Dona Sylvia Beach Resort Review

Good place for relax but amminites not to standards of Novatel.

I hate it. Rooms are so congested, room service is absolutely horrible. The pool is very gross and is barely ever cleaned. Bathroom does do not close are very dirty! Thanks food is horrible, especially the breakfast. Might look fancy and be expensive but don't be decieved by these things. Dont go no matter what please! Understand what I am saying.

Nice cottages. Fabulous food. Beach side resort. Great swimming pool. Personalized services by hotel staff and managers.

Stayed here before it became Novotel. Was a nice all inclusive resort. A bit rough around the edges, but good experience. The wine was horrible at the time.

The staff is really very helpful. Ammbience is really very pleasant.

It was an awesome experience. Everything is well managed and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. Definitely visit this place to have a wonderful experience.

Resort is nice, during my visit swimming pool and gym was not fully functional. Should have more variety in breakfast......

Beautiful place to stay. Beach access, the cottages are very nice. Breakfast is very good as well. Will strongly recommend to faimilies with kids. Around many restaurants and shopping is also there..which will be very handy if you plan to stay more than 2 days.

A nice place adjacent to cavelossim beach. The property is huge and lush green.

Overall a decent stay with some hiccups here n there.

The spa experience was superb. A special mention for Geeta who was kind enough to make sure the issues we faced were dealt with properly.

The food and the system were all good here and I want to come back here again.

Outstanding cuisine with excellent management (Tara, Aditya, Ratsu) and excellent service (Ms Ashra, Benny, Rajesh). Rooms may occasionally be overhauled. Pool management unusable. Pool still clean.
We were the last 6 years for 45 weeks in the hotel, very satisfied and will be back.

Way 2 good if u wanna get nearest to the beach stay here only

Staff served us in a very friendly way. Hotel was very beautiful and clean. According to situation of covid, hotel was very hygienic. Their staff members treat us very nicely. One of the staff members MS GITA was very good at assisting.we really like her effort to make us feel good. She even send us small cake for our anniversary, which was very special gesture. Overall nice staff, amazing hotel overall 10/10.

Lovely place. No complaints, except for many services are part of packages. So, like, if your package doesn't have Wi-Fi included, then you can't use it.

Amazing tonight. Fabulous Indian wedding. What a night of culture and fun. With our lovely friend Archana. Also loved Mama Mia restaurant.

Great place. Had stayed there for family holidays and the experience was super fun.

Ambience cleanliness food
Service awesome.buffet breakfast and dinner elaborate.
Name a few placido prtsm and Roy at seagul are ready to serve with smile.
Chef Bimen served us nice food specially cooked for us .
Housekeeping staff is very prompt to send you whatever you need.
Definitely recommend to family and friends and will revisit

Nice and we'll maintained property on beautiful beach with delicious food buffet and good clean pool .Few things definitely needs improvement room service and need more staff at buffet for serving. Overall it was a great experience.

Hotel is good for honeymoon couples and package is at reasonable rate.
