The price was worth it! There are so many rides and employees to help. I would say just bring your own lunch to avoid overpaying for food there. But overall such a lovely experience to feel like a kid again.

Downtown Disney is a nice prelude to end the evening off. We arrived around 6 p.m. The parking situation was excellent. How they focused on their guests, finding your car at the end of the night was a breeze here. Parking lots, signs, attendants everywhere at your service. Just had a wonderful night with live music and delicious food. Can't wait to come back!!!

Got to hand it to Disneyland for always trying to continue to make a magical experience for all its guests. Still not something to go to very often. If you have small children definitely do not take them too often. Season passes are a horrible idea ruins the experience in the long-term. Seen at a time and time again

I think there needs to be more parks, but I loved every second of being there. There weren t many long lines and the live shoes were also great. I was there for a week and I think it was personally too long for just the park, I would say the ideal time is 3-4 days to visit all the parks and then revisit them to go on the rides or shows you really want. But it was still incredibly fun with my family.

I've done Disney on the cheap when I was younger and had a great time. This was by far my best experience going full out.

It was an amazing trip, even though the Haunted Mansion was closed... we had reservations at the Blue Byou and the food was amazing! We visited Star Wars Land but most of our visit was near the Lake of America and New Orleans Square! So much fun! Definitely worth getting an Annual Pass!

Its Disneyland. Its a childhood dream land.

Its Disneyland. Its a childhood dream land.

Both parks are amazing. Need atleast 3 days at minimum.

Felt California adventure is more current and current generation kids would like it more.

Disneyland, a man-made wonder is a scintillating attraction to tourist and lovers of creativity. This amusing land has a larger cumulative attendance than any other theme park in the world, is the certification to its credentials. You name .. you will have of course, need fatty wallet.. You need more eyes to see and enjoy... so plan a week to explore.. Thanks to the creator and his creativity.Added attraction is Disneyland provides live entertainment throughout the park. The menu changes but you will know if you want.

Amazing place to go for a holiday! The food and drink is exquisite, some place are reasonably priced well others are quite expensive. There are many different types of rides that suit every person, there are thrilling and daring rides, while there are also rides that calm and fun. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Also, the staff are very kind and friendly, and help out whenever you need help.

Disneyland is always an amazing place to go, whether you go alone or with family or friends, the experience is always incredible and one that can't be recreated. Everything here is great, The food and snack stands have amazing food, even though the price was pretty high at some of the places, it was worth it to me. We were able to go on a good week, and our longest wait for a ride was only 30 minutes. We were able to ride everything in both parks and was even able to get a spot on the Rise of The Resistance in Galaxy's Edge. I love this place, and I can't wait to come back with my own kids, maybe even grand-kids.

Fantastic place for all ages!!! Disneyland is our family's favorite vacation destination. It's expensive but can be done on a budget. I really appreciate that they allow outside food. Maxpass is worth the extra cost on crowded days. Cast members --from security to janitorial to ride attendees-- who are happy and helpful add positively to the whole adventure. Characters are absolutely adorable with the guests. Most of the photographers we came across really made the picture taking fun, too. The new ride, Rise of the Resistance, in Galaxy's Edge, is a true experience! Disney knows the value of even the tiniest detail!!

Loved it and had a quick look at the Star Wars section. Far to crowded to take it all in but very impressive. Took great advantage of the fast pass on the mobile phone. With the pictures included is was well worth the $15 extra. A quick Father daughter excursion as we were at a sales convention in town.

We went to Disneyland on a busy day. The fastpass system was quite difficult to work, we went to an information booth and got an explanation which made it a bit easier to understand. We had a few drop outs with the free park wifi making it difficult to book rides. Once we worked the system out it was quite simple.
The park was pretty good. Everything I would expect. We had a 2 day pass with a 3rd day included, so spent the 3 days at the park. Got to ride most of the rides we wanted. Had a great time.

Disneyland Is The Best Amusement Park In The World and it s The Happiest Place on Earth for me because I have so much fun. I love The Holiday Decs and The Fireworks at Night. There is NO PLACE LIKE DISNEYLAND . I m looking forward to returning this weekend.

