The reception and welcome is not very friendly and you get the feeling that they aren't really interested in you nor in your problem. The girl at the reception was not friendly or polite and told me that to fix my very small problem it would be at least five days. When I told her that I would be leaving Barcelona in four days, she simply said, "Too bad. Then I guess you will have to bring it for service another time." No apology, no attempt to see if they could fix it in four days. When I left, she didn't even say goodbye or sorry that we couldn't help you. Nothing. It was clear, that they weren't interested in helping me further. I really would not recommend this place and would suggest to find another Apple certified repair service, as this one doesn't seem to appreciate or value the customer at all.
