Honestly for the money its not worth it the rooms are plain, some workers look angry, we had to pay parking!! And no complimentary food for the thousands we pay for nights its better to go to other hotels and pay less then half the price and ride a shuttle to disney land.

Beautiful venue. The raised stage and area for side tables were perfect for more attendees to view the show. The mics and speakers were perfect volumed for attendees to adequately hear from the back tables. Clean. Perfectly lit. Good service.

Took the family to Goody's Kitchen for brunch. The kids had ice cream, M&Ms, Mac'n'Cheese all a bunch of other junk before 10. They never eat like that regularly. On top of that Pluto, Goofy, Minnie, Chip n Dale, and a few others stopped by for hugs and kisses. Worth every penny

We went to the Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Hotel. Parking was free for three hours with validation. There was a long line to get in to the tiki bar but worth it once we got in there. There were no prices on the drink menu so we asked the waitress what drinks and also mugs cost. We were shocked the themed mugs could cost $40 to $60 so nyxed that idea and got some of the unadorned cocktails for $10-$14 each. Not many food options available and not enough menus to go around but was able to Google the menu online. The paper menu listed no vegetarian options but the website menu showed one with tofu so make sure you ask if you need it. We went on a Saturday night for a birthday event so it was packed with lines to get in. I could see going there for a cocktail if hanging out at downtown Disney on an off-night.

Just a heads up. When you come back to the hotel at night after the park closes if you are hungry get your order in fast or you may not be able to get something in a reasonable amount of time. Also the staff at the front desk aren't empathetic about it either. The hotel is ok though. Nothing at Disney is in a normal perspective. Everything is overpriced which is fine, but the service needs to keep up with the prices and not getting a service isn't acceptable at a place like this. We do love the experience at Disney accept for these couple of things.

We had a great stay at the Disneyland Hotel over Mother's Day weekend. Walking back to the hotel after a long day in the park is really nice. And we took full advantage of the Extra Magic Hour hotel guests are given in the parks, which makes it easier to get on all the major rides, sometimes multiple times.

We went to have lunch at Goofy's Kitchen, it was very nice. I don't typically eat at places with dressed up charcaters but it was my daughters birthday. The price for lunch was very high but it was a celebration. I will admit the food was so delicious. I especially liked the mac and cheese pizza. I also had a mac and cheese hotdog with brisket and bbq sauce. It was delicious. I enjoyed the pork pasole. I have eaten that since I was a child, but the fresh ingredients and stewed pork was delicious. Over all the food was good but over priced. I spent a few more hours just enjoying beverages and talking with my family in the lobby. The hotel was very accommodating and polite. Over all a very nice experience.

We loved Goofy s Cafe! The food was above average but getting great photos with the characters was priceless. They spent plenty of time with us and we got to take our time eating and enjoying the fun atmosphere. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and nicely kept! Enjoy a stroll through the rose garden and grab souvenirs at the gift shop! They have different things here than at the Disneyland park.

Soo much has changed over the years and there's a lot that still needs to. Thankfully all the issues have been addressed and are in the process of being resolved. The new hotel addition and parking garage will also be nice. More places to drink would also be welcome!

The rooms are pretty nice, but not spectacular. The staff is great, ultra friendly and helpful. And it is very convenient if going to the Parks or Downtown Disney. The food is overpriced, but that is to be expected.

The rooms were nice and the pool was great. The best part of staying was how it s only a short walk to the parks. Was able to go between the room and the parks as needed during the day, which was great. The price was worth the convenience in my opinion.

A little pricey just like everything Disney, but you get quality for what you're paying! Also got a drink at the always fun Trader Sam's bar that comes with free entertainment from the bartenders

Everything about this hotel was so great! It was our first time to Disneyland, and all of the crew members were so helpful and lovely. The rooms were also very nice and modern, and the subtle Mickey Mouse theming was very cool. And the facilities were really great, with a pool and bars, and so conveniently located that it was really worth it to stay there.

