This was a girls weekend. We were treated like royalty. This was not our first time, nor will it be the last. We did have dinner in the Lido, excellent. All staff was spot on. We will be back soon. Congratulations to the new General Manager Erica Coppola! You are doing superior work.

The view alone gives this place 5 stars! But the entire staff (front desk, room service, restaurant staff, everyone!) makes this place so welcoming. Thank you for the great experience

Tori at the Spa gave me a phenomenal massage and and Samantha at the front desk was sweet. Thx for the awesome experience.

Great resort. Awesome pool, amazing views and easy access to the beach and close to Avila beach for water sports as well. Suites are pretty spacious and clean. Our room even had washer dryer to clean up our sandy clothes. Highly recommend!

Champagne brunch is worth a visit - good price, great food options and a nice view - oh and bottomless mimosas. Whatever you pick, I highly recommend getting the home fries as a side - so crispy and delicious! All around a great pick for brunch!

Lido at Dolphin Bay is one of our very favorite local restaurants. The grounds and decor are relatively upscale for the Central Coast, the ocean views are spectacular, and the food is consistently excellent & creative and emphasizes locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. Service is always friendly & professional. We always have an outstanding experience dining at Lido for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and holidays.

My family and I enjoyed every bit of this beautiful resort. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. This place is pet friendly, I mean really pet friendly. No weight restrictions, major plus! We have a lab/pit bull mix and he had fun here, especially at the beach. The 2 bedroom suite was absolutely beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen with a Vons market 6 minutes away- super convenient. We celebrated my son's 18th birthday and they made sure he felt special. They also had a dog bed, and a couple treats and a ball for our pup... awesome! The suite was spacious, the guest room however was pretty small. Other than that, we loved our unit. 4th floor has the best views!
Lido, their restaurant was good. The steak and eggs, my Son, enjoyed. The Turkey club was sad. No Turkey. So we enjoyed the sweet potato fries lol! The most amazing part about the restaurant is that you are able to dine on the patio with your dog. That's dope! Thank you Dolphin Bay. We cannot wait to come back!

Lovely hotel- had a 2br pool facing unit and loved it- Ocean is beautiful. However getting there is hard with small kids so for that reason not ideal. A walk down stairs is not recommended with small children, wet feet, sand toys... Hotel is clean, spacious and we had a fun time by the fire in the evenings.

I've stayed at the Intercontinental in Monterey, the peninsula in chicago, tradewinds in Carmel, Deerfield in South lake and for a similar price as those places, dolphin Bay is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at!! Wonderful place :)

This place was absolutely beautiful! The food at their restaurant was a little different than what I m used to but the employees were so sweet. The weather was perfect in early February and there was a nice walking path. They also do weddings, if you are going to do that, the ideal amount of people they can hold is about 30-75 without needing to rent a tent.

About to call front desk for the second night in a row for noise. It is currently 11:00 PM and the group at the fire pit ( still open ) is talking loudly so we are forced to choose between keeping our window open ( to enjoy the sea air) and sleeping.
There was also an outdoor event for 300 tonight that we should have been informed of when we booked.
A real shame. Beautiful place, great food, wonderful spa, but no place to stay if you want to get sleep on your vacation.

I stayed at my sisters condo there overnight. Its really nice. The views are great. If you open windows, you get the best breezes. I only represent a small percentage of people in my complaint, it's because I smoke. Non smoking property. Otherwise its 5 stars. There is a super small section for smokers, but you can still here the waves. It's a great place to bring the kids and have family time together.

Very, very, very disappointing hotel. Over priced and very underwhelming. Please do not bother to stay here. The food was very average. My husband stood on glass by the pool. And on our stay the whole pool area (which is not large) was taken over by a large drunken group - so what amenities were available we could not use. We were then charged in addition to a very expensive room rate and additional 'resort fee' for every night we stay. Which is completely outrageous as they have no facilities. They also messed up my booking several times. So no - this is not a hotel I recommend to anyone. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Had dinner at the restaurant on the resort and it was wonderful. Nice coastal menu with unbeatable views in a wonderful area. The night we were there they had a guitarist and he was incredible. Sang beautiful Spanish songs and played impeccablely. What a wonderful night we had sitting and listening (for 4 hours) to this wonderful musician. Our waiter was great and did not rush us out. We lived our meal of fish and various salads and of course, wine. A memorable evening!

Requested 2 ground floor rooms 6 weeks ahead of time, my family showed up first only to realize they had given us 2nd and 3rd floor room stating we have to request ground floor, upon showing them our confirmation which clearly states ground floor adjoining rooms we were told thats just a request, then we explained that I have an eye disease and I explained this upon requesting ground floor we were given one ground floor room and were told that we could walk to the office in the morning to possibly receive a 2nd ground floor room. I left a voice mail for the manager that same day and nearly a week later I still have not received a call back nor has my relative who also left a voice mail. I always make my reservations weeks in advance because I require ground floor for my safety and honestly this is the first time I have encountered a hotel whose staff was just down right rude, it was obvious they did not even look to see if there were any requests on my reservation because it was wriiten clearly, then to be rude and un apologetic is just unacceptable and no return call from management just clearly shows why the staff are rude because management does not care either. Rooms were adequate 2 doubles, minin fridge very very low water pressure in the sink. The first night there we were having a conversation around the pool deck no drinking just talking and were told we had to either go to our room or the becah we could not sit and talk by the pool, he said your not being loud you just cannot talk here. Other than the staff the pool was nice beach is beautiful Punlix supermarket across the street and they charge extra per night for an extra vehicle. I will continue my search for a nice place to vacation on the west coast because this definitely was NOT it, oh well.
