For many months we struggled with numerous failed attempts and missed collections. We have had to chase credits for 6 months but there has been little/no communication until we got in touch with Lauren Reynolds, who has been very responsive and exceptionally helpful. Lauren has managed to sort our credits and change the third party supplier. She has worked hard to resolve our issues. Thank you Lauren, your efforts are much appreciated.
