Nice hotel and service. The pool is great. Love that downtown Disney is close by for other food and dessert options. Overall, the hotel is clean, lots of food options around and staff were friendly.

Goofy's kitchen was amazing, but I was surprised Donald and Daisy were not a part of the character crew.

Comfy beds, massive room, we got bumped to a better view at no charge. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Drinks at Trader Sam's bar were awesome, it was a really great scene. A bit crowded, but that comes with the territory.

Had bed bugs in our room and get moved. The front desk staff is nice but you never speak to the same person twice and you never get to meet their lead or manager.

I arrived for a race expo. The event was very organized and staff was able to manage heavy crowds

DO NOT STAY HERE! Get a motel in the surrounding area. I was a guest at this dump. I left my room and tried to find the stairs, I did not want to take the elevator. I was accosted by two security guards who were downright obnoxious. I was groped by one of them in the hallway. He felt my waistline, because that is where my jacket hung, and he wanted to see what I had in my pocket. He had no business touching my body. If he felt his life were in danger, he should have called the police. This is how the guests are treated.
I asked to speak to the manager. I asked for a refund. I was offered another room, and was told that the security would be reprimanded. I explained that I would be calling the police to file a report. Suddenly, the security was called into an office, and a formal complaint was made. Find another place.

It was a great place to stay, it was walking distance from downtown disney and the parks. Also, the hotel had many fun things to do, such as a pool, a tiki bar, and more.

The room looked good, and the bag service was easy.

Went to Trader Sam's for a drink and to relax by the fire place. Best way to unwind after a long day. Service was great and so was the atmosphere.

Sam's Tiki Bar is fun and has great drinks! The only downfall is that if you don't get a table or a seat at the bar, it's difficult to get a drink.

We stayed at the paradise hotel. Room was comfortable. Kid friendly atmosphere. 5 min walk to the theme park. We enjoyed early hour entrance to the park, which was a bonus.

It is very pricey but worth it. They did a fantastic job decorating the room for my daughter's birthday. Easy pool access. Eats and drinks close by. You'll spend a pretty penny but you'll get your money's worth.

Absolutely fantastic! No fans in our hotel bathroom, which meant the bathroom stayed steamy for a little while after taking a shower.

Wonderful. Very clean and pleasant. You can't go wrong when you are in the happiest place on earth.

Greatest place on Earth to create magic and memories with children. That said, the park would benefit from adding more security to help screen guests so that everyone can get in for the extra magic hour in a timely manner.

Wonderful experience. I attended Prom at one of the ballrooms inside the hotel. Not only was it amazing but it was some how magical.

We have had a great experience. Driving up provided very friendly service in valley area. Checking in was easy, with great customer service. The king room was ready right away. The amenities included larger items then we had received before for the H2O shampoo, conditioner, etc. We also had a drink at Trader Sam's. Highly recommend this! It was just the two of us and we have loved it!

I'll admit that, as an avid and frequent visitor of WDW, I booked a room here with much trepidation. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was! This resort consists of 3 main buildings - the Fantasy Tower, the Adventurer Tower, and the Frontier Tower. We were situated in the Adventurer Tower, which is mere steps from Downtown Disney and regions beyond. The west side of the building faces the pool area; the opposite side leads to the security checkpoint and the beginning of Downtown Disney, starting with Earl of Sandwich. Just beyond is the entrance to the monorail, which transports folks smack dab in the middle of Tomorrowland. There is plenty to do here, whether you are 6 or 60. I definitely would return here for a future visit.

Ate dinner at the steak House 55 lounge inside the Disneyland hotel. The burger was a bit pricey at 21 dollars but it was amazing, you get tons of roasted potatoes on the side and the burger is probably one of the biggest if not the biggest on property. I absolutely recommend it!

Expensive but wonderful. Great headboards that could turn on and see firework LED display. We were in family suite. Had 3 refrigerators but no microwave which was hard with a baby and toddler.

Its a wonderful place to stay, very close to the parks and with its own security/bag check. Parking was super easy with prior reservation, and to top it off you can park "day of" without checking in yet. Rooms were as to be expected magical without being decadent. The hotel grounds were extremely well kept and fun to wander throughout centered around their pool and tiki themed bar and restaurant. Overall a very magical experience to go along with the high price tag.