Truly a magical place, especially at night. Definitely worth getting a fast pass. You need to book all rides ahead of time, which are connected to fast pass, others we just walked in. Haunted house was pathetic, nothing happened & was much better in 80's. Only go on Official Site to get the tickets. Wifi very weak, i had to turn data on . Go to City Hall for advice in fast pass. All staff were very polite & super helpful. A must do is the Fantasmic on the Lake , near Pirates of the Caribbean (another must do)& then the magical fireworks. Blown away with the whole experience. Only do 1 park in 1 day. We just did the original 1 & took us 14 hours. Happy little vegemite

I don't think it's possible to give Disneyland anything less than 5 Stars.

From the moment you walk through the gates it's an experience that you'll remember for the rest of your life. The ambiance, the characters, the Food, the rides, the pure joy that's ozzing out of the bricks of this place.

It's my favorite place. Ever.

Simply a magical place well kept. They made my little one feel like a true princess on the day of her birthday.
Awesome show too! Everyone should experience Disneyland at least once in their lifetime!

I love Disneyland. Seriously, who doesn t? I really enjoy the feeling of being transported back to my childhood while I am here. There is no better place on Earth to celebrate a birthday!

What can I say about Disneyland that hasn t already been said? Saying it s fantastic is obvious, saying the cast members are some of the friendliest people in the world is obvious, saying it s one of the best places to be on your vacation is obvious. You don t need to read reviews to know how wonderful this place is. You will enjoy going here because it s truly magical!

Amazing! So big we only did half and stayed all day! Definitely recommend more than one visit to see everything.. rides were very good and each merchandise store has something different!!

Love it, I mean who doesn't love this great place, we were all child once and some of us still are. Awesome place to take pictures, enjoy the rides, stroll through Main Street or just walk around as you see happy people.

THE. HAPPIEST. PLACE. ON. EARTH!!! There are so many things to do for everybody! I highly recommend getting the park hopper pass to go back and forth between Disneyland and California Adventure. They are right by each other, so it makes park hopping so easy! It's well worth the extra money.

Its incredible how much it cost to come here.

Its incredible how much it cost to come here.
I remember when i was young and cost $20 dollars.
Also FYI burgers inside cost $13 dollars, ice cream cone $10.
But for ur kids and family,
U would do anything to make them happy
So at the end its worth it.

There is so much to do. Can't do it in one day. Good food to eat. Fun rides to go on. Great attractions to see. And it you want to just sit and people watch, a wonderful place to do that.

Our first time ever thanks to my aunt n uncle in San Diego! Spent 10 hours there and still didn't get to see everything lol. But it was great. Can't wait to bring my boys back in a few years when they are 7 and 5!

You can never go wrong visiting the happiest place...

You can never go wrong visiting the happiest place on earth, Disneyland! This is for sure your destination after imagination. Came here with my 3 yr old granddaughter, (she really had a blast ) my daughter and her husband on a non peak day. Didn t expect this Park is crowded even on weekdays. Fortunately, we bought a FastPass which costs $15/ person and it was all worth it. No long waiting in line which will take about 30-45 minutes. I highly recommend for it. The Castle though was under renovation and so we missed taking an iconic photo souvenir in front of it and it was my granddaughter s first Disney visit. Important tip: if you have MaxPass, which is very helpful to get faster on any rides and you can monitor the times of shows and restaurants opening times and make reservations, that s a lot more worth! Also you get the chance to download picture souvenir shot by official Disney Photographer in the Park. This happiest place on earth is also most expensive. Souvenir items like T-Shirts, sweaters, hats, purses, magnets, etc, you can get cheaper at Wal- Mart stores nearby. All day Parking cost $40. I love Disneyland, the happiest place on earth, indeed! Take a lot of photos, patience to wait and energy and money to spend! And build memories with your loved ones that will last for a lifetime.

I consider Disneyland my second home. I love it! I love the shows, the rides, the food, the food... My only complaint, and it's not popular among the locals, is that local Annual Passholders are allowed to make monthly payments and that has made the park too crowded every day and families that can only make a Disney trip once in their lifetime leave with a bad taste. It makes me sad.

