Monday 21/9 I paid for the order of a Dell Notebook, which I received on Thursday noon 9/24, I opened the outer box that day late and found that there was another Lenovo Notebook inside. The invoice was correct, just during the collection of the notebook from the warehouse, another item was placed, which from what I saw changed the item code by one digit.
Friday 25/9 morning 9:00 I spoke with customer service and they told me that they would call me from the warehouse to resolve the issue. They never took me. I filled in the contact form on Saturday so that my subject is in writing, I called again on Monday 28/9 and Wednesday 30/9. The answer of the customer service is the same ... they will call you from the competent department, which never happens!
I am left with the wrong notebook, without having any information when I will receive the right one. I emailed them that I want a refund, this is the worst experience I have ever had from online shopping.
