Disappointed with the customer service from this company. I was a new customer and am still waiting for part of my order that is now well overdue. I doubt I will be reordering anything from them Just hope they can complete this order soon.

As they subcontract, they wouldn't know when a collection is missed. You have to ring them every time a collection is missed.And you have to let them know by email at least 3 moths before the expiry of the contract that you do not wish to renew the contract, otherwise they lock you for another year. Why companies think they will benefit more if they have you on one more year rather than being nice,provide good service,keep you happy and have your business indefinitely.

I am quite frankly disgusted with your company. We have a contract that we have been trying to cancel for the past 6 months. I have in writing that the cancellation is accepted (from months ago) but now you have rolled the contract on for another year and are refusing to accept the cancellation, without, of course, further payment or another unneeded year. Unreasonable and plain nasty

May 2018: Just a quick update on this one, despite the comment below about passing my details onto their customer service department, they never contacted me. nuff said.

service is poor i have been waiting for a waster collection for the past 3 weeks now and my business is on the main road with all this rubbish outside. after contacting the customer service explained the situation,
have been on hold for 1 hour everyday last week as they cannot get in touch with their service providers. i have been given a warning by the council and have arranged another company to pick up the rubbish but direct 365 wont pick up the bill on a service that they should provide waste of money shoddy service

If Direct 365 changed their after sales attitude towards customers - especially the accounts team, they are aggressive. Apply reasonable penalties on contracts, give the collection staff training in common sense. They may get more stars in the reviews.

Needed a clinical waste company as starting a Aesthetics buisness up. I spoke to and emailed Kyle who was very professional and friendly. He sorted everything out for me without any hassle. Explained every thing to me so I could understand what and when I would need to be there. A great company so far will update review once I have used the service, but so far so good .

Really not happy with Direct365 at all. We used them a few times for our office and was happy with their service until we kept receiving bills that were extremely high. When we looked into the price of the items they were charging for we were being charged 1000 for something that another company had quoted 500 and then another 300. After this we decided not to use them as the prices were extortionate and not fair for a small business to pay. Whilst I wasn't in the office one day Direct365 had sent an engineer into our office without asking and without our prior knowledge we had no agreement with them to carry out work and they had begun to do work without us knowing. The engineer had approached my director and told him to sign off this work, the engineer was assigned to a company called Hoyles and not Direct365 (as direct 365 sends engineers from Hoyles) my director had assumed he was booked in and it was scheduled as he does not handle the offices health and safety so signed it off unaware. After this the actions of Direct365 were disgraceful we told them of our situation and were told although the engineer was wrong they had told him not to do it again and that we had to pay the full price. We didn't require the work that was done as we had just had new equipment fitted so it did not need work. When approached by us to ask if they could discount the price or come to a solution due to the incorrect steps taken Direct 365 had said they would not and continued to hassle us. Their communication is appalling and I would suggest that no one use this company as they are extremely unhelpful and seem to do what they want. An Official complaint has been launched with Trading Standards as this is not acceptable.

UPDATE: Since I last posted this review Carly from Direct365 reached out to us to sincerely apologise for the situation. She had approached us directly with the intention of making things right and fixing the problem. We were refunded all the money and reassured that this would not happen again. We are happy Carly had reached out to us and her way of handling the situation with her apology made amends with us.

Direct365 must be close down, please don't trust their service or quote, they added lots of bill on top. and they will not give you any chance to sort it, if you not accepted the incorrect bills, they will cancel your contract without any notices, we are happy to go though the court, and we will show our evidence to prove this company is real rubbish!!!!!!

We shopped around for a quote to have our holiday let PAT testing done and Direct365 came up with a very good price compared to some of the competition who were obviously trying to rip us off by quoting up to 3 times as much, I look forward to the work being done in the meantime

I have order hand towels and paid over the phone. And been told you will get your delivery after 3 days. Nothing came until next week, after a week when I call to chase my order and the lady over the phone said we are waiting to payment. I said I have already paid, she checked and confirmed yes I can see you have paid already. And then she promised that you will get your order with in 3 days. Again nothing happened in 3 days. And after 4 days I have email from company saying that we are out of stock you product. They been playing with me for 14 days. Now I want my refund and no one is replying.

Possibly the worst customer service I ve experienced as a business owner so far, random over charges, no one wants to explain anything or return calls, but now I m finally out of my contract. If you re thinking of using to help with commercial waste DO NOT bother, you ll regret it.

I would not recommend them.

I would not recommend them.
They have worst Terms and Coditions. If you sign a deal with them for 12 month then it will roll automatically to indefinite contract. Basically it means that you have to pay them fees forever.
Please do not do this mistake and do not consider to go with Direct365.
Rather go directly to service suppliers.
I cannot even rate them, but i have to put 1 star

They let us down big time after lots of reasurances. A month down the line and have not bin instulated. Waste have piled up, no one seems to know what they doing in this company so I'd like to say this company is as pile of waste as our piled up waste due to this very unreliable company. Save yourselves people.

