This company are completely incompetent and communication terrible. We have (unfortunately) been with them for a while due to sadly getting stuck in a contract and honestly cannot wait for it to end. From missed collections, over flowing medical waste bins due to the missed collections to drivers LYING and saying collections have been made when they haven't. No one has any idea whats going on as there seems to be zero communication between Direct 365 and PHS. I am sick to death of chasing up collections and trying to find out when they are going to be made, this isn't my responsibility and is the responsibility of the facilities management company (in this case direct 365) Whats even more frustrating is I've tried to cancel the contract due to missed collections, told I couldn't and that the service would improve, it hasn't and the situation has only worsened. We haven't had a collection for over 5 weeks and now, have full medical waste bags piling up next to the bin. This is absolutely not acceptable in any way and we could get into trouble for it. I understand we have also been in lockdown but I did call prior to make sure a collection was made either before lockdown or on returning to the studio. This hasn't happened( due to driver lying and saying collection has been made when it hasn't) and I am at the end of my tether. DO NOT ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH DIRECT 365. Find a good reliable, independent facilities management company. I sure will be when the contract finally ends next year.. (for anyone reading this I'd like to point out that we don't keep the medical waste inside our studio, it's in a bin yard elsewhere)
