We received such above and beyond service from Jason and the team at Don s that I m hesitant to say too much lest I cause a reader s expectations to be too high. But the simple facts - we threw a belt one evening driving through Terre Haute on a road trip, they got us in the next morning, diagnosed the problem and located a part the same day though the part wasn t local so took one day to arrive. They got it fixed the next day and got us back on the road. The cost was reasonable especially considering all the legwork Jason went through, shuttle rides to and from our hotel, and the labor of replacing the part. I am very satisfied. As usual, the folks at Don's were superior: in their helpfulness; work completed; and suggestions for future repairs (we asked as our van has over 200,000 miles). All the folks here are simply wonderful! I've had cars serviced around the country (I've lived in many states & have owned a bunch of cars) and only one compares to Don's high quality of performance. You can trust these folks! And, that's crucial when dealing with car repairs.

The main thing that sets them apart from the other shops is their honesty. Don's is a very trustworthy repair shop. I will take my vehicles there when work is needed.
From start to finish staff was very helpful. Handled the towing and were very reasonable. The shuttle service even came and picked me up once my vehicle was finished. Maybe not the cheapest but worth every penny.

Don's Service Center exceeded all my expectations from start to finish. One of our company cars needed a new transmission. Don explained all that was needed along with a written estimate that was lower than anticipated! The new transmission was in within two days along with a lot of "no charge" extras that were needed. Don, Jason, and Stan have always been very helpful, informative, courteous, and friendly. They never try to oversell and recommend only those services and repairs necessary. I am always impressed by how knowledgeable and informed they are of the OEM specifications for your car and their strict adherence to them. Given how particular I am, having my car repaired or just getting routine maintenance was always a stressful experience before I found Don's.
