The banquet room was amazing. It's large and spacious and still feels like a cozy place for an eligant affair.

Very nice place, well kept and the employees are very nice and helpful.

Love love love Trader Sam's, try to make it here every trip.

Trader Sam's never dissapoints, I still wish there was a better system to seating people.

Goofy's Kitchen is a great character dining experience for kids and adults with an inner child. I mean, they have PB & J pizza! So tasty.

Had apps and drinks at Trader Sam's. Enjoyed the patio with Hawaiian entertainment.

I just visited to see an old friend, but the hotel was very clean and quiet. It gave me peace to have a long talk with my friend.

It was great. The room was huge and the pool was the best part.

The pool is fabulous it was great watching my niece get to play with the other kids. And the lifeguards were extremely friendly.

Gorgeous place. The ballroom area was magnificent and the entire atmosphere was very Disney, not so much in the decor but in the immersion walking through felt less like walking around a fancy hotel but walking around at a location that was almost ethereal. Service in the dining area was okay. All the servers felt like they were in a major rush and there was a lack of courtesy as a whole. It didn't detract from the experience as a whole, but you definitely got the feeling that they didn't want to be there and just wanted to get home. Regardless, as far as their duties went, they got through everything smoothly. Overall, great experience.

On the highest floor number 14 standing on the balcony over looking the resort

1. Insane room service.

We ordered a glass of warm milk to put our kids to bed. We were quoted 45 minutes at 1:30 am. They considered this normal when we objected.

compared to Vegas , disney in Florida, 45 minutes for some milk is beyond unreasonable.

2. Price of said room service, not only takes forever it's also almost twice the rate of vegas, with 3 times the deliver time.

3. Late check out,: when we checked in we asked if this was an option.

Check in guy: "no problem just ask us ahead of time"

Check out guy (24 HR notice) "No"
Manager of check out guy "$200 and yes"

4. Room : for 400$ a night the room is tiny, bathroom tub and shower it's smaller then what you get from a budget motel.

Do yourself a favor go someplace else, your money will be better spent.

If you're going to Disneyland, you must stay at a Disney hotel. It's was so nice being right by where we started our runs and being close to the park.

Went to Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki room here a few times during our 4 day 3 night stay. Never got into the inside. Our last time going, Kev led us to believe that there was room inside the bar by leading us in. There were no tables, and several be parties that were also mislead. Drinka are okay, nothing over 2 oz for a tiki cocktail. Also they are constantly sold out of the cool souvenir cups. But, long story short, I will be back.

Attended a wedding here. It was great and they had a lot of cultural entertainment. Very fun!

The hotel is very clean and elegant. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Attended wedding which was very beautiful.

The beds are super comfy, the bathroom has the perfect setup with the toilet in it's out room and the sink area has a rear-view mirror at the perfect height so check the back of your hair-do. The coffee maker needs an upgrade. The location is fabulous.

Clean, looked like a office building inside and out and great service.

This hotel was a dream. It is absolutely beautiful and the staff was magical. It was worth the cost to be so close to the theme parks. They have an amazing gift shop and you can get a Dole Whip at the coffee shop..

Happiest place on earth! Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend some time in Anaheim CA.

We went to the Tiki Bar! Absolutely loved the outdoor seating ambience! It felt like we were in Hawaii!

Hotel is great! Everything about it from the front desk to housekeeping is awesome!

Trader Sam's, located inside the Disneyland Hotel, is very well themed and has great tasting cocktail drinks.

We went for dinner at Steakhouse 55. It was delicious and Pearl was a lovely waitress. The hotel seemed nice.

We stopped by to visit with our out-of-state friends that were staying for the weekend. Get there by 4pm to grab a Dole Whip at the Coffee House! After a round of whips we were off the Trader Sam's for a round of drinks. The bar can get crowded fast and while it is a lot of fun it can be quite loud. The Lanai is more relaxing and they often have live music. It makes for a great place to meet up with friends when you don't have an annual pass to the park.

Went to trader sams tiki bar and had a wonderful time. The drinks were great. But the service is slow they really need to have more staff on hand. I also think the inside bar is much too small. I dont understand why they let that cafe have the majority of the room when they built it they would make a lot more money off a bigger bar. But regardless its always fun to come and order the drinks that make magic happen.

We went to Trader Sam's which is in the middle of the Disneyland Hotel and I would highly recommend for drinks!

We only ate here but the experience was great. Kids enjoyed it

The A/C was running full blast regardless of whether or not the doors were open, was nice. I wasn't harassed for passing through or standing still looking at information on my phone. There were service reps standing on call and everyone was Friendly.

Love staying on property but had a less than magical experience this time around. Most issues we're corrected but not exactly what I expected from Disney.

Staff is great. The rooms are nice but I can't imagine you'll spend much time in them.

The Disney resort area is pleasant enough but it could be even better if they made an effort to pay all of their employees a living wage.

The bar next to the pool was a hidden gem in Disneyland

It's the Disneyland hotel. What more is there to say? The customer service is outstanding, and the magic is palpable here. There's touches of Disney magic throughout, and each tower is differently themed.
