We've ordered 3 items through Internet for home delivery and it was an awful mess ! We paid, but the items remained in our virtual basket, and we had reminders from Kotsovolos to finish up our order ! The used the "Chat on Line" , who told us it was a bug, and not to worry. Then we received an email saying that one of the product, a hard disk, was not available... Why don't they tell it before the payment ??? Impossible to connect on the "Follow your Order" system. We called the hotline to know when it would be available, but they just didn't know... so we asked to get it replaced by another item same price available, they agreed, but required an additional payment, arguing that we had a discount with our order which had to be repaid. Yet the discount wasn't related to the hard disk, but to another item ! We asked for refunding the whole order : it was not possible because part of it was already shipped. So we asked for refunding only the hard disk : they agreed, but in a 10 days delay and taking out the discount, which mean they wouldn't refund the total cost we paid for the hard disk ! There was no way to get out of this mess without loosing money... we paid the additional amount required to change the unavailable item. After many days checking on the website, we see some prices changing everyday , it's crazy. It's the 2nd time we order with Kotsovolos online, and the first one was already a mess : the washing machine we ordered was a distinct reference from the one we received !! The 2 products were same brand and similar, but that was not professional not to warn us. Do not order by Internet with them ! I put one star only for the persons we had on the livechat and on the hotline, who were very nice and did what they could.
