Be careful with personal data: I gave my Macbook for a diagnostic since I constantly gave me an error. I left the Mac in their store and was told it would take 2-3 days. Yesterday I received a call that they needed my password. Is was hesitant at first but then provided the password. Today I followed up and was told I would receive an email which I did. The email said "We have done all the hardware tests to the computer and it seems physically it s al OK. Checking the system we saw that it has an application that runs on the system boot named Dashlane which according to the logs os the computer is causing the Kernel Panic and the reboots. We advise you to uninstall this application and test again the computer for a few days. It s this possible for you?

I responded saying that I would do that. When I received my Macbook again I had realise that they actually deleted the app themselves and with that all my logins and passwords are gone. I should have not given them the password at first. Be careful with you personal data and sensitive information.
