Really exceptional customer service, and especially so as I had created the problem myself when ordering the product. Neel went to extraordinary lengths to resolve the problem which required several emails and and a great deal of patience. This was truly the customer service on a level I have never experienced before from any of the many other companies I have dealt with over 15 years!
