I needed a Covid-19 test. Arranged a tele-consult online. The PA called at the appointed time that evening and was very professional. After our discussion, she set up my appointment at the urgent care center for the next morning. I uploaded all my personal and insurance information ahead of time. I pulled up outside and texted the staff. In two minutes they texted back to come in. I felt very comfortable with the precautions. The actual test was painless and I left within five minutes with info on how my results would be transmitted to me within 24 hours.

I walked in with what I thought was shingles and was out the door a half hour later with a diagnosis and prescription! The staff and physicians were very helpful and answered all my questions.
Wait times are pretty quick. Staff are always smiling and welcoming. They took good care of my workmans comp claim quickly. I was very happy with them.
I visited the AFC Urgent Care facility in Natick for a physical examination for my 7D license renewal and I was extremely pleased with the nurse and the receptionists, the way they cared for my wellness..
This was my first time going to a doctors express. It was quick and easy! I went for a minor problem and was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Very friendly staff and clean environment!

Great local urgent care facility. Clean, comfortable rooms, respectful and attentive staff. Doctors have X-ray available in case you need it. I was able to see the doctor quickly and had all my questions answered in a timely manner. Great alternative to the ER. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you!
Each time I go there the Receptionist gives me wrong information on what I need to pay. Called insurance company again while I waited to see the doctor. Very friendly and good doctor
AFC Urgent Care in Natick...my experience with them was great...I like the easy access to their rte 9 location and I did not need any appointment...nice walk in health facility and I was able to have a time with a Massachusetts Board Certified Medical Doctor...the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with a comfortably waiting room which my walk in wait time was less time it took me to fill out my patient history information. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone . AFC has another Urgent Care location in Marlborough Ma ..that is also equal to great care.. I personally visited both facilities and for anyone who has a Mass/DOT professional licence it is a must go to visit for a State licence health certification....BEST
The on-line application process is very user friendly. A follow up Telehealth call was just as good as an in office visit. Once arriving for my appointment, the staff greeted me at the door and assisted throughout the visit. Thank you for your great and caring service!
What do people w.o insurance do? I am betting the myriad corporate groups "investing" in wealth and wellness (cough! BEND OVER) are 1. Going to divest of some of these "shops" when the Trumpian depression (monetary...depression starts with day he got in) sinks in. I wouldn't get too comfortable with these places if I had no insurance..although they have things like this overseas (I went to one in Australia once for stitch removal). What do they say to people who don't have coverage? I would love to see their business guidelines. All I can say is, elect pro-public health care officials NOW!! Then maybe these little joints can help alleviate the pile ups at E.U's? As of right now, the ones most needing these services remain the ones least able to afford them. RANT OUT: My experience w. this 1 visit event for allergy/eye redness was very quick and reasonably thorough. The average age of the staff is unfortunately, at least half of my own (saw a P.A, not a Nurse Prac...someone should post what the difference is, if any..and put it on their list of services in case somebody needs 1 kind v.s another=personally I don't care!!). Place is reasonably clean, if windowless and mouse maze cubicled. It was once a Blockbuster Video, and Royal Discount Books-I think it was once a dog racing track, but is now a well traveled "Sunnyside Plaza" strip mall across from Subaru and Honda...if they take kids in there, I hope they have a security lock to let in/out, b/c it would take about 5 steps out the door for a youngster to get hit by cars looking for sushi or Worcester Hwy traffic. That is my only salient observation-my treatment was fine, and I wish I were 25 again-heheh!!
Wait time was ridiculous. We were 2 of 2 on wait screen. Seven other families came in and went in and out before we were even called in. By then we were back to 2 of 2. Don t understand how everyone else came in after us and were taken in and were out before us. Will not go to this facility again.
Fast and friendly care for an upper respiratory infection. Jenna D. (PA) was thorough and kind to my 8 year old son and my wife suffering from the same thing.
We were seen immediately, every person on staff was friendly and helpful. Really a great experience. My son ended up needing 2 staples in his head and everyone made it as pleasant as it could possibly be.

Just wish that pricing was more transparent. I have insurance but we ll have to pay full cost because of a high deductible so would really like to know what s coming!
I slept overnight with a broken elbow to avoid the ER and I'm glad I did. I have used AFC many times, including family members, and my experience has been great every time. If you can avoid the (slow, expensive) ER, or waiting days to see your regular doctor - why not? AFC - short wait and inexpensive (compare to ER experience!), competent and welcoming. And they hand you off well for follow-up care when necessary. This urgent care concept allows consumers to help curb runaway medical costs and this company does it well.

PA Jenna may have saved my eye yesterday. For the first time, I came down with shingles. I realized I needed medication right away so I went to Natick Urgent Care. After an initial work-up with a friendly tech (whose name escapes me, I apologize) Jenna walked me through shingles and also took the time to examine my eyes. She saw the tiniest spot of shingles on my cornea and told me that I had to get to an optho that day. The office called their contacts, and when they were told of an appointment for 4 days later, Jenna got on the phone and forcefully argued "No, Now!" Needless to say, I got the appointment. The eye doctor's response was, after looking at my eye, "That was a great catch by the PA." Not only did they do an excellent job, Natick advocated for me like I was a long-time patient. I highly recommend them.
I took my 3 year old daughter here recently due to an arm injury. They all treated us so kind and got to the point very quickly. We chose to do a reasonably priced self pay option, and very grateful for the amazing service that we received. She was in a lot of pain and they were all so sweet to her, each person who interacted with her was outstanding! Thank you for all your service and kindness during our upset time. She bounced back very quickly.

