Donates pizza has a special taste and make. If l only need a taste of pizza l head strait to Donatos. I never regret buying pizza from Donatos pizza.

Donatos is good for a chain pizza place, one of the only chain pizza places offering Ohio/Midwest style pizza. Since it's a chain it's prevalent all over so you're likely to be able to get Donatos delivered to you, which can be a bonus in a pinch.

Pizza quality wise it's a little better than average, since there's tons of local places that offer the same style for similar prices and better quality.

This is my typical go to Pizza Place. I never order online, I prefer calling and speaking to an actual person. Tonight when I called in I received an Automative voice.. I absolutely didn t like it. And I know that sounds petty but when I call In I want to speak to an actual person.

It's a little pricey but the quality is always top notch

Must of been a rough evening here as I was rudely dealt with by the young lady working the front counter who was more concerned about her personal cell phone and clocking out at 8:00. I wont be back to this location for quite some time. If "every piece matters", then so should the paying customers...

Love donatos. In chance I'm back in C-Bus I try to get that oh so wonderful thin crust and asigio cheese bread. This is to make Donatos stand out: reasonable price,quick service, and free Wi-Fi. It's a family friendly atmosphere or for this like me, a great place to go and enjoy some quiet time and a good meal.

The crust didn't stay crispy once I got home & I literally live about two miles from the Donatos location I picked the pizza up at. The green peppers need cut up better. There were big chunks on that thin crust we always get & like. Other than that, everything else was good.

Our favorite Donatos in this particular area.
Great, friendly and helpful staff. Always seems to be clean on the inside with plenty of seating.

They are going to lose my business since you can't talk to a real person to place a order when you call and they are my favorite pizza place the automated telephone always messes up the order and ask 20 questions

This is the location I have been ordering from for the past three years. Consistently good delivery times and I believe they ve only been late one time. I have had off and on issues with missing ranches, or burnt breadsticks, but overall it s been a great experience and the management has always been pleasant and helpful.

Always a delicious pie. Great pizza sauce that has flavor, real pepperoni and not sliced sausage for pizza, quality real cheese and plenty of it. Donatos is one of the chains that truly holds on to Quality ingredients and making every item delicious every time.

I've been eating at this location for about 15 years. The last 2 times I ordered pizza it was undercooked and the pepperoni definitely was not edge to edge.....will not go back!

Got sick off some at a Tina Turner concert. If you love salt and grease, this is the one for you, just make sure it hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp for hours

This was our first and last time eating at Donatos. The service was lackluster and the food was even worse. The stromboli was small and tasted awful. The only thing that made it edible was dipping it in the marinara sauce. And the kids pizza was served with the cheese burnt so the kids wouldn't even eat it.

They keep a very clean kitchen and make some of the best Donatos in the city. I had a Calzone that just hit the spot perfectly last night.

We originally tried to place our order online but there were glitches preventing us from doing so. The online order system said delivery was 40 minutes. I called the store directly and was told the wait time was 2 hours. I ended up placing my order online after numerous attempts.
Why did the store lie about the delivery time?! Maybe because they didn t feel like taking additional orders..??
I received an email letting me know my pizza just left the building ....
The pizza arrived 20 minutes late....and arrived cooled.
We would have called to complain yet no one answered the phone the last time we called to get an eta.
I was on hold with the store (for 6 minutes) during the time the pizza was delivered.
When the driver arrived I asked him why the person who answered the phone quoted a different delivery time than what was mentioned online, in which he replied online orders don t take into account the number of delivery drivers ...
Say what?!!?! How?! Why?!
He then said the online order system isn t accurate.
We have received horrible customer service from this location numerous times.
The employees lack common customer service, respect and credibility.
We probably be taking our business elsewhere from here on our.

The pizza was delivered fresh and hot!! Delivery time was fast.

All great people love pizza be it cold, hot, or a few days old. Lincoln, Joan of Arc, Percy Grainger, Lady Gaga. ALL OF THEM LOVED PIZZA and also only wrote in ALL CAPS. Look it up. Know your history.

