Not satisfied with service and product. After week...

Not satisfied with service and product. After weeks of waiting for delivery, the lamp turned out to be incomplete. Was clearly defined that light source was not included. Light source = lamp. Now fitting or entire interior was not provided. After complaint about this, it appears that fitting now costs as much as the lamp itself.
Clearly bought a cat in a bag. Too bad, it's been the last time.