My trip to get the Covid Vaccine at the AFC clinic in Natick went very smoothly. I arrived at my appointed time and called. I was seen quickly and home in 10 minutes. I received my results within24 hours. I am very grateful to the staff for both the telemed appointments to set up the test and the testing.
This review is actually for the Marlborough office, on Boston Post Road West, near the 99. I'm not sure why it shows as Natick. The doctor was WONDERFUL. I would choose her as my primary care, if that were possible. She had a friendly medical student with her, which only made the experience even better because the student asked questions which added to my understanding of my issue (extreme allergic reaction to poison ivy). I would definitely go there again.
Excellent care for no life threatening needs. Dr. Vendetti is highly skilled and the staff are sweet, compassionate and very friendly and fun. My first time and I will use again vs ER- fast and simple.
Come to AFC Urgent Care after a car accident and had a great experience. My visit was very smooth from begging to end. Everyone who was involved in taking care of me were very friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I'veven recommended my friends and family and they were Pleased with the service as well.

Look I don't go to many clinics, but I had to go there to pick up some docs sent over from check up in Marlborough. Super safe. They won't let you in unless you have an appointment and social distancing was de rigueur. Mask on! People were super friendly and coffee was good.
I registered online for a 8am appointment and was treated and checked out by 8:32am. Very efficient, friendly and competent staff. Dr Tsai was kind, caring and explained the issue and treatment clearly.

First off, this location is very easy to get to. I went to AFC Urgent Care for a pre-employment drug screening. The staff were friendly and didn t keep me waiting. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes or less. The girl who checked me in when I first got there was really cute too.
Back to one star as I got a letter in the mail with threats of legal action 2 months after I had already paid. --- Update: The payment issue was my insurance's fault. The only thing why I'm leaving 3 stars is because the verbally quote was far different from reality. Sorry about the rant guys! ---- They stated that the insurance system was down but that they knew that I was covered. Paranoid me asked how much would it be if the insurance got somehow rejected and the front desk quoted $100 (highly inaccurate). At the end of the day I got a big bill.
Service has deteriorated since this facility was taken over by AFC. I was supposed to have heard back from them regarding the results of a test the previous week. However, I had to call them to get the results of the test, even though I had left explicit instructions for them to fax the results to me, and they acknowledged they would fax it.

I was seen on a Saturday morning. From check in to leaving the facility with diagnosis and prescription was a total of 50 minutes. The diagnosis from Dr. Larson was accurate and the prescription solved the problem within 36 hours. Everyone: the front desk staff, nurse, and doctor were very friendly and efficient. It was exactly what I had hoped for.
For many years I have used your urgent care for my yearly work physical and have had a good experience. That is until this year, the staff doctor was not what I expected, she over stepped her authority and made a simple physical into a situation that it should never had been. If it had just been me put out by her demands it would be one thing but, I needed to bother my specialists office to give her clearance that she did not need. It really is sad that when a professional would over step her authority under the guise of being through. Needless, to say you have lost a customer in the future. No one needs this type of hassle when trying to take care of a simple matter.
I slipped on water at stop and shop, banged my knee hard. The doc felt around the knee joint, which didn't hurt but did not touch the knee cap which a couple hours later was the source of shooting pains,making it necessary for me to see my doctor the next day. If the doc had simply touched the knee cap he would have found a major source of pain. Should he have? I don't really know, I just wish he had.. Otherwise they were good.
The absolute worst urgent care. Legally they should probably be banned from using the term urgent care in their name. Came in with a 103 degree fever and vomiting. Was given anti- nausea medicine, 2 water bottles and Ibuprofen. Said they were not set up for IV fluids and they did no other tests besides checking for the flu. I got the chills and asked for a blanket. All they could provide was a gown to keep me warm. I will never be back and recommend avoiding this place because they do nothing.
Everybody at AFC Natick is awesome. From reception staff to nurses to PAs. They are effective, friendly, very affordable even with minimum insurance. They are giving the health care field a brand new positive image, much needed! Please keep up the great work.
A great experience . From the front desk check in , medical assistant intake and provider . I was seen within 40 minutes from the beginning until the end for a laceration . Very clean , professional and knowledgeable.
I walked in with my children 5 minutes before closing and they were incredibly kind and helpful. I didn't feel rushed at all (I requested a strep test for my daughter). Everyone was extremely professional and so kind. I truly appreciate the positive experience I had~ excellent treatment (my daughter doesn't have strep but she does have an ear infection). I would highly recommend this location.

I visited Urgent Care in Natick on August 5, 2019 and was extremely pleased with the whole experience. I was treated very courteously and professionally by everyone I interacted with from the receptionist and nurse to the physician and X-Ray technician. I had taken a hard fall in my driveway causing some abrasions on my knees and elbows which were deep enough to warrant proper cleaning and bandaging which was the reason for my visit. I was given a tetanus shot as a precaution and my wounds were gently but thoroughly cleaned and re-dressed with bacitracin and bandages or pad with wrapping as required. At all times the staff were friendly and caring in the treatment to reduce my discomfort as much as possible. I found the staff very knowledgeable and competent and definitely would recommend the Urgent Care on Rte 9 in Natick to anyone in need of care.
