I had a problem with an AED G5 and contacted Direct 365 to try and resolve the problem. Charlie Lavender gave me a first class service his customer support in ensuring we resolved my AED G5 problem was excellent. I felt that they couldn't do enough for me.

I rate this company 5 * for their customer service...

I rate this company 5 * for their customer service due to one person. I have dealt with Lydia Pugh are several occasions and she has never fallen short of the mark. She is professional, calm and efficient. If it were not for her I am likely to of left this company due to their poor collection service and would only rate them 2/3 * as a company . They continuously need chasing and if it were not for the marvellous Lydia, I would indeed of gone elsewhere. ASSETT to the company.

i have to agree with Richards review i am in the same position as he is i am trying cancel contract that about to come to end and are refusing to accept the cancellation, and automatically renewing contract another year. if i was you i would simply stay away from this company. i had verbal contract agreeing 12 months but never automatic renewal there is no such thing rolling contract with them they renew you another year then they want notice 3 months before that yer to cancel simply nasty be careful guys be aware

In my view this company is expensive for what they...

In my view this company is expensive for what they provide. To our significant financial detriment when trying to cancel our contract we they told us that there is a contract clause which means that once signed and accepted, the contract is automatically renewed annually (for ever?) without them having to check with or ask the customer. If you do not inform them 3 months before the renewal date you are then landed with up to 15 months payment even when they are doing nothing for it. When you complain about the clause they resort to legalities and that it was up to you to have checked it and so on.

In my experience it is uncommon to put in such a clause - it is very much in the company's favour and very very much not in the customer's interest. In my view, they should highlight such a clause to their customers rather than 'catch them out' on it.

I have to say I find this to be very poor business practice and even when, as they say, they are legally within their rights, this is unprofessional, uncaring, unsupportive and does not put them in a good light.

I notice that I am not the only one caught out in this manner with this company.

I called to arrange a sharps bin for acupuncture practice. I sent back agreement and heard nothing back. Despite chasing numerous times I was simply told it's been sent. Weeks on I'm still awaiting replies to email chases and my duty of care cert. I've tried to cancel so I can use another company only to be told my order has been sent - but again nothing received. Would never use this company again.

Not very transparent, very little communication within the team, can't keep track of notes from calls or orders made, make promises they can't keep. Left for 3 weeks with full waste, they said they will sort it out but never did. Psh are just as diabolical. Liars said they came to collect waste bin but never did. Do they really care they're having a negative impact on a business? Doubt it.

Update.2019
so last year I messaged them via their website I wish no longer continue once the service I have paid finish for sharp and medical waste as general waste already been cancelled. How surprised I was to find out this year they have sent me invoice to pay for another year. On any permanent makeup - aesthetic facebook group people do not recommend direct 365 and this is the main reason. So now they want me to pay for 2020 service that I already cancelled last year. Well they did cancel apparently my contract now but I presuming they want me to pay for it anyway. As i'm running training company I can be 100% sure I will not recommend this company to my students for medical waste .

2017/2018
Been using them for about 2 -3years. As the first year was ok, is getring worst and worst. No bin collection, no invoices sent to us, but debt collection letter always on time . Started reading other's people rewievs and seems like we always get the same charges, not sure what's happen to this company but in the future i will use someone else.
We have currently 2 companies which using them and 2 that use different amd seems like we are going to cancel direct 365 main reason no invoice- but always debt collectors and fees. Not very impressed with you.

Under NO circumstances would I ever recommend this company to anyone!!!
If you use them please be aware that if you want to cancel your contract you have to give them 3 months notice before the end of the year and if you go over that year you must pay for another 12 months even if you tell them you are closing your shop !!
The woman I have spoken to was arrogant and very unhelpful and tried to make out I was stupid and although I have emailed twice to ask for my contract to be cancelled all I get is being told I can't and have to pay until August 2020 . WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH .

We went to 365 based on recommendation from my previous work place and were told they're not only the cheapest but best they'd found. Andy has made the process of setting our waste collection up VERY easy and quite a pleasent experience. Bins arrived promptly and we've been kept in the loop throughout. Excellent service so far!

Avoid avoid

As with majority of reviews on here, if you are looking for waste collection, I wouldn t bother.

Constantly moving the terms of weight and charges means they basically are just making up reasons to charge me now.

