Very friendly staff, good location, early magic hours. A little overpriced though.

Hot rooms in Frontier tower. 6 calls to front desk were ignored. Begged to move to different tower and did on third day. NO compensation. Minimal Disney characters. No breakfast. I wouldn't pay to stay again

Friendly service, great food and restaurants. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Room service did excellent job and worked around our getting up late.

Reserved a 3 bedroom suite definitely what the picture showed. The bedrooms were adjoining:one King and one w queen The third bedroom was a separate room across a small hall one King with a sofa bed. Very little room for families together.Saud could sleep qr but I was barely adequate.Rented a 2 bedroom suite as well for a family with young kids.This one had a king bed for mom and dad.The kids room was again across the small hall and a king bed. There was a twin futon in that room thank goodness so grandma slept in it to be available to the little ones.The doors opening to the small hall could be kept opened with door stops. Rooms had refrigerators but microwave was downstairs in the vending room.Very disappointing.Outdoir pools and general landscaping etc was nice. This was the Disneyland Hotel.We were in the Frontier tower.

Everything was great from the staff to the rooms! We had a small mix up with our room and they had to have us stay in one room for one night and another for the rest. So they upgraded our room and gave us free fast passes.

This hotel is beautiful. It has a great selection of dining options including Goofys Kitchen Buffet and a more upscale experience at Steakhouse 55. There are also quick service and poolside options. The views from the E-Ticket club are breathtaking. The club is available is available to all club level rooma and includes light snacks throughout the day as well as a cooler of drinks.

Always love the nostalgia of this place and the fairytale suite is amazing.

Disneyland hotel is fire and the beds are reallyyyyy comfie

We went back to hotel and had a nap at noon...Parking at hotel allow us to go outside for dinner...We are able to finish all major rides without feeling too exhausted...Oh I don't need to mention the quality of room, I mean it's Disney! Stay at Disney hotel was a really great choice.

Hotel was really beautiful and my kids had a Disney experience. We stayed at the Fantasy Tower and experienced a few of the amenities the hotel offers (awesome water slides and pools, shopping, and movie night). Was really upset that when I booked the stay (it was my daughter's birthday) they told us that we'd get a birthday welcome and pins. We never received either as well as was told that we could get a pack and play for our infant. I asked again when we checked in if we could get it and was told that it'd go up to our room. Waited until around 10pm and went downstairs to inquire about the pack and play again. Was told again that it'll come up to my room. We waited u til about 11 and then fell asleep. I ended up sleeping on the couch and woke up with a bad back. I told them about it during check out and was told they they're sorry. Unfortunate that that made our stay go from a 10/10 down to a 6/10. Will stay again but will stay at the front desk and wait for what's promised instead of assuming it'll be brought.

It's a very luxury hotel. Large and beautiful. However, we need to request sandals to get to wear them. Hotel staffs are amazingly friendly, fast and helpful. They make sure that we get the best answers to all of our questions. They wanna make sure we get everything we desetve.

Goody's kitchen was great for the kids. Fun atmosphere, and no hurry to leave. Made the whole family feel special.

The best a good service and the truth is worth every penny

First of all, service was amazing the food was exquisite. I loved everything that the caterer recommended us. His name was Martin and he was awesome.

It was awsome food was great but a little over priced. The hotel and rooms were great cleaned and nice. Over all I think you should go tk the disney hotel.

Extremely overpriced. Nice place, but not worth $500-600/night! Especially when you're only sleeping there for 6-8 hrs out of your day! I expected more for the price... but was let down when I only saw fancy soap and a light up headboard. (Although, the Bellhop service was great for our 1 bag.)

Service was amazing but the hotel itself needs to be updated.

My parents surprised my brother and his family of four, my sister, my daughter and myself for a four day holiday as a Christmas gift. We stayed at the Frontier resort. Possibly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The 3 bedroom suite was large and comfortable and more than accommodating. Each room had its own fridge, coffee, tea, water, bathroom etc. and one of them had an additional convertible couch. The characters in the lobby made a fun entrance for the kids. The surrounding restaurants offer a great variety and everywhere we ate, the food was exceptional. The staff was amazing- professional, courteous, prompt, friendly. Each evening around 5- before we left for dinner- we were greeted with a knock at the door bearing 'nighttime ghiradelli chocolates'. Any requests we had for the front desk were taken care of in about 15min. The trip of a lifetime at the happiest place on earth.

Had breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen and it was a blast. The food is good and the character interactions are great for the kids.

We went to a wedding and it was the best thing ever. I'm sure they paid a fortune but I imagine it was worth every penny for the nerdy, unforgettable event.

The rim was amazing and the location was great. Trader Sam's was really awesome.

Little run down, not in park, will not go here again

We were told by two different people that check-in was at 3pm and our room should be ready way before that. Well the room wasn't even close to being ready by 3:30pm,after some serious complaining they just gave us a different room. The room was dirty, most everything had dust on it through our 8 day stay, the dresser cabinet door fell off upon opening it, the towel bar in the bathroom fell off when removing the towel. Oh yeah and the coffee maker didn't work,the beds are loud (you can hear the springs creaking when moving around on them).So needless the say we did not have a great experience, but hopefully you will if you choose to stay there. GOOD LUCK!

Everything there is so vibrant and pleasant to look at. The meeting rooms were spacious and easy to find. The staff was very helpful. Loved it!

The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. The food and drinks at Trader Sam's were amazing and delicious and we'll definitely be back for more!

I loved the hotel, very good service, they take care of your bags when you go to the pool or to the park or to the Disney town when you have already checked out, the room is very spacious and beautiful, very close to the town down to 4 minutes walking.

