We visited Disneyland resort in the evening, there were very many people doing shopping and other activities. The set-up is really cool and I would recommend anyone who wants evening hang out visit the place. It was days to Halloween and they had put up some awesome Halloween decorations.

You can't have too much fun. The park was quiet over the summer but attendance exploded during fall break when we attended. No fastpass and lines were 2 hours at Smugglers Run in Galaxy's Edge. But I made the journey 7 times. Awesome.

I love Disney. It really is one of the best places! Get the park hopper and do you self a solid and get the fast past. Want to plan out your rides and your day? This is definitely the way! My girlfriend and I went down a couple of weeks ago for a getaway and legit ride almost 7 rides in the first 3 hours! We had so much fun! The star wars part is pretty cool if you're into that. I already miss the bugs life part but love what they've done to the pixar part!

Dole whip is a must! There's something special about Disney's churros!
Stuffed jalapeno cheese pretzels are the best thing since sliced bread!

My favorite rides are:
the guardian of the Galaxy, the incredicoaster, the guardian of the Galaxy, Alice in wonderland, Indian Jones, Matterhorn, little mermaid, radiator springs, dumbo, space mountain and monster inc.

The absolute best customer service anywhere......Even on the busiest day!! Spend the extra money for the Max Pass...well worth the money. IMO. Fun times for the entire family. If you're not a fan of big crowds you will not like Disneyland. But if you like Rollercoasters, Thrill rides and all things Disney you will love Disneyland!! My favorite amusement park!! Keep up the great work Disney!!

Happiest place on the Earth. Download the app, it's a map, can order food, if you purchase fastpass can set time, show and parades times, ride location and wait times, characters sites, etc. So much fun. Try a MICKEY pretzel, lobster roll, so many choices of good food to try.

Definitely check Disney calendar for high traffic times. Big holidays are a madhouse, but if you stay late and use Max pass you'll get on the rides. It's an amazing place with incredible details! Go everywhere and into every store, they all have different merchandise! So amazing if you come prepared and well planned!

It's a magical place. Expensive however, but still magical. Definitely a great place for first timer kids. It has everything one would one to do. All the various sections of the theme parks, the Star Wars section, all of it a great experience. It can be super crowded and there are ways to by pass lines but all cost money. The food is decent, and the variety is good. Service is good as well and the characters 'appear' to be friendly and welcoming. Plan accordingly and recommend staying close at one of the area hotels if traveling from out of the area. Parking can be challenging but ample ramps and spots. Might be a hike away from the entrance but with the trolley trams it isn't too much of a hassle. There's also the fireworks every evening at 9pm which are out-of-this world. It can truly transport one to the land of fairy tales and make-believe. For LA area visitors, a definite one to do.

Disneyland is near and dear to the heart of millions of people worldwide. Encompassing everything that Disney represents. Childhood, fantasy, wonder and lets not forget that premium price. The theme park has in the recent years been getting more attractions, and face lifts to keep people coming back for more. Overall keeping it exciting for repeat visitors year round, and hopefully through the decades. The only real issue, like with any theme park is the lack of quality food. You will always pay a minimum of 20 dollars per person for a 5 dollar meal, and the service at any eating establish is sub-par at best.

Don t get me wrong. I love, and am slightly obsessed with Disney. That still doesn t mean that I wish I could get a decent meal at a reasonable price when I go visit.

Fun place, but many of the prices are super high. Lots of the toddler meals have almost nothing to them and cost around 7 bucks! Disney is so good at controlling crowds with lines, you'd think someone would grab a clue and do a better job at the security checkpoint. On busy days, it is a free for all where whoever is the most agressive pushing their way to an entrance gets in first. Lots of characters out and about was good to see.

There are not enough words in the English language to describe this magical place. The memories and warm feelings can be felt in the air as you walk through a fantasy of whimsy and adventure. Bring the family to this place of wonder and experience for yourself the reason why it's called the happiest place on Earth.

Disney is slowly losing its magic in exchange for getting more money. The ticket prices constantly are rising, and they have cannibalized the old fast past system, and make you pay for easier access. Most of the presentations (world of color, and paint the night parade) have either been scrapped of closed for renovations. Still magical and a good place, just keep expectations low so you can be impressed

It's still a great place, 3 stars because someone at corporate has forgotten the first face we see is security,. They have a primary job, but they also need to remember they are the first face the public sees. Being treated like a suspect on your way in to the happiest place on Earth, says additional or remedial training is required.

It's always magical. A place where you can feel like a kid again. Just became a passholder. Been here twice this month. Disneyland and California are both unique in their own way. Just a con some cast members can work on their attitude. They are working at Disneyland the happiest plcae on earth.

