Climatically. A beautiful place, it's worth visiting. recommend

Poor rooms, medium service. A hotel of this category should try harder ...

At a price of about PLN 500 per night, rooms are a failure, wooden windows like before the war, no tilt options, door handles turned down enough that an average teenager can open it from the outside. Same rooms in the condition from 10 years ago, you can see that since the hotel was built with zero investment. Everything just pretty well done. The cupboard doors are creaking and barely hanging on their hinges, the upholstery smells musty. A huge minus for the lack of air-conditioning in the room, I can not imagine being there in full season where there is no way to open the windows at night because everyone can enter. Bathroom neglected, fittings out of this era and neglected. To sum up - the rooms are clearly for renovation. One advantage of the facility is its surroundings, but it is 5 stars, a zoo, forests, a sealarium, and horses without charge. As for the food - breakfast every day the same but a lot of choice, all tasty and fresh so there is nothing to fault. I did not take half-board on purpose, so as not to be tied to meal times, besides, the price for 3-night stay for half-board was a thousand more so for me it was an exaggeration. I recommend the tavern, great service and food, while the restaurant in the hotel is a complete failure. Waiting for the card while only 2 tables were occupied was 10 minutes, the lady was walking next to us and pretended not to see us, after asking for the card she said that now she cannot and if she wants, I can take it myself. Another 15 minutes of waiting for the order (when one of the tables had already slowed down, the second was already finishing the meal), a request to come to the order, Mrs. Baknel was under her breath that now she is probably going to take the bill to another table. Finally another pretty nice waitress came over. She efficiently collected the order and implemented it quite quickly. As for the level of cooking (dumplings and broth were ordered, so no culinary frenzy) ... I don't know how to sum up but the broth was very salty water with a bit of vegeta with noodles, dumplings also left a lot to be desired. In general, the hotel owners, I advise you to review the condition of the facility and the staff, because soon the only guests will be at the festival because of the distance to the amphitheater.

Beautiful location, wonderful service. Fantastic animation for children. Additional attractions in the season, zoo and sealarium open all year (?) Delicious meals even for picky toddlers.

We went for a massage. Amazing. Shiatsu massage was amazing. The ladies were perfect professionals. Bardzo dzi kujemy!!!

I do not understand why people judge so low. Very nice zoo - not the biggest but we did not expect anything extraordinary. Quite nice, great places for those who value nature. The whole family was happy with the trip.

Location and the area around for 5 stars, everywhere very clean, rooms ok, but unfortunately the bathrooms need renovation, food (breakfast and dinner) are decent but I expected a higher standard, the pub is unfortunately slightly outdated, the whole building is already visible that it is old and that it is heavily exploited, SPA zone absolutely 5 stars, swimming pool and SAUNAS also ok. Tree houses also a great idea and a great attraction.

A good place to wind down is a lot of space for walking and something for children zoo, sealarium, inflatables, kayaks and pedal boats etc. I recommend.

ZOO - expensive tickets, water safari - expensive tickets. I gave up the sealarium after visiting the inn where the prices were taken from the ceiling.

Nice hotel. Our stay was successful. Tasty food, a lot of choice. The kids were raging in the playroom. A large pool. Generally ok, I think we will come back here, but in the summer we would like to take advantage of a larger number of attractions.

I expected a standard similar to Irena Eris .. I think I was fooled by the Resort & Spa note and Irena prices. Meanwhile, the Charlotte Valley does not reach other hotels .. dinner for 70 PLN offers a poor selection of dishes, only 2 drinks from the vending machine and water . Zero tea or a glass of wine. Dark restaurant, the room we got old, in the bathroom broken garbage, old equipment, fish ... bed hard and uncomfortable. Children in the corridors run from 6:30. Gym in the corridor - a few exercise machines and dumbbells - very poor. You can rent a bike but you get a corpse with a flak instead of wheels. The only plus is the beautiful area, which unfortunately is a bit neglected. Absolutely not worth the price you pay there. Big disappointment, we will not be back for sure.

Fantastic place. Picturesque with a great atmosphere. Worth recommending for a trip only for two. Extremely nice and friendly service. The decor and rooms at the highest level. I definitely recommend it. In addition, a place offering other very interesting attractions for both children and adults. :)

A restaurant located on a lovely lake. A large selection of dishes and alcohol. However, I missed the drink card in the coctail bar. Well, what can I say. Prices are a bit too high for a student.

A hotel full of attractions for parents and children. A perfect place for families, 3 playrooms for children, a mini zoo, a seal center, horses, a place for a walk in a quiet and picturesque place. There is also a children's pool, for which a big plus. But the biggest plus for SPA, Balinese massage ... these ladies do wonders :). A beautiful and recommendable place, what to do.

A great place to spend the whole day. For children, a paradise - a large playground, a lot of animals, a "boat" cruise, characters from fairytales - an unforgettable experience, even for adults.

Very nice area which is definitely a plus. However, upon arrival there is a big disappointment, especially after what you see in the pictures and descriptions. The building itself is not bad and even quite nicely done (inside also). However, the rooms instead of atmospheric brick walls and beautiful wooden furniture have 2 shelves cross and white-gray walls. Another big downside is the fact that in a family of five we got 1 seam and literally half a clothes hanger, and in the bathroom there are no shelves for, for example, Bathrobes. I also believe that in the 21st century access to fast and efficient internet is a sure attitude especially in a 4-star hotel. It's really not such a big problem to mount a normal WI-FI network available only to guests instead of generally available at speeds sometimes slower than what could be experienced in the 90s. Apart from that everything is great, the service is nice and the meals excellent.

