I have friends who have had a good experience with direct Way and who have recommended service with super cars but when they came to pick me up I was very surprised and disappointed to see a Mercedes class E model 2011 with the damaged seat and the sound of a tractor c is a shame because the driver was very punctual and very professional. And I saw that he was embarrassed I hope that with this notice the management will make an effort so that it does not happen anymore because for a Premium service the vehicle is like the customer on this I wish full of success to direct way for the year 2018 and my best wishes Mrs karina

I highly recommend Direct Way. A few years back I travelled to Brussels and I booked with them to be pick me up from the airport. In the last hour of my flight the pilot announced that the aircraft will land in Holland instead because, the cargo employees at the Brussels airport were on strike. I panicked and I was unsure what to do . I was pleasantly surprised when i landed to find the Direct way driver waiting for me in Holland instead. Direct way truly put their customers first. It was very comfortable ride and diver was professional.
