Chad Smith was awesome today at our house. He was open to letting me watch the diagnosis the whole time and was very helpful and polite. After we tried a few things we ended up with the furnace issue completely resolved and ended up much cheaper than we initially anticipated. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