Excess weight charges even when bin hasn t been emptied for over a week so of course it s gone over it s weight. (Which is basically so low, by daily output would have to consist of feathers to meet their limits)
What a joke
Inconsistent. Any communication is sent in a threatening manor.
Emails with subject headings such as
URGENT HEALTH AND SAFETY BREACH (no that s the weigh limit ugh again, because you haven t emptied it, I m not filling it full of sharps!)
Yet I m the one having to climb in and retrieve items (like an oven!) as they refused to replace the bin with one that locked.
I ve ended up having to bolt a chain through the lid.
(What s the betting they charge me for that)

Oh and a 90 day notice to end contract, THATS THREE MONTHS. What a joke.
How anyone can work for such an unethical company is beyond me, ripping off small business? I d rather work cleaning toilets, at least i d be doing it with integrity.

Threatening me with penalties for not wanting to sign up for another 12 months with them . They didn't collect my sharp bins last year. Shops are closed due to lock down and they still want your money. Dodgy business practices, stay away people.

Do not be fooled by Cheep Quotations
We had a contract with Direct365 for our commercial waste collection. Their quotation was competitive but after a few months they started raising unfounded invoices for excess weight we and ended up charging more than their contract prices.
The service was irregular and we had missing collections, nevertheless they still raised excess load for a collection which never happened.
Despite my several requests for details, I never received a reply. Attached pictures have been taken the night before their collection which show our bins were not even full.
Despite the fact their invoices were paid in advance, they stopped serving.
The matter is now referred to our solicitors.

poor company and customer service is bad get you in a contract and dont pick up the bins and blame other companys dont refund missed colections go direct to biffa or local cancel you get a better deal and customer service too

Spoke with Direct 365 yesterday and was told they will call back. Sasha called back twice and left a message twice. I was on the tube just my luck. Spoke to Sasha today and received amazing service. Answered all questions and helped me with any answers. Really quick and easy to book in and amazing service from everyone. Thanks

Unprofessional "service" unreliable customer service. Collecting clinical waste isn't a joke and it should have been done on time but it seems like they don't care about their customers!!!! Several times they promised to collect the waste but 9 out of 10 times that was a big fat lie!!!!

Absolutely terrible. I've been trying for weeks to get them to collect my medical waste. I've had a contract since January and not one collection that I've been paying for. Lots of promises someone will call me back to arrange collection but nobody ever does. Very unhappy customer.

Please do not go with them , they charges you every KGS waste you put in the bin , and when you ask them show you how they do , they're said they dont known only the depots know, ....
The bin 1100 ls only allow you put in 70kgs waste ,.... finally do not go with them

from the point of our enquiry direct 365 responded within an hour, their employee Sasha Deegan was very helpful in discussing our requirement and pricing of what needed to be done. We received quotation by email again within the hour. I rang this morning to discuss some of my queries and Sasha dealt with it efficiently, all in all I would not hesitate in recommending Direct 365.

Shocking service. Still waiting for a issue to be dealt with going back to February 2016. They charged me for for excess weigh on a bin when l didn't even have the bin. They keep saying they are looking into it and will get back to me. Spoke to them again about no pick-up on Monday and l mentioned to the girl that they still hadn't sorted the over payment form February, she said that she would get accounts to call me, its now Friday..guess what?...no call. Constantly chasing up because of no pick-ups. I have taken on several new buildings and l have decided to use another company

Had a contract with them for my waste service then I was force to take another BIN and was told that they will review my account and will take one BACK but they never review keeps running. When I called them up they said my Bin is still Heavy, also told to have another One!. My Bins goes Half Empty every week but the want me to take another One. What kind of Company is this? Three bins for a medium sized Restaurant. So guys if you're looking for waste services look at other companies they are Cheaper and even you want be force to take Extra Binns. Also need to give THREE Months Notice to Terminations which Not TOLD in before to take the Contract.

We have had to chase credits for 6 months but there has been little/no communication until we got in touch with Lauren Reynolds, who has been very responsive and exceptionally helpful. I searched for a waste disposal company after being left im the lurch from another waste disposal company. Direct365 were amazing, very prompt response. I spoke with Kyle and Andrew whom were both extremely helpful from the start, so far I m happy with the company.

The price of the bins are brilliant and the guys couldn't do anymore more to help even trying to rush the delivery through for us. I would definitely highly recommend.
