Terrible customer service EVERY TIME by Cheryll Smith. She is rude in emails and over the phone. She is argumentative, short, and all around just not friendly. We all wish we had a different rep but looking at the other reviews, i'm not sure that would even be a resolution. She desperately needs to work on her customer service skills. I never look forward to sending in an order. I will start using our local company even though they are higher in cost.
