I have rented a central heating boiler from GEAS and want to buy off my contract because I am moving house and have agreed with the new owner that he will pay the surrender. Now GEAS does not want to send me an invoice and when I call they reject me by saying that it will be okay, but in the meantime I have moved and the new owner of my old house does not want to pay if there is no invoice. pay a surrender of 520. Thank you GEAS for the poor service and never again a boiler from GEAS.

After I only had experiences with regular maintenance of the Geas, last night our boiler broke down. The failure was reported at 8 p.m. with the expectation that it would be resolved the next day. However, nothing was further from the truth, a mechanic visiting us around 8.30 pm. It turned out to be a difficult malfunction afterwards, but was resolved to full satisfaction. The mechanic left around 10 pm and our house got nice and warm again. Easily accessible, fast handling, I am completely satisfied with it.

Most ASO staff ever higher up claim to do something but do nothing at all if you come back to it you will be ignored

Geas Energiewacht is a must! Fast, accurate and reliable in the event of malfunctions. Always happy with it. They solve it.

We have been asked more than 8 times for our radiators to be finally made, and now 2 months later we are still in the cold. Every time it is or: they don't come, or they come, give a few taps on the tube and say they can't do anything again this time. Really busy for months planning appointments and every time without result. My little one now just has to sleep in the cold because of this negligence !!!!

No understanding if you cancel due to the fact that one of my parents is in the hospital. Instead of the fact that they think it is neat that you are canceled while your head is elsewhere, you only get criticism that you are canceled at the last moment.

As a tenant at a housing association you obviously have little choice - the maintenance of the HR boiler is outsourced to this firm - but I would still advise independent tenants and home owners to look for a better company.

I have previously been in contact with the back office and explained the case. The boiler works again in principle, after performing the service reset yourself by means of the manual. The assembly appears to have been carried out effectively at first sight. In principle, this seems to me to be finished.

Called the emergency service and later called the general telephone number and put it on hold for a long time. Phone was not recorded.

Called two months ago for appointment date and time but no one ever came .. called the company and mechanic indicates that they have visited but no one was home (gave a description of the house / garden which did not even match our house / garden) now I only had to wait a month .. now they have to come again today ... They will not come and I am waiting for piet l * l again, I will file a complaint!

Good service. Disrupted and resolved quickly within an hour. Always good service at GEAS.

Appointment with a Geas mechanic, technicians from another company indicate in the parking lot that he must be with me and that I am at home.
Does not ring or knock and stops a ticket between the door, sees the other engineers on the way back, says nothing and drives away. Coincidentally, 5 minutes after he had been outside I walk outside and see the ticket, I immediately called Geas but no, the mechanic was already too far away. So I can stay home unpaid again.

got a new boiler and the mechanics did it well, and very friendly in everything I wanted to know, great D.J.W. mechanics, after that it was wonderfully warm on 2 radiators, but they now also work after 3 days .......

several days in succession the thermostat that water had to be topped up, after several times the Geas (member so customer of) was called and the mechanic would come the next day, that day it appeared that the expansion vessel was defective and was immediately replaced and paid for just fine, BUT this fitter thought it was necessary to disassemble the hose and connecting rods that were used to refill water (result that we could not top up any more water). This is reported to Geas but they only say that there is a procedure for this, THEY DO NOT COME ALONG TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE !!!!
SO BEWARE PEOPLE ON YOUR OWN ITEMS !!
