The Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia is an absolutely fantastic hotel. First time here and looking on planning our next trip already. Greeted by Archana, and I really think that she is a great asset to the company. Also Sandiya is great. All the staff at this fantastic hotel are a credit to the company. From all the bar staff, restaurant ,especially Benny, pool staff and housekeeping. Special thanks to Mira for taking me on the nature walk, she is very knowledgable and a pleasure to have her showing me around. Once again thanks to all the fantastic staff for making our holiday a memorable and a pleasurable one. Look forward to seeing you all next year. Xx. .

Nice big resort with two large swimming pools. Doesn't have a private beach but has access to a good public beach.

One of the finest beach resort in South Goa. Food here is unbeatable. The rooms are well appointed and there is easy access to beach. The best thing is the ever smiling staff always ready to help.

Nice n quiet place, near to one of the most beautiful beaches in South Goa. Beautiful and secured property, with friendly staff and nice cuisine. If you're looking for a restful yet memorable holiday time, you should be here!

It's total waste of money. Not sure how Google rating is still 4+. Here are the reasons I'm giving 1 star:
1. There was cockroach found in veg salad
2. There is no Starters in lunch and dinner
3. Washroom near dining hall stincks all time.
4. They won't do house keeping on the day of check out. My check out time was at 130 pm.
5. Telephone in room didn't work on the check out day as I requested for room service.
6. They don't have any activities in resort except pool.
7. There's no sea food in the meal. Only 1 variety of fish.
8. Breakfast here's pathetic. You can't eat that. Very less options.
9. Service is pathetic
10. Rooms are very small and it's bad also.
11. It sucks..
12. WiFi doesnt work

We stayed at Radisson Blu which also owned Novotel. We had to cross through Novotel to reach the beach.....the property is beautiful, well laid cottages, lots of greenery, a visual treat for the eyes!

Well maintained property - cottage style luxury villas are well spaced out. All room furniture and fixtures we're in good condition

Staff is friendly but get overstressed managing wedding crowds
Food options are really avg and prices are 5 star rates + 19% tax

Radisson is just about 5 min walk away
Room rates are around inr 8 k incl breakfast for 3 pax

There's one little supermarket outside on main road and here you can get your spirits ,beer and wines too

Nothing much to go out n see in cavelossim . Go here to relax .

Beware of taxi guys - be sure to get quoted rip off rates
Hotel just connects you with them rest is up to your bargaining skills n patience

We stayed in Novotel Goa Donasylvia, when entered in lobby we felt so happy & welcome with the service interms of welcome drinks, cold towel & specially with Arati tika.Moving towards rooms it was really awesome look, neat and tidy room, nice fragrance & the most I liked a beautiful towel art with an excellent hand note that made me feel so special.Then after One of housekeeping staff named Ganesh came & introduced himself so politely saying that he is the person who will take care his rooms & anything assistance needed kindly tell him without any hesitation.Really we appreciate their hard work & the passion to do anything for us.Overally excellent housekeeping team who made my tour to Goa meaningful. Once again thanks to all.

Best thing about this place is having a private access to the beach. Had a wonderful stay. Dinner buffet wasn t that great.