Food was good, drinks were amazing. Service was ok at Trader Sam's.

Too many guests smoking within 5 feet of the front door.

My wife and I stayed her 2 weeks ago and loved it! It was our first time in any of the Disneyland hotels, let me tell you it was well worth it! We got there super early in the morning and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating to everything! Shout out to Christina! She was amazing! We stay up an extra 2 hours just to talk with her! She was great with all our questions and made us feel so welcome! Defiantly worth every penny!

Magical! Great staff! Modern yet comfortable and nostalgic

Love so much about this hotel, the atmosphere and the scenery. The rooms are just standard, but very clean and decorated nicely...Disney could step it up a little but it was good. The pool was great so fun and food and drinks were very good. The pool service was slow and it was challenging to get anyone to help you if you do t have an actual chair, which can be impossible on a busy day.

The Disneyland hotel was wonderful, and I'm glad that I stayed here because I probably won't be able to make it back to Disneyland for a while. The entire place was immaculate and the staff was truly a Disney staff. My daughter and I loved every bit of our stay.

Can never go wrong with the Disneyland Hotel. I have always received exceptional service. Rooms are spacious, five in our room has never felt cramped.

Nicely appointed and quiet hotel, that's very convenient to the parks.

We chose this hotel specifically for its location and because we didn't want to be off-site for our kids' first visit to Disneyland.

Being able to walk through security and onto the monorail in only 200ft is a huge plus! We have 2 little kids so we spent most of this trip in Disneyland Park, so the monorail made it easy to get to and from the park. Not as convenient to California Adventure, but that wasn't a big deal. And not having to walk out on Harbor Blvd at 11:30 at night was a win.

2 downsides: the price is insane, but I've learned that about staying on-property at Disneyland or WDW...we had a 1-bedroom suite which worked out well for our family of 4. (Had a mini fridge and 1.5 bathrooms). A similar room in a well appointed Marriott or Hilton would have been half the price, but it's all about location! The second is that because it's in the middle of the Disneyland Resort, it's quite a hike to the nearest non-Disney store. We were staying for 4 nights so we wanted a few snacks and drinks for the room. It's about 1.2 miles to the closest CVS and the resort doesn't currently sell cases of water or have a grocery selection, though I imagine that will change once the DVC gets built.

Anyway. We would probably stay here or Grand Californian on our next trip!

Goofy's Kitchen is awesome! Such a great time. It's a little pricy but the food is pretty good.

Good hotel with great proximity to downtown Disney. If you've got little ones they'll love seeing Disney characters on the grounds. The pools are good for all ages and poolside service can be charged to the room

Here's some photos of Goofy's Kitchen character brunch on a weekend. Food was excellent, but the characters were coming around every 5 minutes for our 90 minute stay for brunch! Our family was greeted so often our food was cold because we were having so much fun interacting with the characters and playing with them. Some people will be turned off by the price, but the character interaction was well worth the price because it was ongoing and the boys loved it. It was definitely a trip to remember!

Walking distance to parks, great atmosphere, and special touches in the room.

Everything was great. Hotel was clean and accommodating, food was great, and the beds were comfortable.

The friendliness from the moment you arrive is surprising. This is really "customer service". Literally worth every penny you pay for.

This hotel is full of history. It was a mostly well maintained hotel with clean rooms and OK views. We stay there often when we go to Disneyland.

The Tiki bar was great. Gets really crowded on the weekends though.

Hands down the best place to stay with kids when visiting Disneyland

Staff provides everything you need. Disney sweeps you off your feet. Character breakfast is great for the kids and grown-ups (because we never grow up). Perfect place to relax. Also visit the Disney vacation club center to help you safe money long-term.

A generally beautiful & beautifully designed hotel in the heart of Disneyland. Rooms are nice but could use a little freshening up as some elements are a little tired. Service, as always with the Mouse, is impeccable.

Easy to find, clean, nice Disney store. But there is currently (February 2016) some construction on a new pool that can be loud.

The room and hospitality is truly exceptional. I wish that they had followed through on opening another resort so that we could have more options like this and the Grand Californian.

Attended the two-day Dapper Day Expo. Disney always does an incredible job of making sure everyone is comfortable and having a good time. Fresh ice water dispensers, etc. Only complaint is for an event of this scale I wish there was a parking option that wasn't Downtown Disney or Mickey and Friends. But I do enjoy every minute I'm at the Expo in this beautiful hotel.

We went to the tiki bar. It was a lot of fun and very loud with good drinks. The staff was really fun and different drink combos would make them yell and cause different sound effects to go off. It was really expensive, but what isn't with Disney?

The Disneyland Hotel complex is a great place to meet friends for a lovely night of dinner and drinks. We especially enjoy the adventure of grabbing a glowing drink at Trader Sam's!

Location was very convenient, beautiful view, lovely service

the hotel is a rip off. We paid over $400 7/4/14. They didn't allow late check out. We didn't see any Disney characters. I was very disappointed.

Excellent value when visiting the park, but upkeep isn't as perfect as on previous visits. Service remains excellent.

Only went to Trader Sam's Tiki bar, which was amazing! Like adult Disneyland with themed drinks and a great staff! Would definitely recommend!

Very close to the monorail makes everything worth it. Were were able to leave the parks and be in our apt in 10 mins. The room was great and everything was handled so effortlessly. Parking was easy, getting to the park was easy, and gaining the extra magic hour is a huge deal

Was there for daughter's gymnastics meet, so only saw convention center side.

Stayed here for a conference and didn't know what to expect but it was better than grand Californian in my opinion

Ate at Goofy's Kitchen. Very kid friendly buffet with lots of dessert options. Some tasty adult dishes as well. Lots of characters to greett you while eating.