It's a strange place :) on one side by the sea but far from the sea. In the middle of nothing, away from the noisy tourist places. A huge asset is simply peace and intimate surroundings. There are good spa facilities on site. Nice kitchen. Several walking and jogging routes. An interesting fact is the regularly held festival of rock stars, in which the well-known names faktycznie appear

The hotel is rated as strong 4. Very nicely located. Around the forest, a pond, a lot of attractions like a restaurant on the water, a zoo, a seal center, or a horse farm. Very pleasant interiors, lots of raw bricks and wooden finishes. Food is quite average. Service similar, rather correct, although quite indifferent. Small pool with a nice view, although not suitable for swimming. Gym is medium equipped. Quite a lot of shortcomings, you can see that the object is getting old. Despite this, in a whole further strong 4. The hotel has its pleasant climate. Close to Ustka and S upsk.

The place itself and the location great. The service is soooo nice. However, I don't think the property deserves 4 stars. Prices also a bit exaggerated.

Unfortunately, the place is definitely overrated, the only thing that is its strong point is the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. First of all - the prices are absolutely inadequate to the quality. The standard of the house, which costs over half a thousand zlotys to rent for 20 hours, leaves much to be desired. Toilet seat broken, wifi never working, fridge not cooling etc. Secondly, you could have a better SPA at home and everyone has the same swimming pool in the area. It's nice and clean, but it's definitely not a resort. Thirdly, unfortunately, the age level of the people who go there for the weekend leaves much to be desired. The breakfasts are delicious, especially the smokehouse products.
Overall not worth it and would not recommend it unless the prices are twice as low.

I recommend a visit to the zoo: located in a picturesque area, animals in very good conditions, great impressions. Dodkowo, a beautiful land of fairy tales - the atmosphere, sculptures allow you to return to childhood I recommend, especially for a trip with children!

Quite expensive if you want to see all the attractions, i.e. the zoo, water safari and the seal center. However, it is worth while you can enjoy lemurs on the occasion of a water safari :)

The perfect place to forget about all the rest of the bad things happening not necessarily because of us ... an animal friendly place. I highly recommend fantastic service and cosmetic treatments, saunas and swimming pool.

The restaurant offers few dishes. Fairly expensive. Same dishes average - at such prices you can expect expressive and interesting flavors. Unfortunately, this was missing.

We purchased a package for a long weekend, not as a consumer company.
Standart room as very low for this price. They could not offer anything else. Terrible dinner. This level is not in a sanatorium in the spa. They do not want to give us more than 3000 z . For comparison, for the same money I rented a 2-room flat with a garage in Sopot after I stayed "on the ice" late in the evening with all my family. They hope that it will bake, that time will pass ... I would add that we were not at the same time the only family who wrote the withdrawal. After showing them the "apartment" on the tree, they were worried about the child's health because of the impurity. I invite you all tricked contact person. We can file a class action lawsuit. It is the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract if the room was purchased remotely, its standard leaves much to be desired or simply does not suit the consumer, and the hotel is not able to provide it even by exchanging it for another.

Wonderful place. Beautiful surroundings perfectly used architecturally. All buildings seem to have risen slightly from the natural surroundings and absolutely do not dominate the natural landscape. Water and forest dominate as well as a varied sculpture of a train.
The hotel itself is very well decorated and provides many attractions. The downside is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The situation was somewhat saved by a portable fan.
A sensational SPA. We used a Thai relaxing massage and we are very pleased. Both Thai masseuses and the design of SPA rooms make the man feel really relaxed after leaving.
Many other attractions worth recommending especially for families with pre-school children.
I judge averages from a card as average, or more accurately - different. The calf thymus was a bunch of unbelievable food, a sauce that was bland and tasteless, rather similar to the flour.
Beef steak on the first day also medium. Cod, on the other hand, was perfect. The other day the steak was cooked perfectly and gave a lot of pleasure.
Served red dry wine was warm. On the second day white perfectly chilled.
Breakfast buffet abundant and very varied. It's hard to find something that was not on the table. Unfortunately, sausages in the giant heater were almost completely cold. Similarly, white sausages given on the next day. This is the only "rasp" in a good whole
In all, the restaurant is average.
Staff in the whole building very nice and sympathetically referring to customers. The cleanliness of the entire property impeccable.

Delicious food, there is something for everyone. Rooms nice, but they are not cleaned very much. The bathroom was full of hair from previous guests, the shower was not washed out. However, the most cigarettes on the terrace hurt me, I understand that people smoking on the upper floors of the object drop the mouthpieces down with matches ... but to the cleaning service should get rid of this. It was evident that they were old and after routine cleaning of the room no one else took care of them. Service at the reception very nice. Swimming pools and saunas clean. The only downside in the pool is too rare turning on the water current and "shower". Jaccuzi very medium, shallow and too much chlorinated - appearance of a rash. Quiet neighborhood, good directions. However, I would take care more about the road, the mud itself and the dusty stones in the holes, the work areas and the cables that are haunting on the way to the stable

I was at a Foreigner group concert. Music OK, but the rest - the state of the object, organization of the event and personal culture serving totally discouraging. I will not come back.

A climatic place, just right for a weekend or a picnic.

Price for entry to the Zoo for 2 + 2 is 74 PLN. Very expensive for not so many attractions. Children liked the new playground the most - it's pretty cool. Toilet miserable.

Tasty cuisine and very friendly service, which despite the heavy traffic and constant calls, took care of each of the guests.

I visited the Valley of Charlotte again, but only for a moment. We ate a quick but very tasty afternoon snack in the hotel restaurant. The perfect imperial salad with fresh salad, delicious sauce and parmesan cheese. Very juicy chicken and good toasts. This lettuce should taste like that. I also recommend a rich and well-seasoned broth with noodles.
