unrealistic time slots on a weekend (location wise) and blatantly unprofessional manner. Certainly NOT worth the time or commute.
I worked at the Spring Awakening June 2017. And I loved it. I checked Id's and placed wristbands on the 21 and older crowd if they decided to go to the liquor stand and it was so amazing to see so many different Id's from other states, and the people were so polite and thanked me for working
Great company to work for been with them many years. Great staff to work with as well always a great time working the different events.
It's disturbing the way I was treated by S3 and the venue House of Van's which they were working at the time. I was attending the Industrial Accident documentary screening in Chicago followed by Ministry live, I came alone & my phone died. I'm from Denver and didn't know anyone there. I asked if they would call me a cab as a simple gesture and was denied because they said they would "lose their jobs". What if I were drunk, had a car at the show, & needed the same service? Would I get the same response. Technically they are bouncers and it's their job to make sure people are safe and get home safe. They fail to perform in this kind of situation.
Hyper-aggressive security that unnecessarily escalates situations due to their inability to use verbal communication. Also unreliable security if you are having an issue and go to them for help. Do not recommend and would highly advise avoiding any venue that would employ such a company.
A unorganized staff of supervisor s....they do not give appropriate instructions to staff.
Best place I ever be work, I miss working!!! I had to stop cause I have cancer.I would love to come to work someday but my not now,not yet still under my doctor's care.I miss working with you,the best company I ever worked for especially all and concert and trade shows security.
I'm replying to Brian Fleischer review: We are a fingerprint processing location. We closed out the day for fingerprints because our office was closed. Identigo/Morphotrust is who you need to be angry with as they have your money and they made your appointment and didn't close out the day for our location. Our main business is Event Security and Staffing. Thank you.
Had a 10am appointment and nobody is here at 10:15! I've been here since 9:40, because it claims they open at 9. I also tried calling but no answer. They already have my money and I'm stuck sitting in the freezing cold waiting for them to show up. Find someplace else to deal with.
Excellent company to work for. Excellent first job it was my first job in high school I worked for special services at Soldier Field and many other venues in Chicago. It also taught me many values for life.
I applied twice within a 4 year time frame and they still didnt hire me. They send you a card in the mail,saying that theyre not interested in hiring you. I guess im over qualified for them. I highly recommend not goin with them.
Best security service in Chicago, hands down. Mary Beth is organized and communicative. Their team is professional and attentive to our needs. We've booked S3 for several of our events and will continue to do. As an Event Producer, there is nothing I appreciate more than a vendor who can make my life EASIER as opposed to harder.
