dmLights Review

Slow processing. I placed an order on Tuesday evening and asked to place it in the take away container to make sure I would have my equipment over the weekend. Everything was in stock so I expected no problem. Since I had still not heard anything on Friday afternoon, I had sent an email to possibly only prepare the waiting tube so that I could continue on Saturday. They were going to pass this on to the warehouse. Sadly still received nothing today and have to postpone planned work today.
So don't expect them to deliver within 24 hours. Nothing for me after 3 days.

Finally be able to pick up on Saturday.

I have bought lights from DM Lights several times over the last few years and their service has always been second to none.

Unfortunately on my last order one of the items was delivered damaged and they replaced it immediately without a quibble.

Do not order here! It takes an immensely long time to get the order ready with them, even if the shipping costs more than enough. Then they also use DPD with which they apparently have a bad appointment, because once the package is delivered to them, it takes another week to deliver it. And if you try to inform in the meantime, they just put the blame on each other, from box to wall.

Top service. Package was lost or delivered incorrectly by UPS .. After notification of good follow-up .. regular contact and proposal from dmlights to send 2nd package immediately. No discussion .. This is worth 5 *

Not satisfied with service and product. After weeks of waiting for delivery, the lamp turned out to be incomplete. Was clearly defined that light source was not included. Light source = lamp. Now fitting or entire interior was not provided. After complaint about this, it appears that fitting now costs as much as the lamp itself.
Clearly bought a cat in a bag. Too bad, it's been the last time.

After half a year, 1 of my LED lights broke down. Contacted via the website and a replacement light was sent the same day. Since they were packed per 2, I even got one extra.

If you have a problem or doubt regarding your installation, you can always contact them for advice. Recently some doubt regarding Arei 2020 on a new installation and within the day the problem was solved.
Apart from this, all products are always in stock and you can go here for a correct price.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered several stock items from these guys and noticed the order update said 'November'!!! I emailed to say there is no way I can wait three months for the items and to cancel the order and for the money to be returned. That was four emails ago and still nothing. This has now been referred to my credit card company who can deal with it but take my advice. STAY AWAY, THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE!

The delivery deadlines are not respected at all, 14 days which easily transform into 60 without warning you.
Merchandise with significant unpacking defects.
After complaint, we make you wait indefinitely, ask you for photos of the goods and we tell you that we will contact the supplier.
I read on their site that the return costs are borne by the customer in addition? The joke !!!

I bought the Philips Hue Cher online there. Unfortunately, the quality was more than insufficient (plastic cover and only one LED strip glued inside), so I wanted to take advantage of the 30 day right of return, but found that it was only 14 days and that the shipment to Belgium with UPS costs over 160 because the package is only 11kg heavy but measures 80x63x64 cm. So I stay on the inferior goods!
I would have just bought it on Amazon.

I paid my order by instant transfer 3 days ago, but DMLights did not let me know, no payment confirmation let alone that they sent something. Disillusioned.

Made an order of over 200 euros with free shipping from 100 euro. 1 item wouldn't be in stock for another month so I asked for a partial shipping of the items that were in stock. Surely with an order of over 200 euros two shipments should be free, right? No. They stated that each order should be over 100 euro separately. So I asked them to split it into two shipments of 100 euro (I detailed which items should be in which order and showed them both were over 100 euro). They said this was also impossible because they would have to take the items out of the order and put them back in stock. I pointed out to them that according to their website, I would just be able to change my order to remove the items and order them separately, which would result in the exact same situation. In the end I just told them to cancel the order of the items that were not in stock and I found another solution from a different store. Very bad customer service...

All installation material, fixtures and electrical cabinet are not ordered with accessories. Very satisfied with the prices and expert explanation at the desk. Now I had a specific problem: a defective LED fixture 5 years after purchase. Perhaps the willingness of the supplier will also play a role, but despite the crowds, I had a warranty solution via DMlights within a few days. Even delivered at home. Very clear webshop and a lot of stock. Rarely wait for an order. Very satisfied with the customer focus of this company!

I ordered a Flock 21 lamp in September 2020 and I only received a power cable. I strongly advise against DM-lights for your online lighting purchases. I am in the process of filing a complaint against the company because DMlights refuses to send me what I ordered.
