Absolutely awful customer service by Lisa Probst x4083. We had a conversation about what I was looking for. I send her the specs by email. Next I get an email saying "We will have to no bid this request. We don t carry this product. ". All we wanted was a simple blank label cut to our specs. When I called to clarify she argued and blamed me for not having what she needed to make an accurate quote. All she had to do was ask. Simply awful!

I don't get direct answers on when I can expect my orders. I submitted an order yesterday and specifically answer for a date I can tell my client to expect their labels and I received no response back. I feel like I have to badger people just to get a specific response.

On the order before our most recent one, we has 35 different roles of labels. One of those was left out. We tried to get the label role sent to us as fast as possible. Every day I called to find out why the labels hadn't shipped, and every day I was told they were scheduled to ship out that evening. After all this, to salvage the mistake we were told we wouldn't be charged for the role..... Ok?.... Great?.... You mean you're not going to charge me a SECOND time for the role that was LEFT OUT OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER? Theres plenty of other label companies other there. I would rather have dependable service that will get me my order in a timely manner and not cause me to continuously lie to my customers about when they will receive their order.

Terrible customer service EVERY TIME by Cheryll Smith. She is rude in emails and over the phone. She is argumentative, short, and all around just not friendly. We all wish we had a different rep but looking at the other reviews, i'm not sure that would even be a resolution. She desperately needs to work on her customer service skills. I never look forward to sending in an order. I will start using our local company even though they are higher in cost.

awful experience. Don't send them anything complicated or with a large number of lots/versions. They can't handle it and they fall down until you beg them for your order. Ask them to keep the lots separate and you will send them into a tailspin

I 'm surprised of all the negative reviews on here. I use Discount Labels a lot and yes I have had a problem or two but I called and they sent extra decals to replace the ones that were messed up. Never really had a issue and always shipped on time.

Have used them for decades. They continuously misapply my payments to the wrong invoice. When they call to collect, I always provide the proper documentation to prove it was paid, they say that the payment was applied to another invoice. And the invoice they indicate was also paid from another check, but that payment was misapplied. And so on and so on. They never correct their procedures to fix the problem. This has been going on for months. I own a company and should spend my time managing it rather than spend an entire day going down a rabbit hole that they have created in their Accounts Receivable by misapplying payments. This time I spent 8 hours looking for $14.21! And is still not resolved.
