Dustin updated my computer and improved streaming on my home TV. He is extremely helpful and courteous. Very good at explaining his strategy even if you are not a computer wiz.

Dustin has helped us with a variety of computer needs and has always solved our problem(s). He is friendly and personable and can come in a timely manner. If he says he will come at a certain time, he will, or he will call with an update on his plans. He does excellent work, is dependable and reliable. I highly recommend him.

Had A MacBook Pro mid 2012 at this shop to restore back to Yosemite os from Sierra os was told be a day and would receive a call to pick up this was on a Thursday morning. The weekend comes and goes I never received a phone call I call to check on status I m told that he don t work on Mac machines and he subs them to another tech that only works 3 days a week and that he was too busy to call me to let me know that before the weekend come and that He would get it going and call in morning. Well once again no call so I call and he says it will be ready the next day and he will call. I finally get a call from him on Wednesday (6 days later) that it was ready to be picked up I come to pick it up and had to ask for power supply back and half the case that was protecting the machine. I get it open and booted up only to find out that the requested services were not completed. I asked for Yosemite and received Mojave and when the owner contacted me he even repeated what service I wanted done. When I talked to him about the issue he just quickly refunded my money. I do not recommend any services from this place very poor communication and does not complete task asked for. I took my Mac to another shop and had it back, fully functioning with the requested OS, within one hour.

Great Service! Very respectful! Worked with us to design a machine for my son who is just beginning gaming on PC. Listened to my son's wants and was able to design a machine that suited his needs. Would definitely check these guys out for any computer needs!

This man built my computer for me, didn't price gouge me, and gave me a 3 year warranty on all my parts since I ordered them through him. As someone who didn't want the hassle of building my own computer, he streamlined the process to make it very easy and i ended up with exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend to anyone with computer related issues or someone who doesn't feel comfortable building their own computer.

I have to admit I have really fallen behind the times with technology. My dinosaur desktop got a major upgrade today at Discount Computers Services! Dustin helped me get all of my information and important documents onto a new laptop! I am so excited to be in touch again!! I also needed to get video evidence and text messages onto admissible forms of media for a court case off of my IPhone. He was also able to compile that for me! I would highly recommend DCS for all of your computer service needs! I got loads of new knowledge, helpful service and got to play with the cutest pup while I was there!!! What a stellar experience!

DCS picked up my computer, a few hours later told me what was wrong with it, they gave me a price and I picked it up the next day! exceptional, fast service at an affordable price! Dustin is awesome at what he does and very informative!

Very great service and very friendly and great prices. Took my ps3 to be fixed and was done in less than 2 hrs, and other computer store (Commonwealth computer )said they need for two days, I would never recommend those people but I would most definitely recommend Dustin Smith he very good.

I've known and have used the services of Discount Computer Services for about five years. Recently, I purchased a new desktop computer and laptop. The entire provess, top to bottom were flawless. Dustin always responded even after hours, to answer any questions. Extremely reliable, knowledgeable, professional and ethical. Quite a combination.

Dustin has a true passion for taking care of his customers. He also takes pride in performing his work to produce a quality product which he stands behind.
He built a computer for me and I have been very satisfied with its performance.
He does not push any hardware or software changes, but he has made a couple of recommendations which has enhanced the performance of my system. I am very appreciative of the support Dustin and Discount Computer Services has provided to our Family.

We bought a PS4 Pro second hand and were scammed (someone sold us a broken PS4 Pro). They worked on the machine before we got it and recognized their work. Great communication with the team and they refunded us our money we paid to have it worked on before knowing it was in their shop before.

I've used Dustin for several computer issues before. This past weekend when my laptop quit, I emailed Dustin for an appointment. First thing Monday morning he diagnosed and repaired (replaced the screen) my computer. While I waited. I'm very pleased with his work.

My husband took his PS4 Pro to have it cleaned and have the therma paste redone. He left it around noon on Sat. and was told he wouldn't get it back until Mon. or Tues. however less than 3 hours later he was contacted and told it was ready to be picked up. They gave him a detialed description of what was found when they cleaned his PS4 Pro. The technician he worked with was very knowledgeable and their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Brought in my PS4 due to it not working anymore. Within a minute of talking about the problem, Dustin not only correctly diagnosed the problem but had it repaired and ready to go within 30 minutes. Dustin was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The prices are great as well. Would recommend in a heartbeat for any console, pc, laptop and cellphone issues you have. Can t beat the price either.

In the two+ years we've been using DCS, we've purchased two great refurbished laptops and had several issues (most of them my fault) that were quickly resolved...always patient, kind and quick to help.
