. I am extremely annoyed and frustrated that there is no resolution to this problem and there is seemingly no progress to a fix. We ve had a few hot days recently and it was immensely annoying to me every time I entered my boy s stifling hot nursery. I hope this will get resolved soon. Also, they say they processed our state rebate, but it has been 7 months and we haven t seen it. I m starting to doubt it was actually done. I would not recommend them for future business.
Update - a technician came out to fix the device. This guy wasn t nearly as nice as the others and he didn t wear those little booties in the house like the others either. He tells me there s a broken piece, but he s not surprised because he s seen that specific piece broken in many other machines recently. So this now has me wondering, did they just sell me an A/C unit with a known flaw in it? How good is the quality of the unit if they are frequently arriving already broken at least frequently enough the technician notices a pattern? I don t currently have a lot of faith in the longevity of this unit. In addition, it has been a week since the second technician stopped by and I am still waiting while the replacement piece is ordered. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in both the quality of machine delivered as well as the company s ability to provide me with a working unit in a timely manner. The next four days are going to be in the 80s and 90s, which is just adding to my overall irritation.
When we purchased our home a few years ago, we had one of the sales reps, Mike Collier, come check out our furnace only to realize we in fact needed a new one. We relied on Mike to choose the best fit furnace within our budget that would fit our needs and he exceeded our expectations not only in advising us on the appropriate furnace to get, but also his professionalism and confidence in the product! The installation went very smooth and the installers were very professional (and friendly!) as well. Within a year of having the new furnace (and the awesome high-tech thermostat!) Donovan & Jorgenson called us to set up our complimentary tune up which was nice as we didn't have to worry about remembering to set that up. I would highly recommend this company (and the sales rep, Mike) as they stay true to their word and know their products very well and as much as it's not "fun" having to purchase big things like a furnace or AC for your home, they make the best of it!

Had these folks replace a 38 yr old boiler in September and add a zone for my basement - price was right, great advice on what boiler to buy for the size of my 1926 MKE bungalow, great workmanship in the installation, and my house stayed warm through the great Polar Vortex of 2019. Highly recommended!
Dave has serviced our AC and Furnace for its yearly cleaning.. He is very professional and friendly. He is through in his job. I am so glad we chose Donovan & Jorgenson for our new AC and furnace last year it is a great company. I highly recommend them!
Dan, our technician, was great during our furnace tune up appointment. He took pictures of the furnace and walked me through all the cleaning steps he did during the appointment. He even gave me information on a recall on my humidifier, which is above and beyond his job duties! We have used Donovan and Jorgensen for 3 years now and have had only positive experiences.

The fuse for our air conditioner would trip when we turned it on, thought the worse. This happened in the evening, my husband sent them an email immediately, they followed up the next day around 9am, got here around 5p, which I consider impressive considering as it's the first really hot consecutive days we've had as lots of folks are turning their air on. Expected to pay an enormous amount of $$. A service person from the company (Ross) called, showed up in a timely manner and was awesome all around! Luckily the fix was just a matter of replacing the capacitor :), the total service was just over $200 - well worth it. I definitely recommend them!
I've trusted my furnace and air conditioning equipment to Donovan & Jorgenson for years, including repairs, maintenance and installation. I wouldn't work with any other company. All of the people I've had contact with have been personable, friendly, and competent. They keep me informed about the arrival time of the technicians whenever I have an appointment. They have several office locations, one of which is near my home. Their prices are competitive. I know my home is ready for the seasons when Donovan & Jorgenson have "tuned up" my appliances.
Great experience all around. Made all options clear and no pressure or up-sell . Techs were very professional and finished complete heat and air system install in one day. Left everything clean and were very careful not to leave any trace they were there behind. I have no problem recommending them to others, and have.
I chose Donovan and Jorgenson, at the advice of my neighbor, to replace my oil burning furnace with a natural gas unit. I worked with Rick to plan the project and he was helpful in the process of getting WE Energies to run a gas line out to my house. He also provided me several options in furnaces to best fit my home and budget.
The install team arrived on time and walked me through what they would be doing. They were careful to lay down plastic to protect my carpet and took the necessary precautions required by COVID. Throughout the project they checked in to ensure I was satisfied with the locations of piping and exhaust. As the project wrapped up, they educated me on the new furnace and included thermostat.
I really couldn't be happier with the service provided. Communication throughout the project was fantastic. I would recommended Donovan and Jorgenson to anyone!
