Donna Baldwin is an incredible agency! I've worked with them for 4 years and they've treated me like family. I get consistent work and love going to visit the agency to converse with everyone. Hands down the best agency in town!

I m afraid the poor reviews are correct. Without getting into too much identifying detail, this agency REFUSED to represent my family member who is an actor as well as very good looking albeit about 50 lbs overweight. They refused to give much of a decent response about the refusal, however, you know that scene in Pretty Woman, where Julia Roberts goes BACK into the snotty upscale clothing store and goes right up to the manager and says BIG mistake. BIG BIG mistake!! Well, my family member just auditioned and got cast on Off Broadway in TWO roles by the casting director. I don t forget those that ignore real talent and when my family member really makes it you can be sure Ill re edit my post. Donna Baldwin: BIG BIG mistake.

Good people who actually fight for their talent to be treated with respect and paid fairly. Kathleen Ham is the most professional agent you can ask for! I couldn't be happier to be represented by them!

They do not place models, if they do they do it with discrimination. If you're looking for paid work and to placed with top agencies this is not the agency. I was signed for two years and Diana the lead agent told me "I will never make as a international or National model". After I got myself signed in New York they let me go and told me they don't work with freelance models.

If you're an actor they can't really do much for you. I don't know why they even have actors if they don't even bother to find you any work. Their roster of clients is so large that they can't help you with your career. They work with Hamilton casting to cast the rare jobs that come to CO and Hamilton uses the same people over and over again. Hamilton Casting is run by Jon and the other guy from AEC Studios (acting classes). They cast people from their classes. You only get casted if you pay gobs of money for their classes. This whole entertainment system in corrupt. If you are a model they can help you get representation with larger more established agencies on the coasts. The staff here doesn't respond when you email them, I wish there was another SAG affiliated agency in CO but there isn't so I'm stuck with these useless people.

Donna Baldwin is the Best agency is Colorado by far, they are exclusive with who they work with. But that is why they are the best!

Model never showed up to the photo-shoot. Dianna did apologize but we lost over $1000 dollars preparing for the shoot.

I moved to Colorado in 2007 from Boston. My agent in Boston recommended Donna Baldwin Talent, DBT. Everyone at DBT is professional and helpful. DBT is also well respected in the Denver market. I highly recommended DBT!

This agency has been uncivilized and unprofessional for years. I experienced one long-time representative acting snotty right in front of the client after giving horrible directions.
What a strange standard response in defense to the bad reviews here. How many anonymous individuals is the Donna Baldwin agency going to claim are randomly taking the time out to post reviews that express negative experiences? Is it possibly a case of small town low level rude talent agency slander?
Additionally, a n established voice-over artist recreates their demo's every three to six months as their voice and resume are constantly altering due to age and actually working. This agency has the audacity to post voice-over demo's that are over twenty years old! ABSOLUTELY unheard of.
I know - you have no idea who I am and you have never worked with my person before. Perhaps some mind exercises may be of some assustance in the golden years of this agency & it's staff members...

Had a poor experience with them. Horrible with communication, never felt like a valued member of the agency. When I took off in the Denver modeling scene I heard nothing but why haven t I ever seen you from your agency and wondered the same thing. I asked them for week, sending several emails to update my portfolio and they never did. When I asked to be taken off the website it was done within the hour. Honestly so disappointing

Donna Baldwin has been my mother agency since 2006 and I have traveled all over the US and have been represented by 6 other agencies all around the country. Donna Baldwin cares deeply about their talent and is not just about the client. No agency has been so personal and treated me like family like they do or represented me as professionally and diligently. Be prepared. Donna and her agents will tell you like it is; if your look won't cut it she won't sign you. These bad reviews are from people who can't handle that.

Rude, fraud company. These people make you think that they have all these connections but THEY DONT. I know multiple people who were part of this agency that left because they felt conned. The truth is that if you want to join the entertainment industry you need to belong to an established agency in LA or NYC.