Worst pizza I ve ever had... heard so much about this place see it everywhere... yuck... this place is gross.. sauce has no flavor, cheese is aweful... just bad... Columbus has no good pizza shops! Period!

They make the best pizza out of any donatos in the city.

If you want pizza dough, knock yourself out. I'm completely disgusted with not only the pizza I ordered but the service and communication I received when I called to ask if I could get it re-made. I was told to come to pick it up if that's what I wanted. They told me that do not deliver to my address due to a robbery that happened several years ago. Shame on you Donatos for serving me a bad taste of pizza dough.

The food is fresh and it's maid WTH the best cheese from Wisconsin

We like their gluten free pizza...toppings are great. Crust is thin and good!

Called for delivery (1/2 mile away) and they told me my neighborhood was Brice rd store which is 3&1/2 miles away. Obviously Brice rd knew my neighborhood belonged to the Broad st. store. Neither one would do it.

Don't bother asking for extra cheese, they don't mind collecting your money for it but they aren't into the idea of giving it to you.

Always running out of items.

Dine in is a joke. No one to be found and the people in the back just ignored us apparently it wasn't there job.

Worst experience ever. I order a pizza at 1230am and it never came at all and then the next morning I tired to call the manager and she was extremely rude . I have been going hear for 20 years but I will never go back there EVER again

Very upset with this particular store. I ordered pizza from them, Provided my address. Told me I should get my pizza within an hour for delivery, which is fine. An hour comes by, I receive a call from the delivery driver telling me that they cannot deliver pizza to my apartment complex due to safety issues . They said if I want my pizza I would have to come pick it up. The whole reason for me To place a delivery order was due to the fact that I have a broken ankle and I can t drive.

With my apartment complex literally being across the street from their store they for some reason refuse to deliver where I live. I could understand if I lived in section 8 housing or something similar to that. But my apartment complex is not that bad. It s The Bend at Broad . I ve lived here for five years I ve never had any issues. I am from the hilltop area on the west side and I lived in a crappy area but yet they had no problem delivering to where I lived. So if I want to their pizza, delivery isn t an option even though I live across the street.

Disinterested staffers. Eating and drinking in the food prep area. Order set for 845pm salad was not prepared until 900 pm

We have always loved the service at this Donatos. But this is the first time using the party room and even with a reserve on it they had to relocate other customers they had just lead into the room.

Great place to eat as far as what I saw from the drive through the employees where dressed neat the outside was clean the people where very nice my food was exactly the way I wanted it and I ordered half of my pizza diff with diff toppings and it was fresh and hot my drink was cold. Great place to eat

This is a nice warming environment and I always feel welcome when I go in to get food

I never recieved confirmation the pizza had left the building. I called donatos I was told I could pick up. I drive to the place and when I get there I'm told the driver left and i had to wait for him to come back. I waited 20 minutes on the parking lot. I had to go back to my house. As I'm typing this email 1 hr and 15 min after I placed my order I get a notification the pizza has left the building. What a mess

First time visit, food was okay. Service was poor and management needs an attitude check

I give it less than a star. I have never written a review before and felt strongly about writing this immediately. I just spent $26 on pizza and got a really long hair in my food! I called and they wanted to bring me another pizza. They mentioned that they didn't know how this happened because everyone wears their hair up. I have a short haircut so I know it wasn't mine. It was baked into the cheese. Gross and no thank you. I told them they could come get it or I could send them a picture. They didn't seem interested.

I've ordered from here countless times. That being said it isn't my favorite local pizza place. When I want Donatos it's fine but delivery always seems to take far longer then it should and once they entirely forgot about my order. It's alright and I still get it once in a while but I wouldn't call it anything more than average.

I buy myself a medium Hawaiian pizza once a week and eat if for dinner and lunch the next day. So yummy!

Terrible service. Delivery was over a half hour late. Wouldn t recommend it to others. Don t waste your money at this place.

