Hello. I spent the first wedding anniversary at Hotel Charlotte Valley. I received a room at the end of the corridor which ended with a door (As it turned out on the terrace). The room is terribly hot and stuffy so you have to open the balcony door to the terrace (terrace room with extra charge). After the first night (of course with the open door to the terrace because you could suffocate at night) I wake up and see on my terrace a guy smoking a cigarette. As it turned out, the door at the end of the corridor was open to make a draft, and the terrace is connected to mine, not even a small barrier that has not been revived. After my intervention at the reception, the lady promised that she would take care of it. In the attachment, please see the photo how creative people work in a 4-star hotel. Of course, throughout the stay I had trips of children, adults on my terrace. Such food, attractions such as the zoo, sealarium (terrible conditions for animals). If you want to relax and relax it is certainly not in this hotel. Very overrated hotel, what we see on the side of the Valley of Charlotte has nothing to do with reality.
