I was very well treated. The wait time was minimal and they were very nice, every single one of them that I talked to.

when i got to afc dr express in westspringfield she was very aware of what she was doing and had a knowledge i my rare situation and immediately got to work ...i was IN AND OUT and ready to continue my day i would recommended this place to everyone thanks hattie thanks AFC Dr Express

Very pleasant experience , short wait. Well run office.

Doctor was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Had only 1 PA on staff. Wait time was horrendously long even without any line. No X-ray equipment. Front desk staff was snotty with little sympathy for patient's condition. Didn't have expertise, necessary equipment or personnel to suture kid's cut.

Friendly team and very quick and thorough. Definitely recommend when need urgent help!

Each of the three employees With whom I interacted at afc was professional, congenial and competent in performing her respective roles, especially Jenna Dickson, the PA. In addition, a Northeastern U. student named Lily, nearing graduation, examined me. I was impressed with their efficiency and thoroughness.

The wait time was minimal, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall great experience.

Very impressed with my first visit. Prompt attention from reception. Very reasonable waiting time (about 10 minutes). Prompt attention from nurse and then physician's assistant. Very well taken care of.

The nurse and Jenna, the Dr. were both excellent, as was the girl who did the xrays - this was my first time ever going to an urgent care and this was the right one to start with!!

Urgent care I have to say was a good experience. From the time I walked in till the time I left felt very safe and place was spotless. The personal from the front desk to all the people that took care of me plus the doctor we're supportive and professional and would go back if I had a problem. I would recommend Urgent Care.

I ve used Urgent Care several times and find it very convenient and useful. The staff are always nice and pleasant to deal with.

Everyone was nice and the care was fabulous. The reason for 2 stars was the way they handle their back end. I asked for an emailed copy of my receipt and I never received one. They wanted me to pay a bill which is fair... however I'm not going to pay it until they sent me a bill via email so I could call my insurance company to find out why it was not covered fully. When I did not receive an email I assumed it was taken care of, a little while later I was sent to collections. Again it is fair for them to want the money owed and that is not my plight, my issue is the lack of attention to simple requests. I will never go here again. The fact that they are supposed to care for the sick and they can't send a simple email upon request after promising they will on two different occasions is disconcerting.

Didn't properly ship my blood to get tested so got a call to return back to get retested just to wait another 30 mins while the waiting room is empty and the staff continue talking among them selves. It take 3 mins to draw the blood and send me on my way...wasting my time just sitting here even leaving a review nothing will change..theres nothing URGENT about this place...

The flu shot was quick and painless. Sometimes it hurts or bleeds when I get vaccinated but this nurse did it perfectly.

Love this place it was love at first site.
Very friendly staff, I came with a cut hand from work, with two Wounds in and out with they clean and dry wounds, evaluate the lance rations, got three sutures in one lance-ration the other one get glue together and took about 45 minutes. I returned to work I have to go back to remove the sutures in about 7 days .

Visit was for a random drug screening. Staff were very pleasant and professional.

AFC Urgent Care is not only convenient but competent. I have only had great experiences and positive health care in their office. When you are in a pinch and need a health care provider they are my choice. The staff is wonderful and personable the facility is clean and thorough.

Went in after a fall. They x-rayed my wrist and told me it was a sprain. Still hurt a month later. Went to my primary care who took another x-ray. Classic break. Obvious to whoever read the x-ray. Now I will have to have surgery to fix because it was not cast when I broke it. Apparently whoever reads the x-rays is not competent. I will go to the ER next time I need medical help.

This was my second visit to urgent Care for myself. I have been with my son two times as well. The staff is always caring, compassionate, and extremely helpful. Eight months after my sons first visit, the healthcare provider that saw him, remembered him and the specifics of one of his medical issues. I found this very impressive! All around a very positive experience.

First time, I was impressed they were professional, caring and efficient

I signed in online to be seen for a bad cold I d had for five days. The office wasn t busy on a Monday afternoon, but even so it was great to know I d be seen without a wait. The doctor confirmed what I suspected and that I needed to just stay the course until the cold passed. Feeling better today. Thanks AFC Urgent Care for the prompt and compassionate service!

They came in to our company to give flu shots and it was done incredibly efficiently

This place is terrific!! They are well organized, attentive and professional.

Dr Venditti and her entire team including Haley and the lead receptionist provide an admirable attention to detail that is keeping Massachusetts safe.

I showed up 10 minutes before they closed, and I was worried that they would try to rush me out of there. That was not the case at all. They were patient and very driven towards understanding my symptoms and trying their best to provide the best medical care for me and my ailments.

Excellent experience. There was only a 10min wait time. The doctor and the nurses were very good, willing to listen and was happy to answer all the questions. Knowledgable doctor, quickly diagnosed my sickness and recommended medication. Thank you.

I would have given it 5 stars, but I had to wait a while once I was brought into a room to be seen. I got there right when it opened, so I assumed I would have been seen sooner. The doctor I saw was very attentive and nice, I was out of there shortly after she saw me.