My girlfriend and I went there to have a nice sit down dinner together. She ordered a sandwich and I ordered a pizza. They brought out her sandwich 20 minutes before my pizza.
If two people go to a restaurant together, sit together,and order together shouldn't the food be brought out at the same time? Also I ordered for inside and when she finally brought me my food she didn't have any plates just a pizza in the box. I don't know about everyone else but I like a plate to put my food on when I'm eating my meal. Horrible service, honestly just pathetic.

Just picked up two large orders of chicken wings and I asked the girl if all the dressings/sauces were in the bags..she said yes....only to get home and none of the dressings I ordered were in the bag..I called to complain and all they wanted to do for ruining dinner was to give me 1.50 off for the dressings...this was a place I was frequently ordering from...but that ends today..lots of other places to support..

Worse pizza ever ordered, edges crispy but center undercooked, They did not cut pizza all the way through, picked up a peice and part of pizza ended on floor, We are a cold pizza for breakfast and did not save extra ,,tossed it. Donatos has been deleted from phone.

A simple small cheese pizza and the pros here burnt my food . Second time and now I purchase at MOD pizza . Hometown favorite NOT. A joke

This location is skimpy on toppings even when you pay EXTRA for them. I always get the "we use a scale to measure the ingredients" excuse. How about using it correctly? The cooks are probably in the back rushing the orders. I had someone named Kendall on the phone when I called tell me that all of my toppings were definitely on my sub as if she was looking at it herself, basically accusing me of lying. If I say I'm missing mayo and cheese, I probably am. Can't help if you have terrible cooks.

Food and service are great. More expensive than others but you get what you pay for .

Nice cozy place. The only problem i had was the hostess saud it will be 10 minutes to get the pizza , and in reality it was more than 30 minutes.

On The 25th Of July Around 10:30 p.m. My Friend & I Went To Your 6965 East Broad Street Location.. We Ordered 2 Subs & 2 Drinks.. My Friend Had A Big Don Sub, Which He Said Was Pretty Good.. Mine However Being The Smoked Provolone Sub Was Sub-Par At Best.. It Had Barely Any Meat On It, & Seemed Like I Was Just Eating Bread.. When It Was Time To Close However, The Manager Came Out Twirling His Keys, & Abruptly, Announced I'm About To Lock The Front Door.. He The Proceeded To Play With Keys, & Stand There Like A Hawk, Waiting For Us To Vacate The Establishment.. We Both Felt That This Was Very Inappropriate, Rude, & Downright Disrespectful, Not To Mention Totally Unprofessional.. I Seriously Doubt That We Will Ever Return To This Location, & We Will Make It A Point To Spread The Word To Anyone We Know Or Come In Contact With To Not To Visit This Location & Receive Such Rude & Despicable Behavior.. {All By A Manager} We Have Eaten At Your Gahanna Ohio Location Several Times, & Never Received Such Distasteful Service.. Also The Drive Thru Was Opened Until Midnight, So It's Not Like They Were Leaving Right Away.. Door Only Posted Closing Time 12a.m. Upon Asking Manager About Closing Time, He Pulled Down A Chalk Board Behind Us & Said Abruptly 11p.m. Drive Thru Is Still Open... & One Of Us Plenty Of Experience In The Food Business, & We Both Have Worked In Customer Service & Relations For Many Years..

This location SUCKS! They never get my order right. This was the 3rd time. I am never going back. This location is across the street from my house but I will make the trip to E Main & Waggoner. The pizza is hot & they pay attention to detail. Its not hard to get an order right. Geez!

My family likes Donatos more than I do, but I enjoy eating here once in a while. The food is usually good but the quality varies wildly. I have to say that it is certainly an expensive place to get food, so if you're in the mood for cheaper and less chain-like pizza then maybe try somewhere else. If you just want donatos, though, then I guess you're stuck with it.

It's good pizza but the management could be better and you can tell the employees are not happy. Overall a good place with good food.

Whenever we go to my parents house we get Donatos because this Donatos know how to cook the pizza long enough that dough isn't raw. The Westerville Maxtown Rd. Donatos can't make a pizza to save his soul. I have repeatedly complained. I have even asked them to burn it. Still the dough is raw.
