Lovely Resort, staff superb and perfect location just behind the beach. Pool area a little bland for us but with the beach and all its shacks just a couple of minutes walk away we had no cause for complaint.

Accommodation in Bungalows set in lovely tropical gardens, very spacious rooms with large bathrooms and huge showers. Plenty of cupboard space, telly (didn't ever switch it on) tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, sitting areas, balcony or terrace. All very clean with air-con (set to blast freezer) and ceiling fan which we found to be perfect for keeping the room cool and comfortable over night.

Buffet style dining in main restaurant, lots of choice (couple of English style dishes at each meal plus Pasta bar for those who want it) and many dishes are prepared for you at dedicated food stations where they can tailor it to your taste spice wise. The fresh naan man was very popular but my personal favourite was the dal and paneer stations. There are also two a la carte restaurants, we had a superb meal in the traditional curry one, the other is more western.

We didn't eat lunches in the hotel much as when we weren't off exploring the countryside we spent our days on the beach where you can get lovely food at the shacks very cheaply, however the poolside snack bar does some nice salads and burgers.

It is a popular place for weddings, there was one nearly every day during the week before Christmas but the second week they just concentrated on giving everyone a Christmas and New Year to remember.

Highly recommended for a chilled out winter getaway, South Goa is beautiful and laid back, the people are lovely and friendly. Cavelossim has more going on than you might imagine (but not a nightclub to be found, thank God).

Stayed in the hotel for a couple of days as part of a collage reunion. beautiful hotel with all amenities. Close to the beach and has a very good pool. Service is good while restaurant food can be better. It gets monotonous after a couple of days.

The property is bang on the beach so any time of the day out of your room and onto the beach.

The pool is not operational in the wake of corona which is a dampner. The rooms are medium sized not big enough for a family of 4. Also the rooms are begging for maintenance things like door locks toilet jet spray cable television box etc require serious maintenance.
A small issue with the power sockets they are not the adjustable types so you may need a travel adapter for laptop .
The food is good. There is a decent spread during the breakfast and dinner.

Most of the activities for children are not happening. Mosquito repellent is a must-have as there are mosquitoes all around.

Summarize everything the experience is not 5 star as you would expect with a brand like Novotel.

Worst treat for staff and drivers....bloody looters

Had stayed here loan back and have nice memories.............Excellent place........Nice evening activity.........Great food.....Rooms are Ok then......nice adjoining Beach............what else you want in Goa ?? Worth visiting.

The service is Top and the hotel is Fantastic. The staff cant do enough for you and even though it's a huge site, wifi is everywhere! They made our holiday/kids birthdays a great memory. Will go again (not in Indian holiday season though) Shingadia's Room 202 (we were upgraded to a suite)

Lovely cozy comfortable Resort with awesome food platter. Stay is assured to be comfortable is every aspect. Except the rooms are little small in size, which may a cause of little discomfort.

Beautiful and manicured resort we 3 spent days in the resort and never felt the requirement of exploring anything else. Food is good there is lot of activities and the beach front room keeps you engaged. My 4 year old son spent most of his time next to beach and enjoyed it throroughly

Really liked the hotel. Our stay has been nice and pleasant. Would definitely like to visit the hotel again. The proximity to the market also makes it one of my favourite hotels.The staff is courteous and polite and room service is good.

The hospitality is a par with what you expect from a property of this sorts.

The property is highly family friendly also they have a direct access to Cavellosim beach from inside the property.

There are security and servers at any nook and corner if you need anything.

While taking to your room they will explain you what all activites are there for you and your childeren and also different entertainment zones inside.

They were also accommodating with every of our requests. Like we requested for an early breakfast due to an early flight and they went above an beyond in providing the same.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort. It had an access to the beach which was more like a private beach with mostly resident guests using the beach. They were renovating at the time but still it was a well maintained property and an awesome pool. The staff were courteous and payed special attention to my little girl and offered her some juice as she was not eating properly. There is live music during dinner and games and activities for kids. Something different each day. The cottages were really nice and oozed luxury with beautiful gardens and clean surroundings.The breakfast buffet was awesome and the coffee memorable. The only complaint is they were really slow to respond to complaints. The TV in our room was damaged but we hadn't complained. Overall value for money.

Good place and lovely environment.
But there is a drawback because there is no network plus they have wifi only in the lobby which is at the entrance.

Attached to the Radisson resort, a fantastic property with beach access. Good rooms, decent food and very picturesque for couples.

Roselina from house keeping was specially superb. Considering we spent a lot of time on the beach during our stay, our rooms never had a grain of sand anywhere

The front desk was also very nice and warm. They were nice enough to arrange a cake for my son's birthday

Loved the place mainly because of its location, amidst the main market but still offshore so calm and serene..a good place to relax and explore the calm side of goa and can add some sprinkle of adventure with the market and beach being in walking distance!

The resort is nice, price reasonable for the location, rooms and breakfest fine. Fantastic beach! AC a little noisy and not that effective in my room.

Unfortunately no free wifi.

I was staying for just two nights in business trip and my reason for two star rating is they in fact ruined my last day in Goa (and the only one free). I arrived from the Goa Saturday night market at 3am (btw really awesome place - go there!) and they woke me up at 6:50am with question if I'm really in the room?! I was not able to sleep after that and checkout time is 11am...

I got not so friendly reaction at the reception after complaining and the first answer was that they can't move the checkout time at any possibilty. And also no good explanation why they called so early in the morning was given to me.

I pretty sure that it was just some one-off coincidence, but the front desk was not much friendly to help me initially and to find some sort of solution for me. I can imagine a few possibilities but "it's your problem" is not one of them.

Wonderful resort, Rooms size is little small as per price. Gym is workable. Beautiful pool.

Great location, nice cottages. Sprawling green campus with several activities for kids. Check-in process could have been faster.

It is far away from the regular goan hustle bustle and the stylishly decorated cottage type suites really draw you in
