The girl at the reception was not friendly or polite and told me that to fix my very small problem it would be at least five days. When I told her that I would be leaving Barcelona in four days, she simply said, "Too bad. Then I guess you will have to bring it for service another time." No apology, no attempt to see if they could fix it in four days. When I left, she didn't even say goodbye or sorry that we couldn't help you. Nothing. I took my mac for a diagnosis they took 17 days, which I had to call 3 times to remind them that they had told me 10 days. When they gave me the budget they told me that for a screen change it was 690, my partner had taken it months ago and they had told him 590, that they had raised prices. They told me that I had the disk with a problem that was covered by the warranty, I told them to first fix the warranty and then confirm the screen (it seemed logical to first fix the factory damage that could be causing the screen to work badly) they replied that They could not that they needed to see on the screen to fix the disk (guarantee) it seemed strange to me that the girl insisted so much on paying the screen first to make the guarantee, what I decided to consult with Apple, they answered me that that was wrong, that first They fix the factory defects and then the screen, obviously you could connect the mac to another monitor while the disk was being repaired. Checking the system we saw that it has an application that runs on the system boot named Dashlane which according to the logs os the computer is causing the Kernel Panic and the reboots. We advise you to uninstall this application and test again the computer for a few days. It s this possible for you?
I responded saying that I would do that. When I received my Macbook again I had realise that they actually deleted the app themselves and with that all my logins and passwords are gone. I should have not given them the password at first. Be careful with you personal data and sensitive information.
Went to this shop via Apple support appointment, received quote for MBP screen replacement, which as expected, was very expensive. As a profesional creative, I need fast turn around time and am willing to pay extra. They insisted they would need to keep my laptop the entire time, even while the part was not even available. Zero flexibility and not interested in solving the problem at hand, The font desk woman was less than polite really rather rude. Thankfully there are other choices so I ll take my 800 elsewhere. There was no need to be argumentative.... it cost them the repair fee. Not worth doing business with this company.
I booked an apointment at 10:40 through the official apple website. Then waited outside for over an hour in the rain (then had to leave). I contacted them via email and they stated that a keyboard repair would take 7-10 days.
This statement "On average the repair itself is around 2 hours before an additional hour and a half of post diagnostics" and the statement from apple "this is a priority for Apple, and we encourage our repair partners to complete the work within 24-48 hours".

I request an appointment for a technical visit 28 Oct 2020. I have an Apple Pencil to repair because the battery had died. They have me waiting for 45 minutes because they were checking it to see if it charged even though I had told them that it did not charge, and finally they tell me that they do not repair it, they replace it and it costs 99 euros plus VAT. I say it seems expensive to me. I ask for an appointment at Apple 29 Oct 2020 Paseo de Gracia and they replace it for 29 euros with VAT included.
