Very cozy farm, especially in good weather. A nice playground and you can eat delicious pancakes. If you don't feel like a pancake, you can indulge in a salad or pastries.

Do you want to burn some calories afterwards? Then take a nice walk through the Amsterdam forest.

My favourite place to eat Dutch pancakes. There are so many different kinds of pancakes. My favourite will always be bacon, cheese with syrup.

You van either sit inside or outside. It is great to sit outside when the weather allows. Afterwards it is nice to take a walk in the forest. When you're in around Amsterdam this is definitely worth a visit!

The pancakes are actually only mediocre !!
You also have to order and pay in advance, and that is inconvenient if you suddenly want to order a drink or something else. All hassle and running and the one who pays must always stand up from the table along the cash register.
Furthermore, the powdered sugar and the syrup are missing on the table. You must also order this in advance. The syrup comes in small tubs (a lot of plastic waste and geklieder); icing sugar should be sprinkled on the counter on your pancake instead of at the table. That is not at all pleasant and makes for a lot of walking.
The wine is very expensive.
There is a nice playground.

A very nice place to stop, inside the Amsterdamse Bos, especially outdoors. There are plenty of seats both inside and out. Crepes are mostly on the menu: sweet and savory, but they also make sandwiches. I had a savory crepe with various vegetables, cheese and fried onion. I must say that it was not to my liking, especially because of the fried onions, they put a ton of it and covered all the flavor of the crepe.
I also took an appeltaart that was average (definitely not among the best I have tasted in the Netherlands).
I would have preferred to have a sweet crepe, perhaps with icing sugar and strawberries (which I saw on the tables of other customers and it looked very appetizing), but it was lunchtime and I wanted something salty ... Maybe next time if I find out ...

what a nasty place this has become. nothing more child friendly. they have made it into a sort of money beating for tourists. no powdered sugar or syrup on the table, everything has to be paid for, even for the toilet. fences everywhere. unsympathetic staff. really yuck.

A really fun destination with scrumptious pancakes. They have animals and a nice area for children to play in. It is in the flight path for the airport, so planes scream over your head at a pretty low altitude.

Great place to come with kids. They have a farm outside with deer and play area's so the children have lots of things they can do to en jou themselves. Inside is an orignal farm where you can enjoy pannenkoeken. They have all kinds of pakkenkoeken so every time your there you can have very tasty meals. I can advice a chocolate and bananas pancake or an apple and bacon pancake.

Cozy pancake restaurant in a good location in the beautiful Amsterdamse Bos. I think the Corona arrangement with food and drink pick-up and pouring coffee and tea yourself, with the already prepared ingredients such as mint for the mint tea, is a well-executed plan. Lots of choice of food and drinks. Just make sure that the tables are far enough apart.

A delicious pancake with cheese on it. The cheese has hardened well, without the pancake hardening.

The inside is cozy and tastefully decorated and dogs are allowed. It can be busy here at lunchtime. After two hours it is almost extinct.

The outside terrace is lovely to sit in the summer.

Overall a good place to eat a pancake or a sandwich.

Until recently more fun, but unfortunately more and more big business. Just as little service as before (which is not a problem), but much more expensive. Instead of bottles, small plastic trays nowadays. Unfortunately...

Nice brunch place for family with kids. Good options to eat and drink. Great play area for kids, couple of animals to feed, not many. Large place to seat. Surrounding is great. Parking available in 200 metres.

Delicious pancakes in the Amsterdamse Bos. The prices are okay, but you are also in Amsterdam. Are you looking for a nice place with good pancakes? Then you should definitely come here!
You only need to submit and collect the order yourself.

Google maps takes me somewhere else.

Did the trip short and went to another pancake house to eat.

One of my favorite places in Amsterdam- a definite must visit.

Pancakes are FANTASTIC. Best I've had in Netherlands, for sure, and such a beautiful (and family-friendly) setting. Some of my favorites:

- Mixed veggie- super flavorful, love the crispy onions and spice mix on top
- Mushroom and cheese- what's not to like!?
- Strawberries, powdered sugar and whipped cream (summer seasonal)- delightfully summery
- Banana, whipped cream and almond- super rich and obviously tasty
- Apple cinnamon- love the slices of fresh apple in the batter. A classic.

If you're staying downtown, rent a bike, ride the bike to the forrest (Amsterdamse Bos), find your way to Boerderij Meerzicht, eat pancakes. Maybe drink some beer or wine while doing it. Now that's the real Dutch experience!

Oh, they also serve some nice olives, cheese, bread and tapenade plates, a few sandwiches, some very nice salads, soups, tea, wine, beer, sodas, other desserts etc. but I've pretty much only focused on their pancakes. :)

I was there twice, once in the warm summer afternoon and the recent visit was on a chilly, partly cloudy with sprinkles November Saturday. Both times I saw lots of customers inside and outside, and it was popular for its pancakes. I had a good fresh made pancake there before but felt that my order did not fill my tummy and not cheap, so I ordered a veggie sandwich this time, which was healthy and delicious too. There is an outdoor children playground and a small but neat animal farm. The surrounding of the restaurant is actually a greeny park and close to a lake. You will enjoy being there with your walking shoes once you get out of the nearby parking lot!