5 minute wait. Finger was glued up and I was out just as quick. Hope to never have to return. Kind reception.

For the first time, I had recently visited Doctor's Express. I was hesitant, but my regular doctor was overbooked and I had a small cut that had begin to become swollen and worrisome to my wife...she basically begged me to go, the further my arm began to swell. When I got there, the receptionists were extremely nice. I felt right at ease. After about 10 minutes, I was seen by a nurse, and then a PA. I was very pleased by her professionalism, demeanor, and overall knowledge. The whole staff was very pleasant and professional. I got antibiotics & 'scheduled' (they won't take appointments, but I scheduled it with myself haha) to go back in a few days to check in. I am impressed. Keep up the great work everyone!!!

We arrived 5 minutes before closing but you would have never known. The staff including dr took their time and were very helpful.

Not only was AFC easy to get into the receptionist, nurse and doctor were very caring and professional. They were also respectful of my time. They listened to me and addressed my concerns!

This was great I went here for a Covid 19 test , I didn t have to leave my car. The girl administered the test was great and everything was very easy and quick , I highly recommend using this location

I went in midday on the Friday before Christmas. I was the only one in the waiting room, so wait time was next to nothing. The young male nurse who did the intake was an absolute sweetheart. The doctor was incredibly clear in her instructions. The bathroom and exam room appeared spotless. The front desk ladies were friendly and extremely efficient and helpful. Access and parking were easy. I couldn't have been happier with my experience.

We were seen within 10 minutes - the staff is extremely friendly and patient - very clean and organized - my son was able to get a chest x-ray within 15 minutes, results a few minutes after that. I ve been to this urgent care 4 or 5 times now and have had great experiences every time - much better than my primary care doctors office!

Always a great experience at AFC Natick! I have been to this location a few times over the past year and the staff has been nothing but amazing to me! Always on top of whatever I have going on and they always make sure to follow up a couple days later to make sure I'm doing good! Will always recommend my family and friends here!

On a Saturday I went to CVS to purchase bandaids for a burn that wasn t healing. The pharmacist strongly suggested I have the burn looked at by a dr ASAP.
I went straight to Urgent Care on 9rt 9 in Natick and within 30 minutes I had a thorough consult with the dr and an action plan in place to heal my wound.
The staff at Urgent Care was professional, considerate and prompt. I appreciate the bedside manner and medical attention I received while I was at Urgent Care!

AFC urgent care is the best of all such establishments. I have been to them twice now and both times their service was excellent. I have also been to others but I have not gotten the same attention that I got from AFC. AFC is the only place that was able to see me right away and I did not have to wait at all!

I was treated respectfully and had very little waiting time. The results were communicated to me in a timely fashion.

This is my go-to doctor's office whenever i'm feeling off. My husband was doing some yardwork last summer and somehow managed to trip and fall off a ladder. Our general practitioner was out (it was Saturday) so we ended up at the Doctors Express office for an ex-ray and the service was so fast and cheap that I've been choosing it over my own GP ever since. Because we both work full time, its easier to get an appointment at Doctors Express in Natick than to take a day off of work and head to our family doctor. Can't say enough good things about the location!

AFC Urgent Care in Natick is a great alternative to visiting an Emergency Room. Caring and Professional Doctors every time I needed medical treatment.

They are a life saver! No lengthy wait and they were able to test for the flu and strep within 15 minutes. The nurse was extremely capable and the doctor was the best doctor I've ever seen, in terms of explaining the flu virus. Automatically got me the right meds and a note for work. Im really pleased. Except for having the flu!

I have been struggling for about a month to get an appointment somewhere to get immunizations I need for a trip to Africa. I have encountered waits of up to a month and confusing instructions and information. Then I called Doctors Express in Natick and they told me I could just walk-in anytime and get the vaccines! I was so shocked that I called back just to make sure. I walked in and within 5 minutes saw a nurse and then the doctor. The Doc was so helpful and informative. Not only did I get the vaccinations that I needed, but he also gave me all kinds of other health related information and advice specific to where we will be traveling. They took my insurance too! Everyone there was so very nice and they were much more efficient than my regular doctor's office.

We have had several great experiences at Doctors Express in Natick. I have taken my son Sam there for a suspected ear infection, and the wait times were good (plus the waiting room is comfortable and well stocked), and the customer service was great. The staff is friendly and the office seems to be run efficiently. The hours of availability are also very helpful.

Was sent here for a drug screen for a new job, real nice people and quick in and out process. They showed the uppermost level of professionalism.

I entered at 8:30 am and was promptly checked in. I was suffering from acute sinus infection and was seen by an EXCELLENT doctor. I was examined and prescribed medication. Everything was explained tome in a professional way .
I will always return when necessary!
My grandson and granddaughter also have been treated at this facility!
We are very fortunate to have such an excellent center nearby.

Very thorough examination for my 8 year old. The doctor was lovely with him. We didn t have to wait long at all and the care was excellent!
