Donatos Pizza Review

Friendly faces, great service, fantastic pizza, made the way you like it.

I wanted this to post so people could vote as to whether this is considered edge to edge that you are so proud of. The large pep was edge to edge. This medium pep and mushrooms has a lot less toppings, far from what Donatos normally serves and definitely far from edge to edge in my opinion. I emailed the home office and never heard a word. I just want to know if Donatos considers this edge to edge. Kevin

My family has been eating Donatos since we first moved into town 20 years ago! Ordered this evening and the hand tossed was very lackluster. Dark overcooked crust and dry toppings. I have always enjoyed Donatos but not this time. When I called they replaced the meat pizza but in all honesty the entire order was dry. Won't order again anytime soon fr this location.

Hands down, best pizza. It's great to know your getting quality, good pizza and not the flat, paper thin cardboard taste like others...

Good food. Nice employees. They have a room for small parties and meetings. Plenty of parking. Clean.

Worst Donatos experience ever. Pizza was undercooked, sub was about 2/3 the size the size they use to be and only half way put together and the garlic cheese bread came out after the meal. Staff was more worried about flirting with each other than taking care of customers. Terrible all the way around, will not be returning the this establishment.

It's the same price when you have coupons and they honor the online coupons. Nice people and the place is clean

I ordered it from App and it said it will delivery by this time. I called them after 10 minutes of delivery time and they said your card declined. They didn t care to call em and let me know...I was expecting it because it gave me delivery time and order number. Poor management!!!

Their chicken mariachi pizza is real good! I wish they would have our food ready when they said they would!

I love the serious cheese pizza!! I was highly disappointed my pizza was burnt. This is not the normal donatos I order from...I wont be back

Very disappointing experience as 20+ year customer.
Manager Kelly was completely insensitive and rude about a salad I ordered not knowing it contained bacon (it was my first time ordering this item). I as looking to have it replaced ; however, without a single empathy she simply wasted my time trying to confirm whether the mistake was on their end or mine (after specifically telling her it was a mistake) then just refused. 7$ to me is not really not a big deal since I usually order over $30 worth of food on average. This is more about the way it was handled and it definitely could have been handled a lot differently, especially as a manager.This so called manager didn't even try (most likely lied about being a manager). Please be aware of this.

Called for a pizza and received it within 20 minutes. Exorbant amount of toppings and great service and product. Definitely will order again!

Everything was ready when I picked it up. The young lady at the drive thru was very polite and nice.

Super irritated because this donatos don't delivers in my area, but I live right across the street talking about it's company policy. Corporate will be contacted

People they don t know how to make hand tossed pizza OMG

The pizza crust tastes a little different than they used to and the last two subs that I had the sub bun was burnt

Sad to say, they employ kids who begrudgingly take your order. Customer service has deteriorated at this location.
