My Primary Care Partner for years was no help whatsoever in matters regarding my health- the extent of his usefulness as a medical professional peaked with a zithromax perscription for a sinus infection. Often he could offer no explanation or solution at all for my health problems, so I naturally stopped seeking his help. Now that years have passed, DOC has canceled my status as a patient, as a result of my neglecting my incompetent physician. Hilarious. Also hilarious: Shingles.

I just tried to set up a visit and the receptionist was incredibly condescending and just not helpful. She claimed to be repeating information to me that I did not receive at my last visit. The information could have been relayed in a more professional manner.

This shouldn't be called "Docs on Call". It's "Primary Care Partners - Weekend Hours". You have to be an existing patient, and still have to make an appointment, AND the appointments fill up super fast. I was lucky someone cancelled their appointment, so we snuck in on Statuary at 1pm, with my sick child. I was 99% sure she had step. They took a step test and said they would call me back in a few hours with the results. I called at 4 because they hadn't called. They said it was shift change, and that's when they usually make their calls, so I should get a call very soon.

I finally heard back at 6:11 that my child did indeed have strep, and they called in the prescription. Exactly 11 minutes AFTER THE PHARMACY CLOSED. For real!? I never write bad reviews, but that's a slap in my face, when my child is this sick. My child had to suffer with a 103 degrees fever for another 16 hours because it took 5 hours for them to "get the results".

My heart is breaking while I watch my child puke- up her tylenol... knowing I have to wait another 2 hours before the pharmacy will even open to read our prescription to fill it.

Well I called because I was having issues with medication and it said to call the doctor. So I called and the first woman I got transfer to told me to call the pharmacy... Then I called back to talk to a supervisor and there wasn't one there so she said she put me on speaker phone so everyone could hear me,it really unprofessional and I would not call this doc's on call very rude people ...

Typically I have decent experiences with Docs on call. However, this evening when I called to see if my results for something very important were back yet the receptionist was extremely rude, unprofessional, and not helpful whatsoever. She said her name was Diana, and I sincerely hope she learns how to talk to patients, and develops some empathy. I have to get my results from docs on call frequently due to test results not being done until after 5pm. Usually when I call they send a note back to a RN or MOA, and get me the results within an hour.

Unbelievably rude and flagrant liars. The policy advertised is totally and actively being subverted by the receptionist and the supervisor who do anything in there power, it would seem, to seditiously deny an applicable service based on what they provide as just reason is in reality the most femoral of circumstances. When I continued to push the issue with a knowledgeable claim to services I was met with one lie after another as to why I was being denied for a simple appointment. I was a patient with this facility a year prior and it was a saving grace. I had to no problem making a appointment and seeing a doctor. Despite having missed an appointment a few weeks prior, the level of unproffeaipmalism and blatant lies thrown at me as way shaming my medical needs by the supervisor actively denying my request for an appointment is disservice to the community and any laughable claim of this being a "patient care" facility.

This was my first visit I have gone to DOCS On Call and received great care. I had an appointment and was in & out quickly. Prescriptions were call into the pharmacy. The doctor was great and all the staff!

Horrible to go to, male Dr didn t give me any pain medicine for my swollen fingers, hand and wrist. I told him my pain is at least 15, on a scale of 1-10. I told him 800 mg of ibuprofen wasn t even touching the pain and I took four of them today

I've always loved docs on call. All the receptions at docs and pediatrics are very nice and caring. Ive been going here since I was an infant, and now I take my 1 year old there as well. They are so great and have the nicest doctors. They always get you in fast and provide you with all helpful health information. I love this office!

We arrived the receptionist was not logged into her computer yet. After waiting over 5 minutes to get checked in while this lady logged into her computer, she said we where ten minutes late and she marked us as a no show! I was standing in front of her the whole time! My sick child was denied her doctors appointment. I literally just spoke with them while driving there about the insurance they knew we where on our way as well!

Really should change the name. Docs on call suggests that they are on call. Not that they require an appointment to see a doctor. How is this any different from a normal doctors office? Should also remove that you are urgent care facility. People normally don't have time to make an appointment if it's "urgent".

