The front desk, the nurse, and the PA were all very helpful and knowledgeable. The PA did a great job examining me and diagnosing a corneal abrasion, then prescribing antibiotic drops.i was seen right And was done within 45 minutes .

The nurse Laura and her staff are absolutely friendly and amazing. So comforting to my anxious son after he fell off his bike. He was all scrapped up and hurt his arm. They were so caring, understanding and very detailed when treating him. He walked out with a smile. I left prepared to keep him comfortable and felt very relieved.

Had to wait over 20 minutes with no one in the waiting room. Was charged heavily out-of-pocket for a service that I later discovered is covered by my health care provider. Even though I showed my insurance card, they made me pay. No apology from billing either, when billing must know their company has a relationship with my insurance provider for direct billing. This seems like a shady operation. All these glowing reviews are fake, hundreds of glowing reviews, really over 500 ecstatic reviews here lol... what a joke.

Very pleasant and attentive support staff. Waiting time was reasonable and the doctor exhibited confidence in his diagnosis of my condition. A positive experience. I would definitely return to AFC Urgent Care in Natick if I required urgent care in the future.

As mentioned by others the staff here is good and the doctors cared for my condition. They diagnosed my issue thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great experience! Registration was simple, almost no wait time. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would recommend highly. My medical situation was after hours for my own doctor and not serious enough for an expensive ER visit, my insurance covered for the cost of a copay. A serious hand infection was handle by the doctor knowledgeably. Will use in the future when own doctor not available!

Upon entry was greeted and checked in. After filing out a short form I was brought in for my test very quickly. Very efficient overall.

Quick, and the triage nurse and physician assistant were very kind and listened to my complaining.

My husband and I both needed to have territory issues checked out. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional, and we had a comfortable waiting room.There were a number of medical professionals available to see us. We went there because they have X-ray available if needed.

We came in right before closing, the staff was understanding of our situation, saw us right away and gave thorough and thoughtful care even though we were so late. They were all fabulous and even recommended a 24 hour pharmacy to ensure we got the medicine we needed that night. Very pleased with our visit.

Very friendly and helpful team. I'd say staff but I learned from my boss that staff is an infection it sounds better to call it a team because they work together lol.
So yes! great team, very friendly and attentive the Dr. was very nice and helpful to me and my 4year old daughter. Left the clinic feeling alot better, My kid loved the Hershey kisses the Dr gave her lol. So I thank you for your kindness patience and service.

The doctor was yawning several times during my visit and then sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I had to pay full price for my prescription then get reimbursed the following day.

Very nice staff, short wait when I went, and they offer more needs than other urgent cares (I got hot oil in my eye). Although they are limited to tests and equipment they can use v.s. a hospital, what they did for me made me feel 100% better today and my eye does not hurt anymore. They also were able to verify I had no surface damage.

I didn t feel rushed and all my questions were answered like my issue really mattered to them personally. Great experience!

I went in there today in the middle of a full blown panic attack. It was the most terrifying moment of my life. The woman who took my vitals in triage is amazing. She sat there and listened while I was panicking, validated my feelings, and was just so incredible kind, caring, and patient. I wish I remember her name (mid length blonde hair, worked this AM). In my experience, true empathy is few and far between these days. Thank you.

Very professional, attentive, and careful from the front desk to the nurse to the Doctor. Each person was welcoming and clearly attentive to our needs. The wait was not bad at all and the care was of very high quality. Highly recommend.

It was a very good experience and had great service.

I came home from work late last night and found out that my son hurt his foot at school. It was too late to take him to his pediatrician as it was after hours (7pm or so) and his dr's office is quite a ways away. I was trying to access the situation and determine whether I should take him to the emergency room that evening or to his dr's office the following morning when his grandfather suggested Doctors Express in Natick. We got there just 15min before closing and were still seen admitted without hesitation. The wait time for very reasonable (15 min or so). The staff is very pleasant. The doctor was knowable, personable and pleasant. We left the office at 8:30pm with the diagnosis and a foot strap for support. My son was able to return to school the next morning and I was able to go to work the next morning. I hope we don't need this facility but it's good to know it's there. What a great neighborhood service!

In September I developed a very strange rash. I first went to CVS' Minute Clinic and the NP thought I had shingles but wasn't 100% sure so she gave me a list of clinics to visit to get a second opinion. I chose to go to Doctors Express. I was so pleased with my choice. The office was very clean, there was no wait to be seen and everyone was very friendly. The doctor who saw me was very experienced and knew right away that what I had was shingles. He wrote me a few prescriptions, made some recommendations to ease the pain I was in and i went on my merry way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would and have recommended Doctors Express to friends and family. Actually, my husband ended up going there shortly after me as he too developed shingles. I am so thankful to have such a reliable clinic nearby.

If you need a fast, non-invasive medical visit, they do a great job. I made an appointment on-line and they saw me pretty close to my appointment time. The office staff was also very friendly.

I needed some urgent care so I was going here regardless- but I looked up reviewed anyways...4.9 stars okay I knew the reviews must have been fake how could an urgent care be that good? Well I was going anyways- but I can confirm this is an excellent urgent care!