I do not recommend Direct365 - please consider carefully before signing a contract with this company.The service I received has been lamentable. As a small business I require reliable waste management to uphold safe practice. The collection service did not pick up dangerous sharps waste as agreed per our contract, and subsequently said that as the driver had gone to the site (albeit without picking up any waste and being on site for 1 minute as per tracking - thus inconsistent with even trying to pick up my waste) that this counted as a collection. Upon contacting customer services, several employees and a manager refused to accept that this was requiring any remedy in that "we paid the driver so we can't collect again." Shameful attitude. Please seriously consider before signing contract with this company.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. We have been using Direct365 for 7 years and during this time they have continuously fallen short. At least once a month if not almost every week during some periods our collections are not completed. They send us GPS reports saying that the drivers have been yet our rubbish is still here and the process of trying to get service resolved is very long and they treat you like you are lying. The lack of remorse and lack of care for customer service is baffling. Always excuses and no apologies. We have withdrawn our contract with Direct365 and the end cannot come soon enough. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND POOR SERVICE!

Awful company with horrendous service.

Awful company with horrendous service.
Have not collected bins for near 6 weeks now. Having to call them every other day to chase for a collection date, but regardless of the date they give, bins are not collected.
Unhelpful customer service team who never get back to you, was forced to get an additional bin because the bin was too 'heavy', well what do they expect when they don't collect the bin for a month! Avoid using this company!!

to start of with how do i give 0 stars, i am leaving a review from Pepe's Birmingham and we have 8 store with this unreliable company. I will never recommend this company to anyone, they removed our bins one week early and refuse to cover the cost of the local clearance companies. CAN YOU IMAGE IF I TERMINATED THEIR CONTRACT ONE WEEK EARLY... also too many problems during our contract, so please stay away from this company, total amatures.

I have only just signed a contract for 12 months, but what a breath of fresh air. I have been stuck in another waste companies contract and there are hidden fees all over the place. Direct365 was very easy to deal with, explained everything very well and have been very impressed with the customer service to this stage. Obviously, the proof is in the pudding but reading the other reviews I cannot see this will be an issue and would highly recommend your services.

Not happy at all...I had my yearly fire extinguish...

Not happy at all...I had my yearly fire extinguisher service, but have been billed for a 'frost horn'. It's a charge for an item that I did not receive. At no point during the service was a 'frost horn' even mentioned to me! Fed up with being pressured for the payment, but have paid as there is enough to worry about at the moment. Will not use this company again and can not recommend!

Rang this company for a quote, agreed terms and conditions. I was asked for a good review and I will get 1 month free. When it came to going ahead for the contract sales staff simply refused what we agreed initially (On-demand collection of waste instead of every week).

Just waste of time.

Great company, I use these guys for fire alarm/servicing work in apartments around Mayfair, Kensington and Blackfriars and find them to be profesional and very reasonable. the engineers turn up on the time as agreed and was very polite. booked it all through Rachael and as soon as the work was completed I was sent all certification and documents. I have already booked these guys in to do other properties for me.

This company are completely incompetent and commun...

This company are completely incompetent and communication terrible. We have (unfortunately) been with them for a while due to sadly getting stuck in a contract and honestly cannot wait for it to end. From missed collections, over flowing medical waste bins due to the missed collections to drivers LYING and saying collections have been made when they haven't. No one has any idea whats going on as there seems to be zero communication between Direct 365 and PHS. I am sick to death of chasing up collections and trying to find out when they are going to be made, this isn't my responsibility and is the responsibility of the facilities management company (in this case direct 365) Whats even more frustrating is I've tried to cancel the contract due to missed collections, told I couldn't and that the service would improve, it hasn't and the situation has only worsened. We haven't had a collection for over 5 weeks and now, have full medical waste bags piling up next to the bin. This is absolutely not acceptable in any way and we could get into trouble for it. I understand we have also been in lockdown but I did call prior to make sure a collection was made either before lockdown or on returning to the studio. This hasn't happened( due to driver lying and saying collection has been made when it hasn't) and I am at the end of my tether. DO NOT ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH DIRECT 365. Find a good reliable, independent facilities management company. I sure will be when the contract finally ends next year.. (for anyone reading this I'd like to point out that we don't keep the medical waste inside our studio, it's in a bin yard elsewhere)

We have used Direct365 for many years, we have only had one problem which was resolved swiftly and professionally. In my opinion you can only judge a company on the way they handle problems, and these guys were spot on.

I would strongly recommend them.

I have worked with Craig Weaver in the Customer Loyalty Team for around 18 months or so now and have always found him to be very professional - always follows up and is proactive in resolving any issues should they arise. For this reason alone I would be loathe to switch suppliers unless it was significantly cheaper elsewhere.