I just went for Halloween Time and it was amazing! I hope newbies aren't scared but try to learn as much as you can before you go so that you can do what is really important to you. Doing it all isn't possible any more.

Holiday Time is great too! Find someone who knows when events are and steer clear of those.

Good luck! I hope you love is as much as I do! It really is magical.

I have been coming to Disneyland since I was a little girl. Now I have my niece , nephews and daughter I can enjoy Disneyland with. It truly is the happiest place on earth. There is information booths for all your needs and wants as well. Cast members are very happy to assist with anything.

We love Disneyland Resort! One of our favorite places to visit. The rides are so immersive and the park is so clean. I have always loved the entertainment but it feels like they are getting cheaper with the entertainment. They hardly have as many parades as they used too and the firework shows have gotten cut short more often than not recently.

A waste of money! In each land there is only one descent ride which took 2-3 hours of line standing to reach, if it was working by the time we reached it. The times would say 45-60 minutes but it took twice that. Splash Mountain wasn't working. The Star Wars rides were simulators. We were highly disappointed after visiting Disney World.

Always a great time. It was raining while we were there so the lines were minimal, it took us under 10 minutes to get onto the rides, usually just walking straight onto the ride. Starwars was amazing! I was completely impressed with the attention to detail.

One of our absolute favorite places!!! This was our first time going around Christmas time and while the crowds are large and crazy the decorations are amazing!! We love it here anytime of year!

Brilliant place 4 vacation! We have been to Walt Disney World many times and by far this one is better. I liked the foot traffic more than having to wait for a bus for like 10-60 minutes and miss the bus. We stayed at Grand Californian Hotel and we had our secret entrance to everything! Disneyland is very classic, and Walt Disney was there when it
opened in 1955. It was very different. The staff was so friendly too. The design was amazing also.

Great place for the kids! If you've ever been to Disney world you will be struck by how much smaller this one is. Still tons of fun! Lines get much longer as the day goes on and parking costs $20 a car.

Magical place. Clean. Lines are long but single rider lines and fast pass help out a lot. Pro food tip for people wanting a good deal: galactic grill has 10$ vegetarian wraps which includes 15 gram of protein Greek yogurt (you can also get a cheese burger). Plaza inn is also a good deal. 18$ for 3 large pieces of fried chicken, biscuit, greens and potatoes.

We went for Star Wars Land (Galaxy's Edge). It FAR exceeded my expectations! When I was in the park, I couldn't see or hear anything that wasn't Star Wars. I could hear Tie fighters flying overhead, the characters fit naturally in their environment, and the detail work was unmatched by any other park I had ever been, including Harry Potter. This is reason enough to pay to go to Disneyland.

Aside from the crowds and lines, its still a great place to spend a day with family. The crowds have increased in the ensuing years, but I still have a great time on every visit. Even though we were there shortly after open and hooded it to the Jungle Cruise, there was still a line. As the day progressed, the lines for even the high capacity rides (Pirates and Haunted Mansion) increased tremendously. That being said, it wasn't a incredibly long wait, so it was worth it. The focus of this visit was to see the Main Street Electrical Parade which was great to see again after more than three decades. In short, it was great!

Best place in the Los Angeles/Anaheim area if you ask me! Gets way busier than Disney World if you've ever been there to compare. If you get there when the gates open you can get quote a bit of the parks done before noon when the crowd really picks up. Once it gets close to fireworks times and Fantasmic you might as well give it up for the night because it's almost impossible to move around the park. Literally the only downfall of Disneyland is the size compared to Disney World. It just cant handle the movement of guests as easy. There are a ton of awesome feature this park has compared to Florida and it is a must see to see the difference. Alot of similar rides, but many are done slightly differently and better. Others not so much. There are also a ton of original things that dont exist in Florida that make this park worth the visit. Characters are far more interactive and seen roaming around the park which is something you never see in Florida parks. Loved it and would definitely come back and make sure I have way more time than a couple days.

