Made an order of over 200 euros with free shipping...

Made an order of over 200 euros with free shipping from 100 euro. 1 item wouldn't be in stock for another month so I asked for a partial shipping of the items that were in stock. Surely with an order of over 200 euros two shipments should be free, right? No. They stated that each order should be over 100 euro separately. So I asked them to split it into two shipments of 100 euro (I detailed which items should be in which order and showed them both were over 100 euro). They said this was also impossible because they would have to take the items out of the order and put them back in stock. I pointed out to them that according to their website, I would just be able to change my order to remove the items and order them separately, which would result in the exact same situation. In the end I just told them to cancel the order of the items that were not in stock and I found another solution from a different store. Very bad customer service...