I had occasion to use Docs on call yesterday. It was a Sunday. I had serious back pain that was making it impossible to even stand up. We called Docs on Call as my primary physician is part of that larger team and I didn t think I could tolerate 24 more hours of that pain as I waited for his office to open. Dr Flanagan was on and took care of me. Chelsea was my nurse. I have been directly involved in health care delivery my entire career. I have never been more impressed by any provider. Being there on a Sunday may have actually been a blessing as the office was quiet and not crowded. I was seen quickly and made to feel very safe. Bottom line is in 60 minutes I was seen, evaluated, treated, x-rayed, and had blood work drawn. Almost unheard of performance. Thank you Docs on Call. I returned home cured and with a plan on how to proceed. I could not be more impressed nor appreciative.

We have been waiting for a week and one day now for our sons Covid-19 test results. We called to follow up and the nurse informed us that they and or the lab at Saint Mary's lost his sample.

I come here often and I get great care for the most part. I have a skin condition I keep coming in for and they won't take the steps to figure out what's going on with me, I have scabs on my face that haven't healed and that's a sign of cancer, which may be unlikely but they don't take it very seriously. And when I've went into docs on call a few months ago the man I saw rushed me out of there so quickly I couldn't ask him questions and get treated properly..
So it depends on the doctor you get.
I've also tried to send messages back to my Pcp multiple times days in a row and when I talked to her She never received any msg.
I have had a lot of issues with the receptionists. But some are also really sweet and helpful. So again it depends. I would recommend Peggy wrick and mental health is wonderful.
Ide say if your covered on insurance explore which doctor works well with you. Docs on call after hours I have noticed are rude and somewhat lazy. Ode appreciate them pitting more effort into treating their patients.

If you wish to receive an antibiotic or prescription drug go here. If you wish to receive a proper diagnosis with appropriate treatment then I highly recommend seeing Dr. Adam Baker at Grand Valley ENT or anyone else at Community Hospital instead. Dr. Baker is a rarity and even better his staff's communication was flawless.

I took my son in for a step test around 8pm they did the test but said we would have to wait until morning for results. I waited until 10 am then called them because I had not heard back from them yet. I called the office and the receptionist said I would have to wait until 3 pm because that s when the drs are in. I said so my 6 year old has to be in pain waiting another 5 hours?! She hung up on me. It was completely rude and unprofessional I will never take my family back their again.

This facility is ridiculous. The receptionist (DEB MALLORY) is rude and inconsiderate. I called twice and they turned me down to make an appt and transferred me three times. Even though we had an appt booked and unfortunately missed it, when I called to reschedule they made up all these new requirements that they hadn't asked for just days before and refused to see the exact same patient. The supervisor (GINA ARCHILETTA) there is rude as well, they refuse to see patients and are extremely biased when it comes to patient care. When you explain to them that there resources are being utilized because the primary care is extremely difficult to get into they throw your own condition in your face and explain that you don't know what your talking about and you can wait to see your primary care.. ridiculous, rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate people working there. Not to mention that we had seen them a year prior with no problem and suddenly this. And what's better is when we called our primary care they referred us back to them and we explained how bad of an experience we had and they even thought that was ridiculous and they were full of it. So thanks MALLORY AND GINA, your a bunch of entitled liers who refused to see us for no other reason other than they didn't like our reason for needing to see them. NEVER SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM.

I am shocked to read what others have posted. My family has been coming here for at least thirteen years and have never had a bad experience. Each time they have been polite, professional, and factual. I will always feel safe to bring my family here.

Took 7 year old in to be tested for whooping cough he displayed all symptoms related to whooping cough request was ignored child was tested for strep instead. With warnings of whooping cough from mesa county health department on the local news and the child suffering from the 8 listed symptoms of whooping cough I find this treatment to be irresponsible and extremely unprofessional lack of regard for the child's well being as well as blaten disregard for the community and public safety.

Love having the option of an after hours clinic! I've been coming here for years and the staff is always as accommodating as possible. Sometimes the wait is long but that's infrequent and way better than the alternative of going to an urgent care or ER.

I have taken my family here many time. They are always kind, gentle and respectful. They understand that kids get restless in the rooms and they don't get mad or irritated with them. I've always had a good experience here.

Just dont understand how an after hours medical facility could be booked for the rest of the night. Whats the point of a facility like this if they have no room? Not like they have residents to tend to or so many patients that they just cant do it. Would give zero if I could.
