Dona Sylvia Beach Resort Review

Great hotel. Very well located with a shopping complex and business conference room right opposite.
The personal beach they have is amazing and less populated which is something I love.
Kind of affordable and near an amazi g restaurant fishermans warf.
Rooms are great. Staff very courtious.

I wanted to thank you all for making my business trip so much fun. What a wonderful experience it was and I would venture to say, the best trip I've ever had! This resort is for those people who are busy in their day to day life, if u guys wanna break from your busy schedule, take a break and visit this place, I promise u will love it. I had an amazing trip, I loved the ambience, peaceful environment, their services and hospitality are awesome and they know very well how to take care of their clients..

A special thanks to my new friend Gita ma'am (Guest Manager) she is so loving, caring, helping in nature and supportive. I will miss u ma'am.

I really enjoyed getting to know you all and will hopefully have the chance to connect again one day soon :)

The dining staff are warm and welcoming and very patient. 2 staff in particular Macveigh and his manager Mannishter.i would come back to the hotel because of staff like these

Very courteous staff. The rating is more for the staff than the property.. The property is also good. Depends on the price at which you get it. There is a pathway to the cavelossim beach with a guard of the resort at exit. Good number of coconut and palm trees are there which gives a good view. Rooms are small but all the amenities are there.

Well made and maintained, equipped with all modern amenities. There is good greenery and the vibrant colours of villas give a nice Goa feel. The beach is clean and nice too. The food is good.

Our stay at the exotic Novotel hotel was so spectacular in January 2019. The room was clean with a lovely bed(important factor for me at any hotel we stay) and it was spacious. Food was Delicious ->We had almost all our meals here and enjoyed the flavours and variety.. We lazed by the pool on our sunbeds sipping on fresh orange juices and enjoying the calmness that the hotel has to offer. During the day we went exploring the culture and new beaches/ waterfalls and in the evening upon our return we arrived at a very exotic scene of the hotel decked up with flowers and the entertainment here is at full peak. The beautiful ambience set up with Karaoke singers Pearl Mendes and Lancer Pereira who were again mind blowing made our stay perfect! The duo sang all evening while we were having dinner at the hotel.. they even sang us a birthday song upon request and accepted all our requests for songs that we love to hear.. we even sang with them which made me happier .. thanks for making us dance to your amazing music. Cant wait to be back.

The feeling of holiday is when you go to a new place and are able to connect with the place and its people while enjoying delicious food and taking in breathtaking sights..That's the feeling that Novotel gives you. Go Goa..for a beach holiday and make sure you visit them!

One of the best all inclusive hotels I have ever stayed in. The food the staff the ambience the rooms and service could not be bettered. All at a very competitive price.

Stayed for a night. Good room but even after request could not get queen bed. Breakfast just OK.

Beautiful beach resort in south goa, one of many properties designed by Charles Correa.

A fair place in Goa, India. Two hotels with good infrastructure, swimming pools and lots of greenery. In close proximity to a huge beach on the coast of the Arabian Sea. Good choice for a big company or for an active holiday with children. There are not many places to go for a walk, but you can enjoy a sea or other sea entertainment.

Was there for 3 nights in Oct 2nd week and place was really superb, great pool and lovely sand helpful staff, very near to beach. Thanks to Geetha and Ganesh to make our stay memorable.

Quality seems to have come down a little. House keeping was slow and required repeated calls for basic things, such as towels or water. Buffet spread is limited in comparison to other similarly priced or lesser priced resorts (their neighbouring Radisson itself has a much better spread). No change in spread too from day to day.
Overall, didn't like it that much. A little more attention to details and effort can take them back to how good it used to be.
