Very upset with this particular store. I ordered pizza from them, Provided my address. Told me I should get my pizza within an hour for delivery, which is fine. An hour comes by, I receive a call from the delivery driver telling me that they cannot deliver pizza to my apartment complex due to safety issues . They said if I want my pizza I would have to come pick it up. The whole reason for me To place a delivery order was due to the fact that I have a broken ankle and I can t drive.

With my apartment complex literally being across the street from their store they for some reason refuse to deliver where I live. I could understand if I lived in section 8 housing or something similar to that. But my apartment complex is not that bad. It s The Bend at Broad . I ve lived here for five years I ve never had any issues. I am from the hilltop area on the west side and I lived in a crappy area but yet they had no problem delivering to where I lived. So if I want to their pizza, delivery isn t an option even though I live across the street.