Disneyland continues to be a place to escape to when life get busy and overwhelming. I always feel safe coming by myself anytime, which is a perk. Parking is always an adventure and the crowds are hit or miss (though if you frequent WDW, I d say they re never on the hell-ish levels that MK sees). Like many locals, this is my happy place :)

This place is so much fun! There are so many rides and restaurants there and it's so lively! You can meet many characters too! They have nice background music and a Disneyland marching band you can see once in a while. It makes you feel like you're in a fantasy land full of amazing experiences! There are many cool and beautiful pictures you can take. The things I don't like are that some of the lines are just too long and it isn't even worth that much of a wait, and the shops are overpriced. There are multiple shows and parades you can watch like fantasmic. There are also fireworks later in the night. I suggest going on the rides during the shows at night if you've already seen the shows. The lines can be way shorter and the rides are cool during the night. You can pay a bit more for a magical morning, where you get in before Disneyland officially opens, and you can get on rides in certain places. The lines are usually shorter if you do magical morning, but I suggest going to the most popular ones first. A lot of people do go to magical morning, so if you pay, don't expect only a couple other people to be there. Always be there on time or early so that you can get on more rides faster. Overall, Disneyland is amazing and I recommend coming, whether it's a break, a celebration, or a birthday.

The Disneyland resort was definitely one of the most amazing experiences for both me and the kids. Everyone had the best time and nobody minded the wait. The food is impeccable, all disney related which adds more fun. Who knew that adults could enjoy Disneyland too? It proves that you're never too old for Disney.

What can you say about Disneyland, the place where you can forget all your troubles and have great fun.
You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality.

We we there in between stores opening but there is plenty to do or if you just want to people watch stop by. They are plenty of shops restaurants and bars to enjoy. We went during fall / harvest time and of course Disney goes all out for every holiday finding photo opportunities was easy.

This was my first time at Disneyland and it was wonderful. There was a lot of people there, as expected. Plenty of rides for adults - my favourite was Space Mountain. For attractions, World of Colour is a must! When you're here, definitely visit the Disney Princesses and Mickey's Friends. Worth the wait to take memorable photos with them! It's a little bit difficult to navigate - so it's good if you have a friend who has been here before. My friends and I bought a one day ticket for both parks. We managed to do everything we wanted in about 14 hours. We got there at 10 a.m. and left at 1 a.m. The food was overpriced but I enjoyed it. It's all apart of the experience. Looking forward to visiting the Florida location in the future.

First time here and had a blast. So much to do, discover and never a dull moment. Make sure you use your fast pass for the most popular rides. It helps plan the rest of day. Remember your first time pin if it s your first time. Our entire family had fun. We all found things we loved and wanted to do over and over again. Just didn t get a chance to do everything we wanted so will be going back some time. They only downside of our experience was the food. Over priced, and just plain bad. Only found one place that was worth maybe trying again. But still food is ridiculous. Same with water bottles. My advice take a bottle and just refill it all day.

Always has been, always will be the happiest place on Earth. Just can't give five stars though do to overcrowding. PLAN AHEAD! Do some research before planning your trip. Some days the park closes early...some days are busier than others. Travel smart, stay safe, have fun ;)

This was a great time. The park was very clean, attractions were fun. Out family loved it. It was really nice decorated for the holidays. The only downside was it was really crowded, and can get pretty expensive, but everyone knows that.

I mean. What can I really say?!?! Disneyland is Disneyland. One of the greatest places to visit on earth. There s literally something here for everyone of every age. It s always a great time when my family and I visit. Although we could DEFINITELY do without the long lines and steady increasing prices for tickets and everything else on the parks premises.

Great time and everyone there is fantastic! Only thing is the lines and to have any good way of getting on a rude is to pay an extra fee to get fast passes on tickets that already cost a small fortune.
At least the fast pass came with the photo pass.

Being there on opening day of Galaxy's Edge was awesome, everything was so realistic, down to the Vendors who spoke like they were really from that place. When they gave change, they referred to it as credits. Very cool experience!

As always, this resort does not disappoint! There is something to do for everyone of all ages, health levels and attention spans. There is lodging for extended stays, there are many fun attractions, many great shopping locations, there is really great food from fine dining to quick bites, and, there is even a secret night club in the french quarter. A person could spend an entire week and still not cover all this resort has to offer.

