This shouldn't be called "Docs on Call". It's "Primary Care Partners - Weekend Hours". You have to be an existing patient, and still have to make an appointment, AND the appointments fill up super fast. I was lucky someone cancelled their appointment, so we snuck in on Statuary at 1pm, with my sick child. I was 99% sure she had step. They took a step test and said they would call me back in a few hours with the results. I called at 4 because they hadn't called. They said it was shift change, and that's when they usually make their calls, so I should get a call very soon.

I finally heard back at 6:11 that my child did indeed have strep, and they called in the prescription. Exactly 11 minutes AFTER THE PHARMACY CLOSED. For real!? I never write bad reviews, but that's a slap in my face, when my child is this sick. My child had to suffer with a 103 degrees fever for another 16 hours because it took 5 hours for them to "get the results".

My heart is breaking while I watch my child puke- up her tylenol... knowing I have to wait another 2 hours before the pharmacy will even open to read our prescription to fill it.