Disney has a flare for making your experience with them as magical as possible. Our stay was especially magical and comfortable. We were given a room upgrade complimentary and loved the additional space and quiet location. The staff is always well trained and make the first impression a grand one. Excellent customer service, exceptionally clean room and hotel as a whole, and nicely decorated for the holidays. You can't help but smile as you arrive because you just know you are in for a great experience.

It's the original! Plus the headboards are amazing and light up. This place is pretty close to the parks.

The rooms feel outdated but the service is great, the pool is great and you're near both parks which is a major plus

Ate at Steakhouse 55, did not stay at the hotel. Best restaurant in the world for old souls who like class and a wonderful atmosphere. It still holds some of that Disney magic and is one of the most fantastic places to spend an evening. Wonderful food, quick service, great atmosphere!

Disney experience on the cheaper side. Showing it's age but you can afford other things vs grand Californian.

It was an awesome experience and out kiddos first time there. They enjoyed every minute of our week there. The staff was awesome!! We are already planning for our next visit and we can't wait.

We went to Trader Sam's for tiki drinks and as per usual we drank some of the best libations Disney has to offer.

First visit to Steakhouse 55. Food was great. The service was ok. A little overpriced but glad I gave it a shot.

My wife is here for a job week long training so we took advantage of the opportunity and turned it into a mini vacation. Service is great, food is good, and we are 100 feet from entrance to Downtown Disney.

Walked around the outside pool area, was very chill. Would hang out here again

The hotel was beautiful, great location. Might be a little noisy till about 2 AM. Because of Downtown Disney... but other than that its sublime!

We came back from Disney park near midnight and just wanted a good night sleep. But we found no tooth brush or tooth paste in the room. We called housekeeping and was put on hold for near 20mins and no one is answering...a very bad experience. Otherwise the location is good and you get an extra early hour in the park for staying here. But the room is very expensive, and most of the time you are playing in the park, so not enjoying a lot of the facilities in the hotel. BTW, no breakfast was included, which I thought should be a standard for such an expensive room. We paid 1000 USD for 2 day park ticket and a night's room (2 people).

We ate and drank at Trader Sams. Drinks were amazing. Food was ok but not spectacular. Service was really slow. Staff was friendly.

We had breakfast in Goofy's Kitchen with the characters. They were all very nice and the kids (autistic 11, 10, and 11 months) absolutely loved it! It was kind of expensive, but it was pretty much like we paid for a show with brunch. Our 10 y.o. daughter has a milk allergy, so a check came out and have her a personal to of what was available and what was of limits for her, we both thought that was really great!

would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Location location location. This hotel is located at the end of downtown Disney a fairly short walk from the main gates and even shorter walk to the monorail station (you can ride into Disneyland). The rooms have always been spotless with high quality amenities. The rooms have a slight Disney theme with hidden mickeys throughout. The best feeling is spending an entire day at Disney and returning back to a clean comfortable room for the night. If it fits into your budget, you will not regret. You also get to enter the park an hour early before the general public which is a very cool experience

Just a normal hotel, however, it is simple to get to the parks, DTD shopping and dining.

Had dinner at Trader Sam's. Prices were fair and service was good considering we sat outside and there was only one server. The Poke could have been fresher, but the burger my girlfriend had was delicious.

What an amazing place and time. Wish we could stay here longer and that it wasn't as costly!

The Resort is amazing! We stayed friday through Monday. The employees go out of there way to make sure you are having a good vacation and all your needs are met. Our water and soda machine was out of order the whole time through our stay. We needed water for our 6 month old granddaughter, for her bottle. The front desk had room service bring 3 giant bottles of disani water at no charge. It would have costed us $4.50 a bottle. We were so thankful! Our family was celebrating 4 birthdays and the Resort had left a gift for each child and chocolates. We really felt very well taken care of. The Resort is beautiful and well maintained. The pool and Jacuzzi are so relaxing. They even have private cabanas. You can't go wrong staying at the Disneyland Resort! We will definitely stay again in the future.

This hotel is a fabulous option for staying just outside Disney with the best possible location to the park. The only problem is the price is incredibly prohibitive. I am very appreciative and wish I could support places that support our veterans with 50% off like this more often. That discount makes the price almost reasonable.