The intended atmosphere for Disney's visitors is to create the most awesome vacation experience for a day or multiple day visit. They have hit the nail on the head with everything from decorating right down to the most accommodating staff/cast members.

The experience has even been improved by Disney adding the Max Pass that allows fast pass and food ordering by mobile phone. Excellent! Using this option freed up more time for more fun!!

I reccomend visiting here to everyone who lives to enjoy life!

Disneyland is one of the few places that is good for family of all ages all day long. The characters seems to be much happier than what I could remember. Fireworks is still cool with addition of special effects from the lights. Food is still expensive, but the fresh fruit and some healthier items are big plus.

Magical place for kids, still tons of fun for adults. Obviously not cheap, and I'd certainly recommend doing some route planning before you go! The parks are huge, and their is no shortage of walking (averaged 35,000 steps a day) but it's well worth it!

We visited the place In 2015 and my daughters loved the resort. We had a choice of Universal vs Disneyland and the family was unanimous in the decision. We enjoyed lot of rides but it started raining unfortunately and spoiled some fun.

But majority of the rides and the shows were fantastic.

We have been coming here every year for 10 years and made many amazing memories.

Expensive? Yes it is but this is what our family s six does to help save money. Book hotels that have free breakfast. Bring a lunch, yes they let you bring food in. We always bring sandwiches, chips and drinks for lunch. We only enjoy one meal at the park or walk across the street to get a meal at any of the restaurants. We always book hotel were we can walk and save on parking and even meals.

Take advantage of fast passes and if you have little ones that can t ride a certain ride ask for rider switch pass. Plan your visit and what you really want to see or ride do first. Magic morning pass if you purchase a three day or more, it is so worth it and so enjoyable.

For our family it was worth it all to be able to take our four girl to this magical place and create amazing memories. Disney has made our girls made like a princess even at 10 years old.

Overall customer service is wonderful! The rooms could have been upgraded. It looks outdated and sticky for its price. I was expecting more. Around 15 to 20min walk to the park. Not too bad if you want to get your steps in. Also they have a lounge and store in case you forget something to buy from the park.

A huge theme park. Staffs are friendly and helpfil. Very pricey and full of crowd during weekends. The wait time is unreasonable. Food is way too expensive. They should really be doing something about not having the vintage Grand Canyon ready during the train tour. It was very disappointing.

Most people say, "It's so expensive!" Where else can you go for a full day of entertainment? You can spend just as much going to a Broadway show for 2 hours of entertainment. At the Disney Resort you get rides, shows and meet Disney Characters! Purely Magical!

Went to DisneyLand for the first time, it is much smaller than Disney World but it was still an enjoyable experience. We went on a Wednesday in May and the park was still very crowded with some wait times as high as 90 minutes, but for the most part wait time was 60 minutes for most attractions. Park is clean but the cost of admission is quite high for a lot of people. Hoping to stay at one of the many resorts next time I visit. Fire work show is absolutely beautiful

We loved our time there. Checked isitpacked website for loads and crowds. Very pleased with their predictions. It is very expensive (probably spent close to $1,000 for a single day) but everything there is top top notch. It s like being transported to another world. Just remarkable.
Star Wars land in particular was absolutely incredible. 10/10 (although the millennium falcon ride isn t my favorite)

We were just there a month ago and it appeared that there was some construction going on. The Castle was covered with a tarp of some sort which was a bit disappointing as we really wanted some pictures. Some of the other places like toon town were also closed early by 8pm and the fast pass machines were acting up. Still had fun for the few hours that we were there.

The happiest place on earth! Loved all of it when I last visited, family had a blast at Disneyland and it is a great place to come and spend time with family. Be prepared for long lines but also tons of fun at the same time!
Loved Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and looking forward to all of their new attractions on the way.

Great park. Fun rides. Great shows. Good food. Definitely needs more restrooms throughout the park! Was worried about the horses in the heat. Never saw them getting water when I was melting into a puddle just sitting on a bench looking at the Castle for 3 minutes. Otherwise, great experience!

I've grown up coming to Disneyland and have never had a bad experience. Attention to detail is world class, and it's fun for kids & the kid in all of us. Will be coming back for years to come.