My primary care doctor recommended this facility when I need get immunization shots before travelling to India. I'm very happy to their services because:
1. No appointment needed, I can do it based on my availability.
2. Every one in the clinic is very friendly
3. The nurse explained every single detail on what type of immunization shots I need to travel to India, and write down the follow up actions I need to take.

I highly recommend this clinic to everyone who needs this type of services.

Came to my work for a flu shot clinic. Quick and friendly service.

I scheduled an appointment so I wouldn t be waiting for an extended period of time, especially because of COVID-19 and the stress it s putting on our healthcare system. It didn t seem to matter that I had an appointment time as I had to wait over an hour and then reschedule due to a prior commitment. When I returned the following day the receptionist told me they were a walk in clinic when I said I had an appointment so there seems to be some disconnect with having scheduled appointment times. But the medical staff was kind and efficient and other than the scheduling issues I was happy with the service I received.

Wow. I was in Natick for my niece's wedding and had a reaction to my Rx and needed to see a doctor. I looked up AFC urgent care and was convinced by its closeness and reviews. This place is amazing. I was in and out in about 25 minutes and everyone was very friendly and attentive. The PA knew exactly what was going on and gave instructions and a new Rx. I told my wife I wished that I got this kind of care at my home PCP.

Workers at urgent care were nothing but professional and caring. If i had Any reason to go back i would Gravitate to their office. Thank you for the awesome care!

Doctors Express Natick is the best! We're so thankful they're a quick ride away.

With three active kids under the age of eight, we've come to rely on their fantastic team. They're always so kind and thoughtful about our needs. We never worry when the kids come home bloody and broken because they know when we have to go there everything will end up okay.

Wonderfully fast. My daughter hurt her finger and needed an x-ray. Logged in online to get on the list, walked in a half hour later, and was in and out within 25 minutes ( x-ray and splint ).

Everyone here is very professional, prompt, and courteous. Was quite surprised that I could ask general #questions via Messenger. #AllGood

Great doctors ,glad we have them you never can go to see any doctor that fast .You have to call to office then waiting they will call you back .Urgent care is the best everyone is very professional and they know what they doing .Love it

With so many other urgent care options, I would drive down the road and go to a different one. I ve been here twice in 3 years. The most recent time was very disappointing and 3 weeks later I m still feeling badly about it, so felt I should share my experience with others. I don t like leaving bad reviews, but what happened to me felt somewhat like an SNL skit. I came in with a knife wound and jammed finger joint (dishes accident, sigh). Long story shorter, the PA and her assistant (on their own, separately, believe it or not) added insult to injury by squeezing the swollen joint, by accident, as if they d forgotten why I was in there at all. I m talking: they grabbed my finger RIGHT at the joint and pressed it straight while trying to get a splint on, and when I shrieked in pain they remembered that s why I was in there. The assistant didn t know which splint would be best, or how to attach it without hurting the joint, so I had to ask for a pinky sized splint, suggest a way for her to wrap my finger, and then I finally had to jus wrap it myself. (I have one hand, so this is actually hysterical #snl) It was a hot mess. The PA s intentions were lovely, maybe she was just exhausted, but in all honesty it s like restaurants in NYC... with so many options these days, unfortunately if it s not 5 stars we can just go somewhere else. The desk staff were great, there was no wait even when all the other urgent cares had a 30+ min wait, it was clean but dark, and the lady who cleaned out my cut was great. The PA s assistant was a hot mess and the PA seemed out of it. (Why was there no MD?) I need to go back for an X-ray because this finger is still killing me and they told me it d heal in a few days, but obviously won t go back here. Sorry, AFC natick. Wishing everyone well.

After failing to get an appointment with my PCP, who never even asked how serious my condition was, AFC took me in right away and did everything, including xrays, right on site. Great follow up in the following days as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Walked in & was seen by MD within 15 minutes. Walked out 15 minutes later w/ a prescription.

Not a good experience. Went with my wife, she was cold and sore throat. Nurse came in and tools flu test. I ask about strep. But she was not interested. That surprised me. Even though Waited waited no one came for a very long time.

Went for a sports physical and it was done quickly and professionally. Didn t have to wait at all.

Went there for a drug test after going to 4 different places. They were professional, kind, very informative, and super quick.

I was seen quickly but felt rushed during my appointment with provider. I complained of sinus pressure and provided never checked my sinuses. I ve been in medical profession for years and disappointment by this visit.

This office advertises that they perform BasicMed physicals for pilots. I am a pilot who has a current FAA 3rd class medical certificate via special issuance. I came to this office to get a BasicMed physical. Upon entering the practice Dr. Derkevorkian refused to perform a BasicMed physical for me because of a medical condition that is NOT a disqualifying condition under BasicMed and this is clearly stated in the BasicMed regulations (it is literally written in the regulations). This practice advertises on their website that they offer BasicMed physicals, but they, or Dr. Derkevorkian at a minimum, don t understand the regulations of BasicMed. I would recommend that any pilot who is seeking a BasicMed physical go to a physician/practice that understands BasicMed. I will be going to Dr. Alan Mekler in Manchester NH.

I have had the same procedure done about a month ago when I got a hearing aid dome caught in my ear. Once more, Urgent Care helped me as I knew it would. Fine professionals!

I walked in. This urgent care was super quick and efficient. Staff was nice. It didn't feel like they were pushing me out the door but they were definitely trying to make sure no one was in there longer than they needed to be.