Went to Disney for the first time and it was amazing. The Monte cristo sandwich was life changing. Go for multiple days and check out everything because there is to much to do in just one day.

We had an awesome time! The staff and cast members go over and above to make it special for each kid! Lovely cashiers and retail people made it easy to find more shirts and merchandise! Thanks to all the people who work so hard to make it an awesome place to visit!

I really enjoyed going to Disneyland with my kids to be a kid again. My youngest daughter is 11 and doesn't want to grow up. She enjoys the old Disney characters and really wanted to see Peter Pan but we really didn't plan it right because we couldn't find him at the time he was posted. Then the Sleeping Beauty's castle was closed and the construction blocked the view of the parade. So we will be planning it better to go again when my little one gets her grades up again.

You can never go wrong with a trip to Disneyland. There's something for everybody. The theming is beyond compare. Every time I go there's always something new to see . And it keeps growing. Like Walt Disney said Disneyland Will never be finished as long as there is still imagination left in this world.

Disney is just Disney. It has outgrown California. The Star Wars exhibit was phenomenal. I mean, it was breathtaking! I mean they had every detail about as perfect as perfect could be. The food was basic fair food nothing exciting.

It was further walking distance to the park gates than we had thought, it's an older building, and it's apparent.

It was decorated nicely, clean and the ac, though old worked well.

Im not sure it's worth the price though, the only real benefit was the early access to the park, the pool and they have Disney channel for the kids to watch.

Disney always tries to please and create "magic"! Their newest offering Star Wars Galaxy's Edge continues this trend. Just keep things affordable. High prices may reduce crowds, but Disney Magic shouldn't be only for the wealthy.

The atmosphere here is always great! It's a bit pricey so definitely be ready to spend a bit but it's worth it for the experience you are getting! We walked about a total of 13 miles in the time we we're at the park so I'd recommend bringing some good walking shoes. Also if you're looking to eat at the Blue Bayou book AHEAD!

It s not really my thing but some people think this is the best place ever. If you like being entertained instead of creating your own entertainment, this place is for you.

If you enjoy people watching, crowds, lines, turkey legs the size of a bowling ball, this place is for you. If you prefer the seclusion of the mountains or lakes, or beaches, this isn t for you.

As advertised, definitely fun. It's hot with long lines, but that's too be expected. Some construction made wandering a little difficult around resort grounds, but not too bad. Plus, you get to ogle the Millennium Falcon...

really fun, tried the new star wars ride, rise of the resistance, wasn't my favorite but still good. the ride seems to break down every so often and you will need a boarding pass to ride it.

This place never disappoints! The staff here are truly amazing. Yes, its expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. We live close by so we like to eat at the Storyteller restaurant and then have dessert in the bar lounge of the hotel (get valet parking at the hotel and its free for 2 or 3 hours with your validated ticket). Just tell them you're having lunch when you drive up to the booth and they'll issue a ticket and have you drive up to the valet area. Be sure to tip the valet both dropping off and when you pick up your car. If you want to just relax in a comfy chair or sofa and do some people watching there's plenty of opportunities here in the hotel guest area. You don't need to have a room to enjoy it here, but the rooms are beautiful and you get access to the pool which is also a nice area to relax even if you don't want to swim. The restrooms are worth mentioning as well - so clean and no lineups (at least when we've been there). I cannot say enough good things about this truly magical place. But it is the staff that makes this place stand out from all the others. I've not had a single bad experience here. It doesn't matter which employee or what job title they hold, they each appear to hold their position in high regard and as such, they treat every person with great respect. I have not experienced anything quite like it anywhere else.

Disneyland is one of the happiest places in the world. Do I recommend going here? YES! There are so many adventures to be had and memories to be made. The atmosphere is super vibrant and filled with friendliness. The employees are always so caring and helpful, and the whole resort is kept impeccably clean and tidy! My favourites rides include Splash Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Star Tours. But there are so many more I love as well. Five stars, because this is a fun, fantastic place for the whole family. Thank you Walt Disney!

We enjoyed our first time at The Happiest place on Earth. The food was reasonably priced and was good with a variety of options. Parking was also reasonable. We enjoyed seeing the characters, riding the rides and Fantasmic and the Fireworks. The service was great, cast mates were friendly and helpful, everything seemed to work in sync.

Disneyland understands attention to detail. It is a stunning park with rides that are both attractive and fun for adults and kids. Personally I really enjoyed the sweets and because I came during their Halloween season there were many themed desserts to try. The downside to disneyland is the price, It is not cheap to get here, then getting in and eating. The smart person would bring some food and snack items from home to save cash if on a budget. I would still give it a five stars though because it's a wonderful park and I feel like a kid again when I am there.