Rooms are outdated but clean. Service at the hotel is Horrible. One bad experience after another. If you want to clean your own tables at the establishments and have have the staff, even mangers, give you major attitude when you are just trying to get a clean place to eat, then this is the place for you.

Fun

It was one of my favorite hotels second to Grand California. The rooms were very good and perfectly cleaned. Staff was polite and helpful. The easy access to the park via the mono rail was very appreciated. We needed some motorized wheel chairs to rent for use around the resort and the hotel set us up with a company that delivers to the resort what we needed. Our overall experience at the resort was great.

Spent the weekend with my family for our very first trip to Disneyland. Everything was cleaned and restocked daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful for our first timer questions. Only thing that I would complain about is the time it took for room service and the quality of the food brought.

Review for Disneyland Hotel valet service:

Review for Disneyland Hotel valet service:

The Disneyland Hotel valet staff demonstrated excellent customer service in a stressful situation. A part of my aunt's car key seemed to have dropped when the attendant parked their car. This piece was a security feature, so the car would not open without it. My aunt had over 8+ young grandchildren with her. Since it took a long time for my relatives to wait for AAA to come and open the car, the Disneyland Hotel gave them complimentary tickets to the park for the inconvenience. The staff was kind, calm and made sure we were doing all right despite the situation. The lead person also was kind enough to drive my mom and I to our own hotel (we stayed elsewhere).

Great location, a short walk away from Downtown Disney. There's also a reasonable selection of restaurants (including character dining) and some stores, and some nice swimming areas. My main dislike is the room itself - it feels a bit dated and lacks a lot of modern conveniences. It didn't feel like good value for the money paid.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! Can I give negative stars to Disney? So disappointed!!! We have been Disney Vaction Club members since 1994. How disappointing can you possibly be when you pay your time share initially and pay annual dues dare I say how much? First time coming to Disneyland, we have always visited Disney World since 1994. Beware! You will find graffiti in your room and a terrible view for only 1200 a year! Our annual dues are supposed to maintain the upkeep NOT!!! Please see the pictures if you don t believe me! I can pay this price to stay at a much better property without the gross view and ugly graffiti in/near the bathroom! Don t buy a timeshare

I have been to disneyland, I dont know... 20 times or more. Always stay in a cheaper hotel across the street. Our last visit we decided to stay at the Disneyland hotel for the first time. So much better and worth every extra penny. No fighting crowds, no waiting in hour long security lines, quick entry on to the monorail into the park, stepped out of the hotel and right into downtown Disney. Restaurants and gift shops within the hotel. Makes the trip better quality. I wish we hadn't waited so long to try out the more expensive option. Seriously worth it. 100%

Beautiful hotel on the outside as much as the inside. It has cute disney restaurants out by the pool. The pools are huge, and they are right by the Disney shopping strip before you enter into Disney. 4 star, because the prices can be way to high priced.

Our family stayed 4 nights in a suite in the Frontier Towers and got SCABIES. Scabies are little mites that live under your skin and take a prescription from the doctor to get rid of it. We did not discover it until 3 weeks after we got home due to the incubation time before the scabies were actually visible. Our 8 year old had bites all over her, she slept in a fold out bed. The youngest also had visible bites. Our suite was extremely expensive. I highly RECOMMEND you take a sleeping bag and NOT sleep under the sheets in the beds at the hotel. We were discussed and very disappointed to have experienced this in such an expensive and exclusive resort like the Disneyland Hotel. We are waiting for the hotel response to our stay and what we got from staying there. We should be completely reimbursed for the grief SCABIES has caused our family. We had to report this infection to our children's schools. It's AWEFUL and will take up to 2 months to get rid of the bites left under the skin by the mites after the treatment.

My girlfriend and I went to Trader Sams. We're all about tiki bars and Hawaii, this place met our expectations. The bartenders were entertaining and friendly. Drinks were great, depending on your choice the room animated with the theme of the drink. You also have the option to purchase souvenir tiki mugs!
