Chris came this morning for my annual maintenance on my 20 year old furnace. As always, they called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, he was courteous and despite the snow, arrived within 10 minutes of the 8:00 a.m. appt. and completed the service within one hour. I have relied on D & J for over seven years now and am always satisfied with their responsiveness and the technicians they send are polite, efficient and skilled. Thanks again! Renewing that maintenance contract again for sure!