Disney was amazing! A lot of fun rides, lots of happy kids and later in the day lots of sleeping kids :)
Food is overpriced and just ok. Many of the bathroom are messy. I understand it's hard to keep up with all the people, but some of the women's restrooms really! needed more attention.

I mean, it's Disneyland. Who doesn't love Disneyland? There's something for everyone. Considering the sheer amount of people who come here each day, the fact that the park is normally clean, staff is always friendly, and almost every ride is in good condition, it's basically like there really is some magic in the park.

Had the best time there! Everyone that we talked to are very helpful and polite and patience. If think about how many times they are asked, "where are the closest bathrooms?" Which way is it to.......?" Big hint: take a photo of your ticket with your phone then if it gets lost you can have a better chance of guest services being able to help you.

Who doesn't love Disneyland?!

Who doesn't love Disneyland?!

Everything is perfect, as usual. The rides are fun, the treats are great, and everything is magical as hell! You don't have to be a kid to enjoy it and feel on cloud 9. My friends and I can't wait to go back!

Disney does such a great job at keeping this place magical.

Definitely go on rides at night too! The Indiana Jones ride was so fun at night!

During my childhood Disneyland could be accessed f...

During my childhood Disneyland could be accessed for a few dollars under $20 for a full day of fun. You could hop on the Monorail and be dropped off next to the Subs. Today s Disneyland Resort as they call it today is really just a expensive paid parking lot. Depending on the time of day you arrive, you may spend 30 minutes just to enter the massive parking structure and find a spot to park. Even just ten years ago you could move freely about the park(s) and on it s worst day, spend 45 minutes in line to ride the most popular rides. Today is MUCH different with wait times double what they were a few years ago. Stroller traffic jams and where there once were benches to rest on are now stroller parking lots of 20-60 in a group near each ride opening. Disneyland has continued to expand with new attractions and a new land coming soon but the interior appears to have been cut in half. There is no momentary pause to decide where to go to next without having your feet and ankles run over! One pause to chat with your party and 2-10 strangers will walk between you. An increase in Passport pricing was to have decreased demand. It didn t work. Sit down restaurants are usually booked well in advance but I was told they will be decreasing the number of reservations soon to open up for more walk-in patrons. Hopefully The new Star Wars area will open up the entire park once the initial rush happens. I doubt this due to the fact that Disney has commuted to multiple additional Star Wars movies of the next couple years. Ten years ago you could visit each park in a day. Today s parks require at least two days each just to factor in the incredible wait times. If you can afford the MaxPass option and can be at the park at opening you stand a better chance to see all you wish to see within day one. Download their app and plan ahead for rides, shows, meals and rest times especially if you have children. Take two days to enjoy each park without it being a rushed and stressful experience. In addition, many of the restaurants, sit down and counter service will soon accept orders through the Disneyland APP with your credit card. It s best to have this set up with your credit card in advance.

My husband and I come here on a weekly basis to walk around and get some food. Disneyland has many things to do other than just rides. It s nice to just walk around and chill and people watch. We upgraded to signature pass recently. Definitely worth it if you re a local!!

A lot of improvements have been made to the food options that are worth checking out. The app is useful and in some cases required for certain activities. Max pass with the app is great when trying to fit as many things as possible into one day. Rise of the resistance really is a must see, but you will need the app, and to be in the park at opening.

If you get the chance GO BY YOURSELF! Its so much fun and you really have the freedom to go everywhere ALOT quicker. Several rides have single rider lines so if you don't mind missing out on seeing props along with the wait of a long line then take the single line. I had to go during Halloween so I can enjoy The Nightmare before Christmas. I also was lucky enough to catch the electrical parade twice. Going during the week was the best and it even rained but I was in the haunted mansion so I didn't get wet. The light show was amazing! If you can go when they open and stay til they close. It was the one of the best days of my life! I can't wait to go back again!

Disneyland was great and the place is very clean, safe, and immaculately maintained. From the rides to the grounds everything was too notch. But I deducted 1/2 for overpriced food and souvenirs and 1/2 star for the mediocre food and beverage offerings. Quality and value definitely needs improvement in this category. Otherwise A+ for the entertainment and rides!

We love going to Disneyland at least once a year! Every trip is magical! I've been visiting since I was a few months old! My family growing up has always revolved around DISNEY. Me and my husband are keeping on the tradition.

I love Disneyland Resort! If you wanna hit a lot of rides in a shorter trip, use the Disneyland app and pay for the fast passes. You can fit in more rides, plus all the photo ops are included and sent right to your phone! It was definitely worth the money for us. I can't imagine how anyone would be dissatisfied with anything here.
