Rooms need upgradation not worth the price. Restaurant needs better trained staff.

Their staff is one of the best I've seen in my life! Catered up to everything we requested and on time (including a cake in the evening for a birthday party, which they bought from outside). Resort itself is very good for both friends and families. You can surely have a nice time enjoying your holidays and never getting bored of all the facilities they offer.

Overall spacious, well layed out and maintain Covid protocol. Food is ok, nothing extraordinary. Parking limited .

We are here for 5 days. Service is outstanding. Breakfast something for everyone, very plentiful and freshly prepared. Praiseworthy is the beach. Conclusion everything perfect. Thanks to the whole novotel team

Nice hotel in south goa. Very nice pool but commercialised beach. You will have to pay 500 rs to get a laying bed on beach. And people will ask you to buy their items. Good food and specially red pasta tho.

The staff was courteous and attentive.. there is a bit of room for improvement when it comes to buffet breakfast.. rest everything is great

Quiet, heavenly place for nature enjoying people. The resort is beautifully decorated and nicely maintained. Staffs are prompt and focused on their responsibility. Loved the stay and will visit again.

Awesome hotel. Food is fantastic. I haven't stayed there so don't know about rooms quality and tariff. I was there to attend the training of nullcon. Food quality is very good and lots of variety. Taste is also very good.

Very good place to stay except the service is a bit slow as I feel such vast property is under staffed.
The spa was under renovation so a bit disappointing.
More carts are needed to carry people around...
Other than these things everything like food, ambience, hospitality, recreational activities etc. was A class.

Amazing resort..! A package full of fun, entertainment and relaxation. Staff members are always on their toes with a beautiful curve on their lips. Food is good and the resort is extraordinarily maintained. Had a great time over here. Cheers

Had wonderful time and this was my third trip.

While the resort has a nice feel to it and is close to the beach, the rooms are not up to the mark. The upholstery is not maintained and is stained. The furniture is old. No coffee machine. No moisturizer.
Put simply rooms are dated and in an urgent need of a renovation if it is to call itself Novotel (or your expectation of a Novotel has to be lowered).

Coming to the service, the staff is friendly and prompt :). However, the reception and house-keeping staff are not coordinated. An extra bed was listed for our room and confirmed by the reception while checking in. But the house keeping wasn t aware of this.

The TV lacks subscription to any channels for kids. Given the cost of the rooms surely this is a negligible additional cost for the hotel.

Very Good place to be. Value for your money. Property offers lot of activities to make it your memorable stay....
